This place is one of the best yogurt places in town in my opinion. They have lots of flavors and toppings, a really fun vibe and a mini store where you can buy plushies and candy. This place is a bit pricey but I would say it was worth the money. This is my regular fro-yo place and I suggest you guys check it out!

Experience depends on how good you are at making something you love. For $11 I had an amazing frozen yogurt as follows: One layer of chocolate, one layer of hazelnut, one layer of salted caramel, one layer of strawberry, and then top it off with real strawberries and blueberries with some whipped cream. Should be about 550 calories and The best mouthfuls of your life.

5 stars! Cute shop with lots of cool products. They even sell really cute soaps that are shaped like desserts too! I will for sure be coming back to this local shop. They even make all of their yogurts too! Love it!!!! My kids especially loved their branded color changing spoons!

Cute shop with a LARGE variety of yogurt flavors. They have an amazing dole whip selection and many vegan options. Plenty of toppings (candy, fruit, granola, etc) although the yogurt is so delicious that toppings arent all that necessary.

Great yogurt in a spectacular atmosphere! I love their ever-changing selection. Connor was very helpful in providing his input on his favorite flavors. Their allowance of cash payment also came in handy during a time where a lot of places only accept card. Definitely a local business to check out if you want to support one during the pandemic. Will be back!

Love the selection of sorbets and vegan options. Its really hard to find places that serve something other than mango sorbet only. Very happy to have found Pennylane!

Great options with flavors and toppings, but super expensive! For two yogurts, we paid $20! My husband hardly filled his cup too, so we were kind of disappointed. Paid a lot, but didnt walk away with a lot.The cost of having so many options is clearly passed to the customers, even if the customer doesnt care about having 100+ topping options...maybe tone down the variety and charge less?Also, the time we went there before this time, the yogurt was soft like they turned off the machine. The young employee working said thats normal, but it obviously wasnt normal. Ive had frozen yogurt many times in my life (including this same yogurt from PennyLane) and its never been like soup! The employee s reaction was irritating, especially because she had kind of an attitude like I was just trying to complain, which I wasnt. Then I paid a lot of $$ for it. Not a good combo, PennyLane (snobby employee attitude, soupy yogurt, and high price!).Not sure well return since our last two experiences have been subpar all in all.

I went there with me and my family the candys are so hard like if they are expired. I got frozen yogurt and I got watermelon and it doesn’t taste like that. I also got vanilla it taste like Banana the chocolate Hershey it gross. I didn’t even get to finish my frozen yogurt it was to sweet and to banana.

Vegan, sorbet, gelato2) TASTE: The taste is OMG. Its next level froyo! And its all self made with love!3) QUALITY: Sometimes I cant believe I am eating froyo. The froyo is so good that You actually are ok with just having the froyo without toppings4)) CHOICE OF TOPPINGS: Its a dream. If you cant find your favorite topping here, then it doesnt belong in a froyo. It has literally everything.5) OWNER: The owner is a verrückt sweet lady that I truly want to support. When we came there to tell her how we love her froyo she said this warms my heart. This made all this worth it. So sweet!I am a regular and I barely feel so attached to places but this place I have been 20+ times and even coming down from SF for Pennylane!

COVID safety measures are up to the mark. Don’t forget to glove up before filling in your fro-yo. Some flavors were watery, others were good. We loved bourbon vanilla especially. Lastly, interesting color changing spoons 🤩

This is a great place to bring the little ones (or in my case, your inner child)! Its so cute and makes me feel like a kid in a candy store... because it is also a candy store! Besides frozen yogurt (with lots of flavors and topping choices), you can also get boba tea. The staff is friendly and fun. Best of all, its family owned, and I love supporting small local businesses.Last time I visited they had a Thai Tea flavor that tasted exactly right. They always have interesting flavors (as well as the usual boring vanilla if thats more your speed). ;-) YUM!

Best PennyLane Frozen Yogurt & Candy place out of all that Ive tried so far. I especially enjoy coming during the summer, not because its hot outside but because they have exotic flavors only available then, such as lavender my favorite!! So rich and creamy and I dont need to chug a gallon of water afterwards from too much sugar.

Yes! Cute clean shop, lots of unique and standard flavors (including VEGAN ones), plenty of seating for groups, color-changing spoons and straws. Now serving boba (no vegan milk options though when I went, so I just got the less creamy variety which was not as pleasant as I had hoped). Cashier up front was young but surprisingly engaged and helpful...made me proud! Emotional review? Sure!!! Probably my best frozen yogurt experience in years.

Being lactose intolerant, I hadnt yet checked this place out even though they were very close to my home. Stopped in today and YUM! I was pleasantly surprised by the number of sorbet flavors they had, not only fruit either. The dark charcoal chocolate sorbet (made with real activated charcoal) was to die for. And the selection of gluten free toppings.... Divine! I will definitely be back.

They always have the most original toppings (cereal, legit candy, and the usual works) and flavors. Cereal milk, vietnamese coffee, cotton candy, dole whip, black forest, and more favorites I don’t remember off the top of my head. The flavors change every week it seems, so you’ll never know what they’ll have. They even have little green gummy Army men!

