I CANT BELIEVE THIS STORE SAVED 400$ FOR ME.My car has a run-flat tire and I was loosing air over a 2-3 week time. I took my car to Costco and without touching it, they said they are not supposed to fix this kind of tire. Instead they gave me a quote for 4 new tires for 1100$.I took the car to bmw dealership and again without doing anything, they said I should get a new tire. They said since the car was low mileage, they would change only 1 tire for $400. I asked them to do, but luckily they didnt have it in the dealership that day. Then I came to this belle tore store. They looked and the tire and realized there was some minor problem with the stem. They fixed it for FREE.I cant appreciate enough for their professional behavior. They could simply try to sell me a tire or charge me for fixing it, but they didnt.I will always be their loyal customer and would recommend to everyone.Thanks again

Firstly, I had an appointment on the Wayne rd location but they were out of power. All I needed was a Lyft inspection which is a 10 minute task, their only goal is to confirm that the car drives well, has good tires, blinkers, seat belts, a/c, etc.Then I was told I would get it done within an hour or two (keep in mind this takes virtually no time at all, they could have slipped it in between considering I did have an 8:30 am.It is now 12:15 and I don’t have my vehicle returned to me yet.Also, every staff member was rude aside from one (especially Scott).Think they have gotten too big for their own good and they seemed to have reached the point that customers are treated like they aren’t important because they have a constant stream of them.

If I could give this place no stars, I would. My daughter got a flat tire in the plaza that this Belle Tire is located in. I called them and asked for help. Meanwhile, my daughter moved her car in front of Belle Tire before it went completely flat. I was told that they could not help her. They said they were way too busy and short staffed. I tried to explain that we were at least an hour away and could they at least help change the tire. The answer was a solid no. My daughter was out in front of their store crying as multiple employees from there walked by her and never offered assistance. My husband had to drive an hour there to help her. We ended up going to Discount Tire and purchasing $700 worth of tires from them. We have always used Belle in the past but never again! I would not recommend this location.

These guys were fast and professional. I will go back again when the time comes.

Ive been buying tires here for just about as long as Ive been buying tires. I trust them with the safety of my family, and they dont take that trust lightly. They will not steer you wrong and they will keep you on the straight and narrow.

Almost nearly identical experience as Kenny. I was told to leave my car there for three nights and that I couldnt make an appointment for three days from now. Some people still might need their car for the couple days thatd it would be just sitting in their parking lot. Seems they want to prioritize cars how many are there overnight rather than customer service like setting an appointment. Had a similar experience with them years ago and thought Id give them another shot since theyre a MI-based company. Same experience for me again so thats my last time.

Excellent customer service! I had TPS sign on, took my car for service. They fixed my car free of charge within few hours, even though large number of customers cars showed up on that day.

Avoid this Belle Tire location. I usually receive great customer service from Belle Tire but not here. I left work early to show up over an hour early to get a tire patched. When pulling up over half the bays were empty and I saw a couple workers just sitting around. The gentleman I spoke with at the counter stated they were too busy to fit me in and to leave my car over night. I understand patching tires doesnt make a lot of money for this company, but after this experience when needing to buy tires and rims in the future I will be choosing another company.

Had a great experience today at the Canton Belle Tire. Maggie at the front desk and the technician DJ did everything they could to take care of my busted tire, and got me on the road quickly. I really appreciate that Belle Tire doesn’t charge for a patch or for air. They are the BEST!

Took my car there for new brakes. Every time back out of garage now it makes horrible squeal. Took back 3 times and still no improvement. Never did that until they did my brakes. Trying to get in now is impossible. Told I would have to leave my car- cannot do that for more than a day as have many medical appointments. This is the one in Canton! So disappointed in this store. Going to see if Garden City or Belleville can accommodate us. Hope they do even though it is Cantons fault.Called the customer service team and the problem has been resolved. Thank you!

This place is the best! Talked with Scott on Monday and had my car serviced on Tuesday at the time I needed. They are always friendly and helpful. I’ve been going here for years and refer people all the time.

