My phone was unexpectedly damaged by being submerged under water. I tried finding a repair shop who was known for top-notch quality, quick and professional work at an affordable price. I paid CPR a visit, and in less than 2 days, i got my phone back! To say i am happy and relieved is an understatement. The amount of gratitude they filled me with when i entered the shop was amazing! Bought a new phone because this phone had a defective screen. CPR was able to repair the screen so that we could do a phone to phone transfer of saved content. Excellent communication and service. Will be using them again if need be.

Very happy they were able to fix my phone. The workers are very nice and friendly. I was happy to hear my phone would take from droping it off on a Friday that it would be done the next Wednesday. However, I wish that was the case. I never got a follow up call during the 2 weeks they had been fixing my phone. Which was a little irritating. I had called Wednesday morning to see if my phone was complete and found out that they shipped my phone out to get repaired and although it was “done” at the location where they had fixed it. It was not “done” to were I could go and pick it up. I was assured the phone would be ready for pick up Friday. When Friday came around I waited all day to receive a phone call but I ended up having to call them and found out that my phone had been “lost” and they were trying to find it. It was extremely frustrating at the time. So the store finally found my phone on Tuesday and called to let me know they found it. After picking my phone up I realized they didn’t do half the work I paid to have done so I had to go back again to drop it off so they could finish the job. So not only did the store: 1 tell me it would be done in a week-then it took 2 weeks and never followed up, 2 lost my phone for 5 days, 3 didn’t preform ALL of the work that I had paid for, and 4 didn’t even offer a discount for the inconvenience, added stress, and poor customer service. If I knew this was the service I would of gotten, I would of just bought a new phone for the price of the repairs they did. I was not going to write a review because I didn’t have many nice things to say but since the store kept emailing and texting my phone I decided to do one. I hope this helps the next person with a broken phone. It’s not worth the stress and aggravation to fix your phone at this location. Honestly, for the same price just Amazon a new phone. You’ll have it faster then they can do the repairs and it will cost less in the long run.

My wife and I were really needing new phones and wanted to get iPhones. Before buying here we had purchased two phones off of Amazon used. Two times in a row they failed to provide good phones and we ended up returning them two times, wasting a lot of time! We decided to try this company and we are so glad we did. They treated us really well and helped us with all questions. We both bought the same phones we had tried to get on Amazon and they both work flawlessly along with looking brand new compared to the ones off of Amazon that looked very used and had a bit of software problems. We needed a cracked iPhone screen replaced. They had the correct part in stock and had it completed and tested within an hour. Very professional and helpful service at a reasonable price.

I went in for a screen repair. They were very kind and very flexible with my schedule. They explained that If there was anything wrong with the screen to bring it back so that they could fix it. They even put my screen protector on without any extra charge. I have no issues with my screen and I was super happy and impressed with my service from CPR if I ever have an issue with my phone they will be who I take it to. Their prices are amazingly reasonable. And their customer service was wonderful. I highly recommend this company to anyone with an issue with their device.

Fiancée needed a new battery for her iPhone, called and Mike was very helpful and got the job done quickly with a very reasonable cost. Mike had to order the battery cause he was out and called me when it got delayed by the shipper. Customer service was all around great. Definitely recommend and will use again.

Brought in my phone with a shattered screen. Got a prompt quote and phone was fixed the day the parts came in. Was it expensive? Absolutely. But the parts alone were what cost so much. And after YouTube-ing the process of replacing the screen on my particular phone, I can honestly say they probably should have charged more 🤣. Needless so say I was satisfied and the customer service is top notch. Highly recommend this place

One star is way too gracious of a rating, but 0 wasn’t an option. I found this business for my mom because it was close to her house with the nearest Apple store 60 miles away.Her iPhone 6 needed a new battery - working perfectly just slowing down - and this business had decent reviews. She dropped the phone off and returned an hour later to pick her phone up.The young employee also sold her a $40 case since her current case “wasn’t good enough” - fair enough.So, the new battery was $60 - totaling $100 with the new case. The employee tells mom everything is working and it’s all good. So, mom has “new” phone - wait...Now, my mom’s fault - she didn’t initially turn the phone on in the store. Heading home she turns it on and the phone is blinking off and on acting crazy - not ever fully turning on.She contacts the store and they say bring it back in. So, after 3 trips back to the store (30 miles one way) and numerous tries by the business to fix the phone - nothing works. The employees tell my mom that it is her problem/fault and her phone has a software issue. The phone hasn’t worked since she dropped it off - mind you the phone worked fine before just slowing down. The employee continued to not “own” the fact that she yielded the phone unusable and offered no solution to the problem.Ok, in the end mom is out over $100 with no recourse or apology that this “business” wrecked her phone yielding it unusable. Also, insult to injury - mom tried to return the case that she obviously doesn’t need now - the employee tells her no because she doesn’t have the box it came in - the employee installed the case and threw the box away in office! Mom complained and asked for a refund more than once to no avail.Finally, obviously I would never recommend this pitiful excuse for a business to anyone. If they continue this level of service they won’t be in business long. Terrible business practices.

My home button and screen were broken and they were fixed at a good price. They didn’t take long to fix the problem and I was pleased. I highly recommended CPR for their customer service and work they did with my iPhone.

So I Purchased an iPhone XS Max from CPR in campbellsville, was told it was a “buyers remorse” phone, NOT a refurbished phone, I was told I had a 30 day return period, minus a 15% restocking fee, if I wasn’t happy with it in that 30 days, and that it had a one year warranty for parts and labor ... two weeks later the touch screen don’t work AT ALL, SO I took it to Apple in Lexington who told me the touch screen had been replaced in March of 2020 according to the serial number history on the phone... I call the CPR store in campbellsville today and they COMPLETELY DENY a 30 day return policy that I was promised, I guess I just dreamed up the 15% restocking fee too, they tell me that they will fix the junk phone that they sold me as “only a buyers remorse not a refurbished or damaged phone” and that basically I am stuck with it... $799 down the drain because I don’t trust them to even fix the phone correctly at this point and won’t be back in That place.. DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE!!! The owner Mike and the Manager Danielle are liars and theifs... PERIOD!

The team was super helpful in helping me replace the protective glass covering my camera lens on my cell phone. It was an item that was new to the market and the staff at CPR researched until they found the right product that fit my phone perfectly. Not only that, but they went the extra mile to include a protective layer for all my camera lenses to prevent further tragedy in the future. My iPhone was difficult to hear while on the phone. Took it in, expecting to buy a new speaker. They ended up cleaning it and pulling dirt/pocket lint when they took it apart. Was like new! They saved me so much $$$ that day.Also used them to replace a cracked screen previously. I recommend them for all cell/electronic repairs.Great staff, full of integrity.

My experience was great! The guy fixing my phone was very honest about things that could happen and even found me an extra sims card tray. He had to reset and update my phone because the cracks had caused my iPhone to disable itself and didn’t charge any extra! He was super friendly and as much as I hope I don’t have another phone break I would definitely return here to have it fixed!

I would give it 5 stars, but the Covid 19 hassles in Kentucky with CPR only opening 3 days a week and not being able to go inside the shop make it somewhat inconvenient.John, the repair guy, is there all alone and seems swamped. Hopefully, when everything is sane again, it will get better.
