Positives: My friend and I walked in and everyone was busy at their stations. I saw two cleaning around their areas. 👍👍👍Negatives: it felt like most (not all) of them did not want to be there, not sure if they were tired or just having a bad day. The cashier who took our order was very patient and understanding with my best friend who is older. Even the second cashier asked if we were helped or not. This trip was not as bad as it seems. Adding one more STAR to my review (4 stars) now.

Dinning room is open. Restaurant is clean. Service was friendly and fast! Great deals, excellent lunch specials. You can get a meal and a sunday for less than $8. Summer blizzard flavors are out, Raspberry chip all the way!!!

I have never waited 15 minutes for food at any DQ until my experience on 6/30/21. Fast food wasnt so fast, especially when there was only one person in the establishment ordering ahead of my family. The kids working had no leadership and were running circles around each other, no one seemed to know what they should be doing.When we received our food, the fries were cold. I felt bad for the teens working, this particular store should probably focus on team building and leadership.

Blizzards ended up tasting good, but service was very disorganized and lots of customers waiting and frustrated.

Ordered a 4 piece chicken strip basket with fries and gravy and food for my kids I checked my kids food and it seemed to be ok my all the chicken strips and fries had little blue pieces of thread on it just tried calling and no one answered not coming here again.

Got my order fairly quickly inside. We decided to sit down and eat at a sanitized section. The table was already being cleaned by the time we got to the door to leave.

Ordered our ice cream products waited for a few minutes then got our ice cream products. Good food.

Came 45 minutes before closing to rude staff, our ice cream tasted off and was melted even though there was no line, 0/10 wouldnt recommend. We threw them away and went to another location.

Could be better. They were pretty busy but still could be more consistent with products.

I ordered a small twist cone with sprinkles. I work at a Dairy Queen and the cone they gave me was disappointing. My twist was all chocolate as they needed to switch the vanilla out. My cone had hardly any sprinkles, there was a “dusting” of sprinkles. It was quickly made and they obviously did not care. There were no bumps to the ice cream, it was sloppy.

Drive through only. Waited for over 20 minutes doing doordash.

The people working here are so rude. I get it…I’ve worked retail and food service, it’s not always fun. But WOW these girls were beyond rude right off the bat.

DQ stumbled a bit this time. The bun on my burger was dry and the blizzard I ordered had barely any flavoring mixed in. There was a little in the top, but the bottom 3/4 was plain vanilla soft serve. Better luck next time I guess.

This Dairy Queen messed up my order in the drive thru. I parked and went in. I explained that I did not want any sauce on my chicken sandwich I said no tomato too. I also mentioned that I didnt get the chocolate dipped ice cream cone I paid for. They remade the sandwich but still put sauce and a tomato on it. The ice cream looked watered down and had a weird taste. Needless to say Im not happy with this location and I will not be returning anytime soon..If I couldve given them a -1 star I would.Not all of their employees were wearing masks either. Definitely not satisfied with them.

Not really sure what we did personally for SIHAAM to be so unfriendly or why the kitchen was closed 39 minutes prior to closing but we are not impressed with our experience to say the least. Don’t go.

Went in for a late night snack. It was close to closing time but the employees were friendly, very helpful, and I could tell they enjoyed their job. I was very hungry and there are so many tasty treats to choose from, that I was having a terrible time deciding. So, I asked the expert and she was spot on. I got my sweet tooth satisfied🙂 with out regretting what I would have choosing. They defiantly have step up with employees because the place looked good, the soda machine worked great, and the floors were clean. I will be putting this DQ back on my go to list.

Drive thru lady was incredibly rude, my receipt says her name is “karen”. i asked one question and she became so snotty! didn’t even give me a spoon, when i asked for one she shut the window in my face! i will never return to this location.

Went to the drive-thru and ordered my meal. I then pulled up to the window after placing my order and paid for my meal. As I was reminding the cashier of my concern from my previous two orders, SHE COMPLETELY IGNORED ME. When I asked if she heard me, her response is I dont know what you want me to do, toast is toast. And walked away. To top it off, my sandwich is soaked in mayo, to the point I cant even eat it. Oh, AND MY BLIZZARD CUP WAS DIRTY AND DRIPPING TO THE POINT I HAD TO ASK HER FOR NAPKINS TO CLEAN THE CUP. How do you not see that?If people are really that unhappy with their job- GET A DIFFERENT JOB! Its really that simple.PLEASE AND PLEASE HIRE PEOPLE WHO ACTUALLY WANTS TO WORK THERE.

