Fantastic, fast and friendly service!I called today as they opened to get the glass in double pane window replaced, due to my bone head mistake when removing for cleaning I managed to break both panes. They replaced the glass and also replaced the rusty rollers on the bottom of the window. All done in a couple hours.Every other place I called yesterday said minimum of 7 - 10 days just to get glass, saying there was a glass shortage. Canton Glass & Mirror simply said bring it in we will fix it. Outstanding service and really friendly people (and office cats)! I will definitely be calling them when it is time to replace all the windows.Thank you!

Fantastic! I inquired about a custom mirror order during the weekend- when they were closed. I received a reply soon after, same day. I was able to place the order via email, and they called when it was ready- only a few hours after they opened their next business day! And compared to another company, they beat the price by almost 20%. Highly recommended!

I called on a friday to get a price for a window replacement for my house. I gave them the window dimensions and told them that the window is above the entry door and they gave me a qoute for 425$ window+labor. One week later 2 guys came to my house to take the dimensions themselves(same dimensions and window location that I gave them over the phone). After anothet 5 days I gave them a call back to see when they plan to come and replace my window. An annoyed lady answered my call and she told me that my price suddenly jumped to a whopping 1,080$. I asked why the price changed so dramatically and I was told because of the location and “special tools” that they don’t have. If you don’t have those “special tools” you shouldn’t be in this business. Is this your way to rip off people? I already called GLASS UNLIMITED in Westland and they quote me 311$ for the same window. Ps. I changed this window 5 years ago and all I needed was a flat screwdriver and 2 ladders.

Needed a custom cut piece of glass for a coffee table, stopped in and friendly staff explained my options of type and thickness of glass. Glass was ready next day, they did a great job! Bonus, theres a couple cats that live in the office!

We received a grandfather clock that was missing the glass shelves; all we had was the dimensions. We had visited 3 different glass shops and everyone of them said they could make those cuts with a template. Canton glass was able to make the difficult cuts and actually did the work the same day. We were very impressed with their service and how the glass shelves turned out. Will be a repeat customer, highly recommend.

Id had quite an awful morning trying to find Dans Enterprises... only to finally find them and get the run around, a lot of wierd questions, and told they didnt know when they could get to my job, nor could they give me a price!!? (Id called just the day before and was told they could get it done same day if I brought it in). So I left there discouraged and perplexed....but luckily recalled Id passed the Canton Glass and Mirror spot on the way there on Michigan Ave. Of course the place didnt have the same rundown and disorganized ambiance that Dans had... it was clean, organized and bustling with a couple of friendly, personable people working.Christine was an angel with a warm welcome and smile and told me she could replace the broken glass for $32 and would be done in 2 hours at most. Warm, welcoming, no weird questions... the job was obvious to her. And she got it done in less time than that. Wow. Am glad to find this place -- they were lifesavers and turned my day around! Thank you Canton Glass & Mirror!!

We have taken the most unusual antique furniture pieces needing specialized glass shapes, and these people come through all the time. We also restore vintage British sports cars, and again, whenever glass or mirrors are needed, they can do it. And everything is at a very reasonable price and with such personal service (including getting my door unlocked when I accidentally locked it with my dog inside! Just good old fashioned customer service at its best!!!!

Professional work with efficient service.Dont be fooled by the look of the facility. Inside you will find dedicated individuals capable of outstanding workmanship. I visited this location in spring because I had to urgently fix a foggy window sash. Ive been to another (more recognizable) glass shop in Canton but I walked out dismayed by the managers careless attitude. It was already very late when I arrived at Canton Glass & Mirror and I had little hope at 5:06 pm when I saw the sign CLOSED. I decided to ring the bell anyway. Few seconds and a welcoming lady appears with a bright smile I apologize for my tardiness but she promptly assure that is not a problem at all for a simple estimate. After receiving some information about the window size and type, she punches numbers on a solar powered calculator and the estimate is done. The process , she explains, is very simple. If I can bring the sash in the morning, the job can be done in few hours. As alternative they offer also pick up the part for a reasonable fee. I opt for the first option, next morning I show up with the defective sash at 9 am. I leave my cell phone number and go for errands. The courtesy call come in before 10 am. The job is done. Cost is according to estimate, no surprises here. I would definitely recommend this business to anyone that is in need to fix a window glass.
