Very friendly and efficient staff. I understand that weekends are busy days. Since I was waiting in store, they made sure to get my car done ASAP. Tire rotation and wheel alignment done well and I was out in an hour. I also had multiple staff ask if I needed anything like water to make my stay more comfortable. Great experience overall.

Needed an alignment and brought in the vehicle at 7:00 AM on a Saturday. They said they were busy but they could probably get to it in the afternoon. I showed up 5 minutes before closing time and they spent the next 30 mins finishing up my truck so I could take it home that same day.Customer service was fantastic the whole time as well. I’ll be coming back here.

My car was running poorly. The mechanic that I took my car to before I came to Firestone said he couldn’t find anything wrong with the car and we had to wait for the check engine light to go on. I told him to test drive it and he didn’t. I decided to take it to Firestone. The car had 3 leaking problems, a lot of maintenance problems cause the old mechanic didn’t do them. Isaac told me all the problems it had and it took 2 days to fix because I had time constraints. He fixed everything and the car is running like brand new. I totally recommend Isaac. He is knowledgeable and very nice.

I took my car to have a diagnostic done today. Anthony was very helpful explaining exactly what needed to be fixed and what other recommendations the mechanic made. Also Sarah was kind enough to drive me back to my house since I had to leave my car until tomorrow. Just got my car back and it has so much more power than before. I would definitely take my car to this location again

Excellent service! Everyone at this location is efficient and super nice. Ive had two flats in the last year, and both times they handled it quickly and got my car back to me the same day. The second time the tire was under warranty so it was 100% free - many places still charge for labor or other fees. Very happy with this location and Firestone in general.

Alex the tire manager is fabulous. He is amazingly organized and helpful, he really knows how to run the whole shop. He is also very personable and fair. He makes this Firestone a great place to do business.

Good to place to go if you want to spend half your day to get a tire replaced. Really no rhyme or reason to their business model. Their slow lazy Technicians bounce around from car to car which leads to everyone being unhappy rather than completing one car and moving on to the next.

Service was good. But waiting time is quite long. Take an appointment, but still come soon and give your car. Only 3 people are there for the auto service and one at the reception. Little space for relaxing with some for kids too. Coffee is provided. Free diagonistics will take some time.Overall Good experience with long wait time.

I definitely should have read reviews before scheduling an appointment here. Of course they are running behind when I get there (mechanic didnt show up, alignment machine is down) and its going to take more than 3 hours to change my oil and align my wheels when I was originally told about an hour. Additional services were pushed on me and they tried to charge to rotate my tires which their website says its free with service. Highly do not recommend this location.

Made appointment the day before. Appointment confirmed by Firestone. Went to appointment only to find out that their AC tech was not working that day. One star for recommending to go to Wheel Works instead.

Ive worked with the manager (Joshua) on multiple occasions just recently. He and his crew were extremely helpful in diagnosing an ongoing balancing issue I was having on one of my vehicles. I was so happy with his service (and Isaac for his proper diagnosis!) that I bought a set of tires for the car, as well as tires for my boat trailer. They have my business from now on. I would recommend them to anyone!

This is the only place that I bring my car. Finding a good, honest, and trustworthy mechanic is like finding a good doctor or dentist...once you do, you want to tell everyone you know about it. The prices are reasonable, and when you buy tires, make sure you buy their protection plan.... That plan has saved me hundreds of dollars over the last few years on my Honda Pilot. I cant speak to any long wait times or cancelled appointments like other people mentioned, but they do seem to have different management recently...overall, a solid place to come for taking care of your ride.

Got the impression they didnt really want the business. Can totally agree with Nicksworld.... Went to the Campbell store on a Fri morining around 10am. Showed up to get a tyre changed. Can you leave your car? Ah not really, wanted to wait while it was being done. Well were too busy. There were two mechanics working on two vehicles, the carpark was empty. Ok then can I come back later on.... Yeah how about Mon.....? Really?(!) Uh-huh.Pretty hopeless customer relations skills. Staff were arguing when I arrived so had to wait for the argument to finish. Went down the road to another outfit and they said to come back at noon....and they fixed my problem.

Very descent and honest service! I requested a tire repair because of a nail. It turns out that the nail didn’t puncture through and no patch is needed. Eventually they didn’t charge a single penny. Will do oil change there after the warranty expiration.

Yes. Anthony, the previous manager retired. Now the NEW MANAGER is scary, obnoxious and rude. Told us in our face that if we are NOT happy, we should go somewhere else. We have been long-time customers and thought Firestone Campbell is great. Pretty shocked with the change.

I needed a battery replacement, and I called up Firestone, and agent Jose scheduled me same day, on a Saturday. I went in and within 20 mins the mechanic changed my battery, I was really pleasantly surprised as I thought I will have to wait at least 2hours, like most places. Wonderful experience and the price was great compared to the Chevy dealer and other places I called.