Do not get a combo meal at this location. I counted and got 22 fries with my almost $3upgrade to a combo. That is really sad. Granted you probably should only get icecream from dairy queen but still at least try with fry amounts.

This DQ does a great job taking care of customers and lately Ive been craving a vanilla cone, so Sunday took my Mom with me and she got her hot fudge sundae, and I got the cone. Both were awesome. They have so many choices for blizzards which I know are excellent. But still I pick the cone. To each his own.😀

Waited in drive thru 20 minutes for warm, rubbery, tough (and *small*!) chicken strips, fries that tasted like they were cooked by sitting in a sunny window all day (warm, soft and flavorless) and toast that had the same crispy but rough and chewy texture of the chicken. Not great DQ.I usually splurge for the onion rings upgrade but last time I got four (4) of them. FOUR!! How is that, in any world, an order of onion rings (again, after paying an addl price!).My first fast food experience since March. I guess I dont miss it as much as I thought.

It was new years day. This dairy Queen was open and the workers were very polite and accommodating. They all were cheery and well you know Dairy Queen ice cream is the best.

We ordered online and went to pick up, the fries were cold to frozen, I called to the store and a lady got on the line, then all of a sudden, another lady got on the phone, I told her about the fries, she was very rude and said they were freshly cooked, I told her they were very cold almost frozen, she said she would send out a coupon, I said well cant we just pick up fresh fries? She said yeah if you come in before 5, she was so damn rude! We live only not even 25 or so blocks away. Never will go here again ever! Rude she was and burger was tiny. Have to give it 1 star of course, cant give it zero, wish I could.

Good desert, and the food is also pretty good. But the it takes kind of long for them to just microwave the food. I went here during finals and I was getting worried that i wouldnt be able to make it to my sixth period final even though we had an hour to eat. Overall it was an enjoyable experience.

Nice place for a quick bite. Was there around 1pm and it needed to be cleaned, but the employees were busy and working hard to keep the wait down. There was someone wiping tables down between customers though. Food is always delicious.

Who dislikes going to Dairy Queen and eating supper and finishing up with ice cream? Not me. The food was decent. The fries were a little cold but not bad. The chicken strips were very hot and great. The malt was not as thick as I remember them being. I asked for mayo when I ordered and she said ok but I didnt get it. They do deliver to your table which is nicer than standing at the register and waiting.

Ordered a blizzard, asked for extra cocoa fudge cause I like chocolate, paid waited a very long time, guy came up and said I needed to pay told him I did he said I didnt told him to ask the lady which she said I did, got my blizzard after 10 min, there was no sighn of coco at all only vanilla ice cream

Exceptional food for the expectations. I had some very wonderful onion rings and their treats were also quite good. The classic fast food/diner seating had me feeling cozy and a bit nostalgic.

Just wanted to give a shout-out to Karen for her consistent creativity when it comes to cake decoration. I work nearby at an office that essentially orders ice-cream cake for every possible holiday, birthday, and special occasion.Karen has always been wonderfully accommodating to me - even when Ive placed orders on short notice. The rest of the staff is friendly and Ive never had a bad customer service experience. All the love to DQ Grill & Chill from our office!

The blizzard was soup by the time it got to us, and the burger was disappointing. There were 3 chunks (not slices or rings, dice-sized chunks, with green tips) of onion on the burger and it was sloppily put together. I cant remember the last time a $31 bill looked like everything on it was garbage. The exception was the cheese curds - they were perfect, MN State Fair style.

The employees are rude as HELL! Nothing but teenagers hanging out at the front running their mouths with the workers. Gabriella is supposed to be the manager but doesn’t even wear a name tag. They didn’t even Bring us our food, which apparently their supposed to. I do not recommend this place to my worst enemy!! They are over priced and give small portions. DO NOT GO HERE!

Small portions and when special requests are made they are ignored. Not the first time this has happened at this location. Have also had on a different visit had order completely messed up. Not planning on going back here!

My chicken was cold and horrible so I went to the counter and said my food is cold and its the worst Ive ever had and was told that it just came out of the fryer so I tore one open and stuck my finger in it saying its ice cold. She says I dont know what to say I just cooked it. I was in the restaurant 15 minutes and she never set foot in the kitchen. Do not eat at this Dairy Queen it is the worst DQ in 3 state area. The others in Fargo, Moorehead and West Fargo have great food and if you have an issue they will make it new immediately no questions asked vs telling you its fresh and arguing with you when you disagree on its freshness. I had to demand my money back at that point, if they consider ice cold fresh not my kinda place to eat.

