I have exchanged Xbox 1s controllers 5 times and still havent gotten a controller that the headphone jack works on but have had to pay the warranty fee every time. I feel like Im being robbed since I have more invested in warranties with this company than a pro controller would cost me. That having been said if you want quality products dont buy from this store. They are ruining the Game Stop name. Furthermore I personally will not buy from here again.

My opinion might be a bit biased but Im a gamer they have one of the better customer services around for a GameStop Ive been in other GameStops the guys who work here are knowledgeable and know what youre talking about instead of being some guy behind the counter that has not played a game in his life they understand the Competitive Gaming scene but the drawback is I wish that they had a spot in the store to where you can build your own PC for people who are just getting into PC gaming I do believe around here that would be a helpful to them and to their customers and teach them how to better serve their customer base

This GameStop is the best Ive been to in years. Awesome customer service friendly, and extremely knowledgeable the representative Matthew not only made my customer experiences ever but Matthews customer service was exceptional as was his phone communication. Matthew should be given a raise of $20 more an hour or more. Thank you, Matthew for the best customer service experience ever.

I was told three separate times I would be able to preorder product with this location in store but their story changes every time. My wife was told we would be able to preorder on a specific day, I come that day, the product is not available for pre order. I check back, a professional from another store tells me that their social media page will announce when Gamestop is allowing pre order instores and online. I see the post from the social media page, I travel to Gamestop, associate tells me that Gamestop is no longer doing the instore preorder and that it will only be available online now which is hilarious because the website is down. Terrible customer service comes from terrible leadership at the top. This is why gamestop is going out of business.

The workers were good guys. However gamestop has just changed. Over priced games and they dont give anything for trade. Feels like they get a lot of business from ripping off kids who dont know any better.

This place is a dying breed. The stores are losing business to all the digital content being issued. I myself greatly appreciate the stores like gamestop. They are nice and friendly and treat people with respect.I bought a headset there and it was actually missing a part and it wouldnt turn on. I called the store and they told me to bring it back and theyd try to fix it for me. Well they couldnt because it was beyond their capabilities. They made sure i got a replacement. Thanks gamestop.

Ive been going to see Colton and his crew for many years. They know me by name. And i was shocked when i call up there they know me by voice. They are always helpful curtious professional and informative. They know and took the time to find out each person in my familys gaming interest and know what games to inform each one of us about. They also have made sure to ask if purchases was for one of my boys birthday, and made sure they didnt see the item discreetly because my 9 year old who was at the time 8 was with me. I ask to speak to manger and he said manger don’t want ur ps4 either.. so I left .. Very bad customer service

Its alright the prices are pretty high on everything. You can get some good stuff on sale every now and then.

Its just like any other gamestop in terms of offerings but service is hit or miss. Some of the employees are friendly and others act like they want to find something wrong with every transaction you attempt to do so they can tell you no. They also answer the phone while theyre attempting to assist folks there in person. Its so annoying to be speaking to someone and they take a phone call while youre standing in front of them.

My experience shopping there isnt like the big city GameStops. The workers are a bit more intimate and they exhaust all options helping you. Most GameStops push for pre-orders and pre-owned, but the workers here dont do it as much. The pre-owned items (games + controllers) have worked very well. The store is organized, clean, and diverse in its products.

Got a Xbox 360 back in February and it came with a rechargeable battery pack with it when I took it back to them today to trade it in I was told that because it came with the rechargeable one it makes my system defective and would only get 3 bucks dont go here people are rude and their always looking for ways to screw you over