I went against the reviews and glad I did as the customer service was awesome. I was greeted as soon as I entered. They had me look at and confirm a replacement for my flat within 10 minutes of my appointment time, and had the cost for me about 5 minutes after that, which was about $100 cheaper than I was estimated online. They did a walk around and looked at my tire and suggested that they could just do a simple patch of my current tire (which I thought was beyond repair) for a fraction of the new one if I wanted. The only additional service that was offered was a warranty (wasnt pushed on me) for the new tire had I chosen to go that route. There were a few people ahead of me so I was there for a little over an hour but that was about the time I expected. Will definitely be looking at these guys for future service.

DONT RECCOMEND AT ALL..Scheduled an appointment one week before for an oil change at 2pm. Waited the whole afternoon at home and nothing (I called many times around 6pm and nobody answered or let me know nothing), they made the service only on the other day and I had my car at 10am of the next day.

Professional service, reasonable prices. For drop in customers it is recommend to plan on leaving the vehicle for s few hours for repair.

I moved here from Colorado, driving my auto all the way after an incorrect procedure was performed. The workers here and at the Firestone in Pleasanton found the problem and fixed it, showing me the parts that were improved upon, and successfully got my car up and running. They do an outstanding, no frills, to the point job.

Long wait times for basic maintenance, i.e. oil changes, flat fixes, alignment, wheel rotation all around 4 hrs min. apparently.....lousy lazy mechanics, if it wasnt for the lifetime alignment I wont even look at going to this or any shop under firestone.

If I could I would give them minus stars I went in to get my headlight bulb changed. They didnt have one in stock but could order me one and it would be there the next day. It would cost 4 dollars. That was fine. But then the guy said it would cost me 90 dollars to put it in I said never mind and took it to the dealer. They charged me 40 dollars. I have since heard from friends to stay away from there

My schedule was at 10:00 am. I left my car and they told me it will be ready before 1:00 pm and after 12:00 pm. I went at 3:10 pm but they said that they don’t have time for working on it and I must reschedule for another day. Unbelievable

I had my truck towed to the shop for a simple tire repair and was told that they wouldnt be able to change my tire due to tire cracks.AND I would need all four tires replaced due to liability issues. SCAM.I just had a different tire repaired at another tire shop a month prior with no issues.I had to have my truck towed to another shop for the tire repair with no issues.These tires still have a lot of life in them.Im assumining this shop was trying to take advantage of the fact that I just had my truck towed there and assumed I wouldnt be willing to tow it to another shop.

This place went downhill after Anthony retired. Anthony used to be a shop manager there. I bought my car Cadillac CTS there for an alignment and the front wheels were way off after I picked up my car. So I brought my car out 24h later for correction and they fixed. So the rear right wheel made some noise and I bought my car out again, and this time they found some loosen bolts and tighten it and they assumed the noise was gone. However, I tested and the mouse is still there. I called to complain and young technician gave me lousy explanations. So they did not check their works before returning the car to customers.

This last trip, I had 3 tires replaced and an oil change. I made an appointment. On weekends, they seem extremely busy. I waited for the work to be completed. Their waiting room is not heated, so I suggest bundling up on colder days.

I hope of going to the show for many years it always found them to be honest and top-notch of their work

I called them and enquired about flat tire repair and asked him for wait time as well he said first come first serve when walk-in to store and now he saying I have to wait for four hours. If he said that in first place. I wouldn’t go there they are irresponsible. I won’t recommend this store.

Shady People with no ethics; poor service, long wait times. My family has always been a Firestone customer, multiple cars over several decades have come here for tire service. Last week my dad warned me he had a very bad experience and felt the current management was trying to take advantage of him; but I brushed it off and made my appt. anyway for a tire rotation. Two stories from two associates-one said I had declined the alignment when I purchased my new tires (two years ago) and that the tires were worn so bad I needed new ones; while another associate said I had lifetime free rotation and alignment with the purchase of my tires. In any event, I ended up having to purchase two new tires and pay $100 for alignment (can you believe these people will actually put on new tires WITHOUT properly aligning them?) That is their shady way of making sure your tires DO NOT LAST and you have to spend more money with them. I am seriously considering putting in a request to the BBB to have this company investigated for bad business practices and likely going against their own company policies.

Not trust worthy and careless service! Took my car in for an oil change (Been a Firestone customer for many years (else where). Got my car back and noticed oil leaked all over the bottom of the car and my driveway. Took it to the dealer who stated the last person who changed the oil did a sloppy job and did not tighten the oil filter or clean off the spilled oil. This Firestone also did a break check on my truck and said I needed brake cylinders because they were leaking. Took the truck home and pulled the brakes apart...No leaks,,,,

Really bad bad bad experience with them .i went there to change my tyres and brakes oil.But somehow what they did and engine light got on .when i asked them for this politely manager started talking rudely .They made my censor damaged and notready to replace.I wont recommend to anybody no customer service

They dishonored my online appointment giving vague reasons.

Insisted that my car could only use synthetic oil despite the owners manual to try and up sell an oil change.Refused to use anything else so had to leave and go to another shop.

Sales person always pushes additional services. Prices for most standard services are on the high end.