Went there to get frozen Yogurt as they were open durning the Shelter in place state wide lock down. Only one flavor of yogurt that was tart. Price .0.72 cents per oz. Very very expensive. Our regular yogurt place is closed durning the Shelter in place. Will not be going back. Will just wait for our favorite place to open.

I. Love. This. So creative and interesting, with new flavors all the time, and new toppings to try! Their pineapple Dole whip is as good as the original, and right now they have a dragon fruit flavor going that just blows my mind. My husband and I come here every Friday to treat ourselves. Yogurt seems really good here for some reason. Lots of topping options too. The jukebox is a great feature and you can select songs form the phone app.

While the kids and I liked the yogurt and toppings, many areas in the shop were sticky and dirty. The cost was nearly $40 for four moderate sized yogurts and toppings, which I thought was a little steep.

A fantastic selection of flavors in gelato, sorbet, and vegan options. Also a huge selection of fresh toppings and candy, along with a nice little candy store inside, too.

That was my first time going there with my daughter and I have to admit the flavors are AMAZING. It actually tastes like real fruits. I cant get enough. I highy recommend that you SKIP going to your usual frozen yogurt olace once and head over to PennyLane and try it. You wont regret it!

I am not ashamed to admit that Ive been into PennyLane three times since they opened. :) The shop itself is super cute. Very modern and aesthetically pleasing. I would imagine that kids would just love it. They have had different flavors ever time I have been in, which I think is really neat. Ive sampled just about everything so far and all of the flavors are just delicious. I especially liked the Rose Water, Cabernet, and Bourbon Vanilla; obviously, they have flavors that are outside of the boring normal assortments that you will often find at other shops. They also have Dole Whip, just like at Disneyland! Im a big fan of fresh fruit on my frozen yogurt, and Ive been really happy with the quality of the blueberries they have available. The topping assortment is excellent. They have these amazing brownie and cheesecake bites from Not Just Cheesecakes in Campbell. Being a small business owner myself, I really appreciate that PennyLane is supporting other local businesses.They also have reusable cups!! I LOVE this! Less waste and you get a 20 cent discount when you use them.I saw a few mentions of PennyLane being a little more expensive. I found the price of 65 cents an ounce to be incredibly reasonable. Personally, I will happily pay a little more to support a locally owned business, especially when they, in turn, support other local businesses, buy organic products whenever possible, and care about less waste in the environment.This is exactly the type of business that I like to support!

Im glad to see a new froyo spot open up in the South Bay that isnt one of the main franchises. They make things fun with colorful interior and a really big variety of different froyo flavors. They also have vegan flavors and sorbets. The toppings are out of this work from gummies to chocolate and unique sprinkle combinations.

Great froyo flavors & toppings and friendly staff! The only thing is that sampling is a bit tedious, as the staff has to assist you with every flavor (you cant just sample by yourself like at YogurtLand, grrr...).

Wednesday wasnt a great experience at Penny Lane Frozen Yogurt. My 10 year old son was treating his little sister and I to, as he calls it PL Penny Lane with his hard earned money. We have been going there a LOT since they have opened, its usually my treat to my kids so weve been about 6 or more times (each time spending around $18-22) I downloaded the app Flok like they asked me to, to receive $5 off my purchase of $5 or more. I went back a second time using the app, which was more like my 5th time at the actual store and it was honored with $5 off. But wednesday when I went in I told my son thank you so much buddy thats so sweet I have a $5 off coupon we can use as the coupon states $5 off with a purchase of $5 or more-- swipe here-- swiped and scan then get $5 off. So as we went to use the coupon the girl said we cant and I asked why..? She said, it is when you buy 12 you get $5 off with a purchase of $5 or more. I asked her where does it state that? Cause here (on Flok app) it just says swipe and scan for $5 off..?! She said let me ask my manager. I asked to speak with the manager who came out and said sorry yeah thats for when you buy 12, I said thats false advertising is there any way you can honor it? By the way it needs to get fixed because to parents or anyone in that fact.. Its confusing and drags us in here for us all to get denied. (I was calm and kind to them) manager said sorry we cant honor that. I told her thats really upsetting considering I bring my kids in here A LOT! She said sorry then the girl at check out said our total was over $18, so I said you know what.. We dont want it, but thank you. My kids were both so bummed, 4 year old crying and 10 year old very upset but thanking me because he saved a lot of money. A different manager then came out and said just throw them out and watched my kids in tears and me (a very loyal customer) upset leaving. I am NOT happy with this place now. We were really excited it opened so close to our house too.As an ex worker from Nothing Bundt Cakes our manager ALWAYS said never let a customer leave unhappy! If they walk in mad, sad, having a very bad day throw them in an extra bundlet or two to make their day brighter and keep them satisfied and coming back. This place is nothing like that. Theyd rather throw out $18 in frozen yogurt, then honor a $5 off coupon with the warning it cant happen again (give me proper instructions on how to use the Flok app, not just download it for $5 off!!) and watch loyal customers walk off totally dissatisfied and upset that my son sitting there holding money in his hands waiting to pay and they cant just say hey buddy for you I will this time but next time this is how it works I wont be giving them my business with managers who run it like that. Not cool at all.
