The lady in the fabric department is absolutely awful. I know nothing about fabric so I called with a few questions, and it was so clear how annoyed she was that she had to answer my “dumb” questions. I was so nice even when she had an attitude because sometimes costumer service workers just need to be shown kindness. Anyway, after making me feel like a burden and complete waste of her time, I ended up calling Joanne fabrics and the lady there was so enthusiastic to help me figure out what different fabrics would work best with the project I was working on. Bottom line, go to Joann’s😊

They usually always have what I need, if I cant find the exact product I can find something similar, cashiers are fast and get you out even with a long line, and the employees are always helpful in finding what you need.

Had trouble finding someone and was almost ignored by the person I finally found. Had to purchase 3 packs of ear wires to make sure I had enough for what I need because they are half filled with a different type of ear wire. Will be a while before I go back.

The Walmart at 39500 Ford Road is usually well stocked.  It is very busy during the day.  It can also be very busy in the evenings.  The grocery portion of the store is kept well stocked but sometimes there is so much business there that there are not many choices in brands.  That’s only sometimes.  Whatever they have is of good quality.I like their delicatessen.  They have fresh food and it is reasonably priced.  Whether you are looking for a cold lunch or a hot dinner they are a great place to go.  Their bakery is very good also.  Reasonable prices and great work.  We had a slight difficulty one time and the baker took care of it right away.The parking can be very dense.  I often have to park away from the building.  It’s a lucky day to get something close up.  There is a light at the corner of Lotz Road and Ford Road and another at the middle of the parking lot but it still can be difficult to get into the lot.  Once in there is an intersection near the building without a stop sign for any of the four directions so use caution.Their toy section is well stocked and they have great plants and things in the garden section.

Michaels has everything! Art supplies, decorations, and even some learning toys. This Vex Robotic was fun to put together and works perfectly. Great prices and friendly staff. You cant go wrong here!

I love all the variety of arts and crafts supplies they have. Their seasonal decorations are beautiful and usually discounted. The staff has always been friendly, polite and helpful. They are also my #1 pick for scrapbook supplies. Wait times at checkout can be awhile sometimes.

I’m not sure what they’re doing to this store. Awful changes. Pretty soon it’s just going to be a holiday decoration store. The home decor has been majorly reduced. So disappointing.

It was my first time at this location. I was able to go in and find the area i needed and the item i wanted. All the signs were so clearly marked. When i went to check-out, there was a bit of a line. But there was a associate watching and came right over to help the line. She did not have to be called over. Very efficient. Great customer service! Ill be going here more often.

They were extremely rude to my mother. I understand that these are hard times, and that COVID is a huge deal. However, by law you cant require someone to wear a mask if they cannot medically tolerate it. By law you cant refuse service to someone not wearing a mask if they cannot medically tolerate it. The cashier was completely rude and inconsiderate. She was unprofessional and started yelling at us as well. My sister and I both were PROPERLY wearing our masks. They are discriminating against people who are medically exempt.

I was able to find everything I was working for, and got lots of help from the staff. Even while working during COVID, the staff was helpful, kind, and cheerful. 100% recommend!

I was looking for a frame for my art work. I told the lady I didnt want to spend alot of money. She picks out a frame for $45. And because it needed a custom size mat it would cost me an additional $38. She wouldnt cut a mat to the size.

Set out to Michael’s for some fall Holiday crafts with my nephew, and was delighted to find a good variety - even into Christmas crafts.The store is well organized. The staff was friendly. I only purchased the discounted items, that’s just how I shop. Feel like we got a really good value for what we paid.Would definitely recommend Michael’s for your art/crafting needs.

Have always liked Michaels. Everyone was wearing masks and there are labels on the floor for social distancing. They had a frame I liked, but wish they had more choices of large frames.

The one in Canton is a lil more organized.

The store is well organised, clean and the staff are mostly friendly. They have good deals running all the time on arts supplies and crafting material. They have a rewards program that is free to join and definitely worth it for the coupons!

Great store with tons of stuff and friendly employees.Update. Recently I needed seashells to complete my beach themed bathroom. Neither Joannes nor Hobby Lobby had any. Michaels came through big time. I found a bag of beautiful seashells and starfish which were perfect. Thank you Michaels.

The framing department was all I used. They were wonderful. Pretty sure a separate company then michales. So really I give the framers a thumbs up. Unless my pics are fubar then ill be back to review lol.

Got three prints custom framed here and had an amazing experience with the staff. They took a lot of time to help my husband and I pick the perfect matting to go with the art series we were having framed. Phenomenal eye for color and matching the frame style to go with our pieces to enhance them and not overwhelm them. I will definitely be coming back for all my framing needs!! Thank you!

Poor customer service. Waited 22 minutes for pick-up order. Was told I had to wait 24 hours to return any item that I JUST PICKED UP 2 MINUTES AGO

Today I had the most uncomfortable situation with lazenda the store manager somehow my order was deemed fraudulent so it didnt go through but when I called her to get information on what happened and why they put a hold on my order twice but never gave me a confirmation she became very rude and tried over talking me and then when asked for her name she hung up on me I had to call back and speak with someone else to get information I needed .....

Love this store!! The staff are very helpful. I have had a situation where I couldnt find what I wanted and the staff lady spent 20 minutes looking through the aisle to find my item. They are very easy on returns.

Art supplies for my 8th grader. Had everything he needed.

Would not accept coupon for 60% off full price because item was already on sale. I was willing to be charged full price while using my coupon. Left and went to Target.

They were super busy with the holiday season, but after tracking someone down I was able to find what I was looking for. I also had an awesome fellow customer help me through the buying process which was super helpful. The cashier even gave me a 60%off coupon when the one I had was only 40%! Great shopping experience!

Only Casino/Hotel that was built new from the ground up. Good floor plan, lots of slots and a good number and variety of table games and good selection of restaurants. Hotel rooms are nice and clean. Nice work out room, pool and spa. Recommend to visit and stay.

A crafter paradise

Markdowns in yarn were done accurately for clearance. Aisle was neat and organized. No missed markdowns. All clearance signage correct and in place.

I had a cool visit that day.None of the staff greeted me though.Thankfully, Ive been in a Michaels before and was willing to HELP MYSELF.Other than that, it was the usual, big and clustered store with EVERYTHING EVERYWHERE.Ill mostly likely shop there again.Yep.

Simple put, if you are into craft projects or even if you are not an just looking for a few items to complete a project this is the place. It like a candy store for crafting. The staff was extremely helpful and help find everything I needed.

Great craft store, prices could be lower. They always have what looking for in general crafting and home decor. Coupons are a must. Would be great if they offered electric mobility cart for those in need.

This Michaels is really well organized and neat. Staff is most helpful and professional. The issue I have with Michaels is their yarn selection, I can never get yarn with the same lot/dye # in quantities over 2 skeins for large projects.

I have shopped in this store a million times. I like what they offer and the prices are decent. You can almost never find an associate on the floor though.