Sam and team did a great job working with me to coordinate the installation of new tires on special order wheels I brought in from another vender. The mounting and balance were done with great care. The effort made to ensure everything went well was second to none and much appreciated.

Why do I have to leave my vehicle there for two days to get a 15 minute tire rotation.Dropped of car at 9:30 am and picked up at 7:45(15 minutes before closing). The counter person tells me I am next in line but they ran out of time. As I look around I see 3 technicians not doing anything but talking.I guess if there not ringing the register,you will always be at the back of the line.I try to give my business to local companies.But if I can’t get them to provide the service that I paid for when I bought the tires,I guess I’m going back to Walmart.No need for company reply,I already know what there going to say by just reading previous posts.

Not a bad place to buy tires, but staff runs hot and cold.Needed to buy one tire because I trashed mine and my vehicle was elsewhere on jacks. Was told yep we have a new one in stock and come back in 3 hrs to pickup. Only to return and find my tire in the same spot I left it, with the service girl gone for the evening. (Like you could have called me and offered me another option if it was out of stock lady geez) Wanna give a thank you to Sam for being cool, cleaning up the mess, and getting me a new tire on and ready to go 15 minutes before closing the door.

I have purchased tires from them and it was a good experience. Went there last night for air in a tire and instead of filling my slightly low tire it took out a lot more air. Need to get the machine checked. Not working properly at this time.

Be careful here. They do good work, but try to sell you things you dont really need. I guess thats the game, to upsell. I would not send my wife or son here alone, too predatory for $. Also waited a lot longer than quoted then met with excuses as to why. The customer doesnt care why you didnt meet their expectations! Decent waiting area with plugs to charge, counter for laptop, so thats nice. Just wish I didnt need it!

I own a large travel trailer and Scott was beyond helpful with the process from beginning to end.

Beware of this shop.While they do good work with the tires, they will ALWAYS try to find any small little thing and try convince you it needs fixing even if it doesnt and charge your an arm and a leg for it too.Go here to get your tires maintained. But if they try to sell you on anything else (struts, shocks etc.) tell em to go inhale an exhaust pipe from a running diesel engine.

New Tires, front brake job for my 1994 F350 crew cab dually. Truck was too wide for front end alignment. Took more days than planned due to part shortages.

Absolutely THE best service in car care that I ever received and witnessed during my visit at this location. Manager DAngelo is obviously knowledgeable and extremely professional as well as the staff. My brother has entrusted this location for service on his vehicle for years no matter where he lives in Michigan. Lol Now I can personally rave myself as a result of my experience here. BE CAREFUL WHEN MAKING ONLINE APPOINTMENTS. They offer 6pm appointments when they close at 6pm. Ownership is aware of this issue and has chosen to keep it that way. The manager and corporate customer service understand it is an issue but cannot change ownerships mind.

My service with my sales rep Chris was very professional and helpful. However, I was given two rebates for the tires that we decided on and when I went to process them both one of them were expired. I was really expecting to use the two rebates that was quoted and given to me. So, being that one of the rebates was expired. I went in to inform them of what happened and my service was still professional and helpful. I spoke with Deangelo the day I went and in and he was able to assist me. Now even though he wasn’t able to give me a rebate for the one that was already expired when it was given to me. He was able to take care of me for a future visit on my vehicle for an oil change for my inconvenience. I want to thank them both for their service and help.

I am repairing my wheel in this room. I haven’t repaired it in three days. Is it because I can’t make money and I didn’t do it? Tomorrow is Sunday. It’s the fifth day I waited until Monday. I really can’t believe it. It took 5 working days for a tire to be repaired. This is the last time I visited this shop.👎👎👎

Great experience! I ordered my tires online and they were installed a day later. The crew was attentive, timely, committed, and respectful. They also had signs posted about Covid protocol and everyone was wearing a mask. I’d definitely come here again.

Belle Tire gave us their usual 5 star service yesterday. We’ve been regular customers there for years. We find them to be professional and honest and I can recommend them without reservation.

The staff was very friendly and accommodating as I was one of their last appointments of the day. They didn’t rush me out the door like other businesses. I will definitely be back!

