Really excellent customer service that I received in this store! I walked in and the team immediately said hello and asked me If they could help me find what I was looking for. I showed them pictures of what I needed and they immediately looked them up in their computer system to make sure they had the parts. The store employee brought me over to where the items were, picked them out for me, rang me up and I was good to go. I was in and out of the store in less than 5 minutes. I am very appreciative of the help that was provided to me because it saved me time and frustration. Also, the employee I interacted with had a wonderful pleasant attitude and was so helpful. You have great employees in this store!

Needed a new headlight bulb for my truck. After purchasing it the young man offered to install it. I have to use a cane when I walk so I really appreciated his help!!!

My riding lawnmower battery died after 6 years of usage so I jumped on the ol interweb to see if they are available locally, lo and behold AutoZone had about four of them left just 2 miles from me. When I arrived I noted all the typical new “COVID” signs; I walked in and noted the front service desk was all taped up “like a crime seen” the employee saw that I was carrying a battery and told me to go ahead and lay on the counter. I told him that I looked up the battery on the Internet and it stated that this location had some. He looked it up and said, we sure do and they are on sale for $44. I said sweet!! Because the last one I bought that was the same make and model cost me $150. 6 years ago “this one is brand new not reconditioned and comes with a warranty”Long story short, I was in and out in no time flat with exactly what I wanted with a great price and great service. 5 stars

Not too crowded. Fast and friendly staff. Very knowledgeable on products too. Vast variety. Pricing is also always better than competitors.

Was there within a half hour of closing time. The clerk was very preoccupied with after work plans. He did help me find what I needed but when not assisting me his language was very crude.

I purchased $30 worth of stuff this morning and used my debit card. This afternoon I returned the products I did not use these items. I had my receipt.Auto Zone no longer returns cash to debit cards. They are required to pay cash to their customers for returns. The cashier was pleasant and helpful.Im sure for their managers this is a pain in the rear.Because they were short on cash. The manager had to make the desscion to except my returned items today.Glad a customer inline had cash to help them with their money shortage.4 stars for the whole experience. Would have gave them 5 stars but Auto Zones Return Refund is a pain for the customer 😕Thank you Customer, Cashier and Manager

Great place great customer service, although do not inforce the mask policies even though there are signs posted a shirt over your mouth isnt a mask. The guy behind the counter didnt even mention it to customer while the idiot was whistling. Too bad cause its next to my house but will go somewhere where they inforce it.

Going in I was helped and the place seemed organized. There wasnt enough merchandise and when I wanted something they were suppose to have in Stock they didnt have it. Their inventory is off so if you go to the atone ask them if they have it physically in their possession.

Dropped off some oil for recycling. An employee, a younger fellow with dark hair, was extremely helpful and friendly. Didnt have anything that I needed to buy at the moment but would definitely do so because of the excellent service that young man displayed.

Good prices but I didnt like that there items are miss priced and they dont honer there mispricing.

Went to try to get my battery tested, there was like 5-6 kids running the store but not a single one could test my battery (Im not even a car guy but even I know thats a simple as heck job) the excuse was sorry they dont schedule anyone who knows how to do that. Lol. I went to Winchester Auto and they tested my battery for free in under 5 min.

Well its nice and inviting the people are good-natured and happy very helpful I never thought I would express myself this way of a parts store but the people make you feel welcome and wanting to help you with your purchases I recommend it parts are very competitively priced

This is my local autozone that I always go to whenever I need parts for my Honda :) I gotta say, I absolutely adore this shop! All the employees are always so helpful and kind. They are always willing to go beyond my expectations. All the employees I’ve met here are definitely willing to help me place parts thenselves too!! Alexis Barajas and Henry Q in particular are amazing employees. Definitely recommend this location.

I was quite happy that AutoZone was open until 9:00 on a Sunday when I returned with my family from a long trip on a Sunday evening to find our other car (the one I use to commute) had a dead battery. I was even more happy that there were two very attentive and helpful people working that night. Even though I arrived just a few minutes before closing, they helped me find what I needed so I could get to work the next day. I know where Ill be getting my parts from now on!

AutoZone usually has the parts I need in stock & if not can get them in short order. The more valued aspect of this Auto Zone is the staff are always very accomodating and help with tips on removal, installation, or troubleshooting.

Terrible attitude and service from the manager - not the store manager, the acting manager at the time I visited.. An employee sold me the wrong part. I purchased a few hundred dollars worth of things, they took my phone number down (for account and return reasons) at the time of sale.Part didnt fit. I go to return the part, with no receipt. The manager told me store credit only.Really? Your store sold me the wrong part, which cost me time, and you have the part that I need to return on my AutoZone account? Give me my cash.0 stars if I could, because all of that was coupled to a horrible attitude. The manager is a prick.

In the end I got what I needed and the 2 guys working were nice dudes.But like a lot if businesses in our area they are under understaffed and service suffers from it despite the efforts from the employees they have.

Stopped here to return some items purchased from another Auto zone, was convenient as I was already in the area. Nothing wrong with items purchased, just did not need.

Called me telling me they had my part! I get here and they cant find the part! Its just 1 part! How do you lose 1 part! There is supposed to be a designated area for will call/parts pick-up! Bad Inventory Control!

Lethargic staff. Very slow and poor service. Even though there was only one customer before me but I had to wait for 30 minutes before I made the payment. Trying paying to other counter but the staff was talking over phone having personal conversations and asked me to wait behind other customer on another counter.

The Wal-Mart of auto stores.... only better service and a better business altogether. Nothings more lame than walmart, I just used the comparison for the price and inventory. Its got all the good qualities of hellmart minus all the bad qualities. Especially no door greeter to welcome me to hell...... I always feel bad for the door guy...

It was fine went in found what I needed b paid, convetsated for a moment off o went. Outside I found a mistake, back inside issue was quickly resolved and refund issued off I went!

The staff in very helpful and if they dont have it in stock they dont have a problem ordering it for you from another store. I have another part store closer but I still drive a little farther to go Auto Zone.

Really weak customer service at this location. They had two employees taking calls from other autozone stores rather than helping a long line of customers. Both employees were using foul language while talking with the other stores in front of customers. Waited 15 minutes to get help with one person in front of us. Will go to OReillys next time.
