As you can see by the reviews listed there are some people you cannot please no matter what you do. Angry customer because we do not do auto glass? The phone book has Cardinal listed that way. We have been trying to get our listing removed from auto glass for more years than I can remember. The other reviews two were customers that wanted the impossible and wanted it NOW! So drop what you are doing for other customers and do the impossible for them. Every review has been five stars with the exception of three people that had no idea of what they were doing. Some people are just mean spirited as you can see by the three that had to get their pound of flesh by posting a fraudulent post.

Cheap fast and friendly, Lisa was a great help

The storm door to my residence shattered and Cardinal replaced the glass. The gentleman over the phone was very professional and knowledgeable. The repair was done in a timely matter and at a reasonable price! I am now confident I am prepared for the coming cooler seasons

The guy gave me the run around and try this hardest not to try and get the job The name I went and got a piece of plexiglass cut up myself and did a better job

Called to get an estimate on a car windshield, and the man who answered the phone answered with a mean, nasty tone, “never have, never will. “ EVEN THOUGH IT says right on the google search AUTO GLASS SHOP. I AM NOT FROM the area, & I did not know this. Was just going off of clearly what his company is advertising.... anyways, he also proceeded to tell me that “calling around looking for someplace to do my windshield replacement is a waste of time.” sir if you don’t do car windshield replacements then shut up. you don’t even know the situation i am in! all you had to say was “no, have a good day” & continue with your business. even if i was to ever need any kind of glass work, it will not be from Cardinal.

Truly a professional team! We are extremely pleased with the service they provided on such a short notice. A special thanks to owner / operator Bill Wagner for putting in our 8 foot by 5 foot dance mirror on such short notice and right before Christmas! I would recommend them to everyone!
