Just moved to the area and had Cherokee tire recommended….I see why! Best service I’ve had in a long time. They had a sign saying they’re short staffed (like everyone is right now!) but you wouldn’t have known it because they were efficient, kind and gave what felt like service to a customer that had been coming for years even though this was my first time. Kudos to the owner - your staff is doing a great job!

I I would like to personally thank this staff. My family and I were traveling and had an emergency on a front tire. Kids, dogs everything was with us. They got us in on an extreme emergency. I highly recommend these folks to any locals and travelers. Had me in and out and back on the road. Very reasonable price, did not screw me. Absolutely the best customer service and fastest time. I left my 4 wheeler tires there to be replaced. They told me it would more than likely be that afternoon before they were done. I drove 6.6 miles home. As soon as I got home I got a phone call saying my tires were ready. I was like did the technician used to be a Nascar tire changer guy? Super impressed with their service and service time. I will most definitely be back. Oh and the prices are very reasonable.

Love this shop. I have had them order 3 sets of Nitto ridge grapplers for 3 vehicles and they have been there best price by far each time. Combine that with Good people and quality work and you got a great combination. It makes me drive out of the way to go get tires up there.They also use quality parts and do a great job for brakes as well at a good price.

I have been recommending cherokee tire for maybe 9 years now! But over the past year or less i have not been able to. Although this group of people are very excellent at what they do in all aspects i also am an auto repair tech and i realize certain circumstances mistakes are made or overlooked. I never had the opportunity to afford a wheel alignment machine. Although i outsource to cherokee for alignment and also previously exhaust work. I paid for 2 alignments in only 5 months. Each time the steering wheel was not straight while driving down the road. (Not a big deal) Although the truck has not been able to travel over 60mph without a death shake wobble. Luckily i went back a couple times once for a tire balance and one tech found i had a bad rear tire. (Good to have someone paying attention) although after i pointed out an obvious issue with the front wheel toe. They looked at the alignment sheet numbers and proceeded to say that it was the latest and greatest machine on the market and if the numbers are right then it must be right. Im not gonna argue with anyone about an alignment. However i just wish they would have checked it again. Because its obvious my tires are (cross eyed) and caused premature wearing my new front end parts. My truck will have to sit around for the most part until i can pay another $100 for another alignment somewhere else. Other than dealing with that mess they always do 100%

Ordered trailer tires. They came the next day and out them on while I waited. Great price too. I could get them a little cheaper online but then I would have to balance them myself. It think $40 extra for this service is great.

Good service but shouldnt charge extra just because a car is lowered and should state it when you agreeing to the service without being told what it is or price.

My tire pressure light was on and they figured out it wasn’t my tire, just an electrical issue. Didn’t charge me which I appreciated. Great service!

I have been using Cherokee tire service now for 15 years or so and have never experienced an issue with the service my vehicles have received. I would recommend them to anyone.. They always explain in layman terms the service they are providing to the vehicle and why. Many of their service Personnel have been there since I began using them which speaks to the consistency of their work.

Friend referred me here. Priced out tires and not only were they competitive the ordered tires with no deposit and two days later I came in and had new Cooper tires on my truck. Service was great, was in and out in no time. My new go to for tires.

Been going here off and on for the past 30 years. Recently moved back to Canton and started using them again. Still great team and great service. But price to mount tires is a little high compared to a lot of other shops around the area.

Great service and prices.

I called Cherokee Tire and explained my need for three valve stems replaced, and tires rotated. The dealership where I bought my tires did not replace my valve stems when I purchased new tires from them. I explained my situation to Mark and he was more than happy to help me out. He explained they were not busy at the moment and to come on in and they would take care of me. So I did, and they got my truck in right away and finished up real quickly! Would I recommend them absolutely not? They had my vehicle for a solid three hours before they shattered the back glass to my tail gate. They could not do the simple job of replacing front and rear shocks on my 1988 S 10 blazer. They made the simple excuses of all the control arm bushings were in the way. Pictured below they are clearly not in the way as I’ve put a socket on the bolt. Second of all after they shattered my rear glass they didn’t even clean up the mess in the back of my trunk they left all the glass back there but they sure did pick it up off their shop floor right away. And then the manager Marcus had the nerve to say to me after it was all said and done well at least I replaced your back glass for you. First of all you broke it you’re going to replace it there’s no question about it. Second of all if you’re going to lie and be lazy about making a repair make sure your excuses are at least real. Yes I’ve put pictures below to show my proof that they were making piss poor excuses and here’s the mess that they left in the back of my trunk. So now on top of the lazy work and a piss poor effort to clean up their mess, and the attitude from management like they were doing me a favor was not at all received well.They also damaged the metal casing around the rear glass and now their are Plier marks all over of that.I will add photos to the page

Needed to have a new O2 sensor installed on my exhaust which required, cutting the exhaust installing the new O2 sensor and rewelding. It was done in about an hour, highly recommend them.

It was a rainy day today, I got to this place around 1 pm for an alignment, this guy had a list and says the wait is about 2 hours and if I could go back around 3 , I agreed because I had my four year old son with me and I had to run some errands since I took a day off work, but I asked if he should put my name on the list and he said it wasnt necessary.Went back to the shop and he tells me that the list is longer and if I could go back on Monday! Worst experience ever.