I have a modified Jeep Wrangler. Most shops have a difficult time completing an alignment. They knocked it out of the park at this Belle Tire. I had 3 different shops look at it in one day to get my caster properly set. Matt was the only one to catch some issues, get the caster set, and complete the alignment. Everybody from Matt, to Chris, to DeAngelo were extremely courteous, responsive, and professional. I drove out of my way based on a friend’s recommendation, and will always go out of my way to visit this shop when I need work done.

Horrible experience. Belle Tire canton is not reliable. Guys please check price with discount tire before you go to bell tire. I replaced 2 tire little less than 2 years ago and got punctured in the same tire, belle tire wont cover any warranty.Be careful guys. Please dont experience what i have experienced!!I wish i can give them less than 1 star.

Took the three visits to fix the slow leak. Third time must be the charm. Took over inflating the tire to find the slow leak from tire. Hopefully, all is good.Easy in say out. Called ahead to get “in line.” Took until 2pm to get in. Dropped the car off and picked it up an hour later.Covid 19 social distancing in place and all employees were wearing masks. No plastic shields at the service desk.UpdateTook two visits to fix the slow leak. Second time was the charm. The slow leak was in the pressure sensor mounted inside the wheel, all is good.

Little bit of a wait, but if the job is done right I dont mind DAngelo provided great customer service.

Ive never personally had a problem with these guys, but they tried to take advantage of my mother who had a flat tire (1) and they tried to charge her for four tires because of their policys smh. I wont shop here again for my needs.

My visit to this Belle Tire location today was my first experience buying tires from Belle Tire.The good:- Online tire selection and appointment scheduling is easy and convenient.- Nice staff, friendly and professional.- I bought two tires at a really good price, thanks to their Labor Day Sale.- Clean store, nice waiting area, good COVID-19 protocols in place.The not so good:- I made an 8 am appointment online. I arrived at 7:55 am, and informed the front desk I would have to wait for my car instead of leaving it. My car wasnt taken into the shop until 8:30 am. I didnt get to leave until almost 10 am. It seems like it shouldnt take quite so long to install two new tires.- Communication between front desk and technician staff could be better. I specifically requested the two new tires I purchased should replace the tires on the rear of my vehicle, but then be rotated to the front (so that the newest tires were on the front). I happened to see the technician working on my car as he was mounting the new tires on the rear. I had to tell him myself about my request (new tires on front), because the front desk staff apparently had not informed him, as I had asked them to.- After my new tires were mounted, my car sat in the parking lot for more than 25 minutes. The tire technician told me that my cars alignment would be checked...but 25 minutes later, I was informed by the desk staff that my car was done (without the alignment check). I asked about the alignment check, and they were under the impression I had declined it when I arrived (I had not). Again, not the best communication.Overall, not a bad experience, but not the best Ive ever had in buying new tires. They just need to improve communication a bit and manage time better.

If I could give them 10 stars, I would. Expedient and polite. Diagnosis completed within one hour and had me back up and running with a new battery within 2 hrs. Stellar!!!

Pretty simple and no hassle. I set my appointment online with the tires I wanted. They called and let me know the tires I wanted would not be in; I could wait or they would give me an upgrade at the same price. I double checked around and nobody would match their price on what I was getting. Dropped my car off and it was done by the end of the day. Price was exactly what I expected, there was no up-selling or pressure to do anything I didn’t want to do. Will come back.

I asked for help putting on my spare tire until my appointment on Saturday they said they would be able to do it they never did it so now I’m canceling my appointment and going to discount tire which charges me less for all 4 all seasons

This was by far one of the most disappointing experiences I have ever had. Money I had mistakenly left in my car was taken. .when I told them about it was told there was nothing they could do. The individual was extremely rude. I have gone to other Belle tires and had great experiences. I would recommend finding a different location.

The rudest service advisors. Every time I I stop in I ask myself why.. I have bought tires from them for years both personally and for my construction business. Today I stopped in with a flat (nail) and was told by the female service advisor at least 2hrs to look at it. Went to Discount and they fixed it immediately. Never going back.