Unbelievable how unclean and unsanitary. Food all over the floor in the kitchen area. Employees touching their face before they make blizzards....wont be back.

Ordered a specialty cake for my daughters birthday for pickup today and the employees went and sold it to another person. No apology... “oh a new employee sold it to another customer but we have other blizzard cakes just not the size or flavor you originally ordered.” Not a single sorry. My wife tried calling to speak with a manager but just got their automated system. My family and I will never do business there again! Avoid this Dairy Queen and go to the one in Moorhead on 8th. (This has not been the first time we had issues here but this was certainly the last!)

Took three trys and a manager to get my drink right. Not impressed. Think the staff needs proper training.

I went through the driv thru at about 2:00 on a hot Sunday afternoon. There were about 5 or 6 cars in front of me and the parking lot was near empty. It took 26 minutes to get my food. I asked for no onions on my burger but it still had them. The food was good. Also, the staff was not friendly or apologetic for the long wait.

Nothing like waiting 10 min to get to the counter just to get intrupted with a messed order and mess your order up...i ordered 6pc checken tender basket and was charged and received 4 pc basket instead...incompetent person taking orders i had to say my order 3 times yes with gravy and yes with a drink....i got my 4pc. and wasnt going to waste another 10 min trying to fix this as the line building...was rude to wait to insert my card when instructed.....also had a dumb look on her face as i grabbed my own receipt off the printer pathetic.....and these people want $15/hr min wage

If I could give a 0 star review I would! I went through the drive through, placed my order, had it read back to me, and proceeded. Got to the window the kid working said something about my pricing being wrong but that it didnt matter because it was only 20 cents I looked at my receipt and there was an extra item on there, so I asked him about it and he said oh, Im sorry, and tried to get the refund while some girl was yelling at him from inside that it was only a twelve cent difference! First of all, it was close to $5, not twelve cents, she had no idea what was going on, she should have came over to him and to find out if she was a supervisor, the poor guy was trying and kept apologizing, then knocked my blizzard over, I asked him about it he said that they were remaking mine, beings how I alryhad my three sundeas and other blizzard. Everything was all melted and I finally got the other one, got home and in the end they gave me the wrong thing! I called them, and told the girl who answered the phone about it and she said oh I heard you tell him you didnt want that one!! What??!!!?????? Are you kidding me?! Worst customer service I have ever had anywhere!! Whoever the girl is that was in there and that answered the phone needs to learn a few things about customer service! I will never go back!

Its a hot day Friday June 2 , and I brought my kids to get ice cream , we were ordering food threw the drive threw , and they were talking to someone else, so we had to repeat everything over multiple times. Then we pull up to the window and still got our orders wrong. Really good at taking money but not good at taking orders. And the fries are cold and stale, hopefully you fix up your place.

This place has horrible customer service. Its gotten worse Everytime. The lady at the drive thru literally threw my change at my hand and it landed on the ground. Prior to that at the speaker I couldnt understand a word she was saying between talking so fast and not holding the button down long enough for her words to be heard through the speaker. And since when is asking for lids in your 3 sundeas such an inconvenience?? Ill take my business elsewhere

The worst service ever. Girl at till was very rude. We ordered burgers and ice creams, and it all tasted like crap. Girl at till said she would bring food to me since I am in wheelchair but she didnt. Ice creams were half melted, and I had to ask another person to help me. I will never visit that location again. Rating should be -5 stars.

The employee at the drive thru was so rude! Said nothing but our price and when I asked for a lid for the blizzard, she acted like I had just asked her for the world largest task. So done with this Dairy Queen. The employees are rude all the time. I understand that its fast food and it sucks but you chose that job.

Came to this Dairy Queen because the University one wasnt doing a mothers day special. 6:15pm the employees wouldnt make eye contact, wouldnt greet anyone, wouldnt smile, one person on the till and she walked away to drop off some Sundays when one of the other stoner looking guys could have done it so she could continue taking orders. She didnt even say Ill be right back or Ill be right with you. Why arent fast food places teaching kids how to do customer service? Its the generation I know, its so hard to find good help and it greatly affects businesses.

Always a mess. I feel sanitation is something that is not cared about at all. There needs to be a great focus on presentation and cleanilness.

Ordered a royal blizzard and it was pre-melted as they gave it to me. They usuallly always turn it over to show its frozen. They didnt even do that. It strange when 4 different people help you at the window. Bunch of punk ass kids that work there. It always seems when I goto this DQ youre interrupting them as if theyre on vacation. DO NOT GOTO THIS ONE IF YOU WANT GOOD DQ.
