I had the best experience! Two of my children had their ears pierced and she did an excellent job! Especially with my 3 year old. I couldnt have asked for a better experience!

Great place. Super cheap. looking to get my ear pierced for the 2nd time.

Tried to get my daughters ears pierced for her birthday. The lady told me they were too busy and only taking appointments. I left came back by and there was 3 of them just standing there with no customers. I asked the lady who said she was assistant manager why I was told that when they have 0 customers. She proceeded to argue with me and after I told them they need to get their act together she and the other woman both yelled at me saying BYE! Not professional behavior at all. Yes I was upset but they handled it horribly.

I will never buy a thing from them again. Everything is junk and breaks. The return policy is a joke. Just bought a new warranty last month and the place is under new management so unless u have ur receipt ur out of luck.

Even though my daughter chickened out these ladies were so supportive and understanding that she was so nervous. When she is 100% ready well be going back to the Pagoda!

The woman at the stand was SO great!

They are now unable to pierce any part of the cartilage on ears due to new Ohio laws :(