The shop technicians & sales people are very good and knowledgeable. They even follow up with you on your order. They maintain their promise in timing. Value for your money with high quality.

This was my favorite tire shop and oil lube. For the past three visits I have had to return to get the right oil change sticker. I had a leak in my radiator so my antifreeze was empty. No one checked my reservoir so I could have blown my engine. When I called back to explain I was told to try and come back later because they were to busy. I explain the situation and was so glad I called other places to get help. I like to utilize the same company for services but will rethink Belle.

Competitive prices for decent tires but they dont schedule appointment windows and only use a drop and wait process for basic, predictable services. After a new tires / balance on 4 wheels I had to return twice in 4 months to re-affix lost wheel weight / balancing stickers. Im inclined to go elsewhere for my next set of tires.

I’ve been going to this location for years, great group of people that work there. From the Store Manager, to the guys in the shop, to the service reps in the front. They also great/ fair prices and aren’t out to rip you off. I mean it with all honesty. Only area that I think this location could improve on is installing a secondary exit/entrance. Right now , it’s a one way in, and one way out, and when you have people in their cars lining up to air up their tires, it’s almost impossible to navigate out of there. It was a situation that happened to me yesterday. None the less, great location!

Pathetic Experience. Very Poor Service. They installed new Michellin tires and one of them got flat overnight. Had to go in again when they told me your TPMS sensor is bad. Not Sure Why They did not check it when they installed the new tires itself. Then they charged me more than double for the TPMS Sensor. One of the store manager was super rude and argued with me instead of understanding the problem. They dont value customers time and told me not come next day to get the fixed tire installed or leave the car overnight (I mean even AAA was able to install spare tire in 5 minutes). I had to go there 3 times and had talked to 3 different guys everytime and everyone had a different story ( and also kept on saying I dont know what the other guy told you). I would never recommend this place.

Sales people are always trying to sell. not repair. Took my Yukon there for a simple tire repair. The sales person didnt even measure it. Said that the tread depth was too small to repair. Went to a neighborhood tire shop. They repaired without any questions. Said that the tread depth was just fine. Also, the sales persons tire quotes are generally more expensive then belle tire online.

The staff was quick and very friendly, they were up front about what was wrong with my vehicle and howto resolve it. Great Job!

I have been going to this same one for 2 different vehicles .I think the service, (or lack thereof) is by far the poorest Ive experienced today. I make a call to the shop for an associate to set the expectation of when a vehicle could be finished. The associate States if I brought the vehicle as soon as possible, my wifes vehicle would be taken care of. I get to the shop and the gentleman asked what expectation was set. I told him that the guy on the phone said it would be done by closing today. I didnt receive a phone call by the time they closed as 3 hours passed. Dont ever set an expectation for someone and dont follow up. It shouldnt be my job to follow-up with my vehicle, let alone not getting any calls before closing. Now we are here with one vehicle and stressing out on how we are supposed to go to work tomorrow in two separate cities. I am very upset and feel disrespected with the service. I work in the area myself and promise that the service given will be known to the many people I encounter on a financial standpoint. You lost a 10 year customer.

Don’t leave anything of value in your car these guys are thieves stole my brother’s lottery tickets out the car. Should be ashamed of your selves stealing from paying customers. Fantastic service as always. If you get your tires here you get lifetime unlimited rotations and balancing! The employees here are great (Scott is my favorite!) And Ive never been disappointed by their customer service.

Got a nail in a tire a week ago and stopped at Belle Tire. They took care of the problem. I was in and out quickly. No fuss. No muss. The service rep I dealt with was very friendly and helpful.

Had front struts replaced on my truck and it looks like they did a good job. They included a wheel alignment on the original repair estimate. When I picked up the truck, they said when the technician checked, a wheel alignment was not needed so they did not charge me for a alignment. This was a pleasant surprise! Also, I was quite happy that they did not try to sell me a bunch of additional work. I will most likely be returning here again for future repairs/tires.

Great experience! Did not do work I didnt need like the dealer told me. They were super fast and super friendly; answered all my questions. I will definitely go back for future services for brakes, oil changes and tires. Great job Canton Belle Tire!!
