ONLINE PICKUP - Systematic Incompetence - Firstly, their site says 1 hour pickup, this is not true at all, I arrived at the hour mark (though I did not get an email confirmation) and they tell me its not ready I need to come back. They say it usually takes 2 hours. I end up waiting 3 hours before I get an email saying order is ready for pickup. Then when I get there, Im told the product could not be found, but they tried to call me by phone. How about sending me the email that says the order isnt available instead of expecting me to answer a random phone call. Lastly, their inventory still says the product is in stock (1), so they dont even adjust their system for missing inventory when they find out. I would be less mad if the inventory didnt drop from 2 to 1 in the time I was waiting, meaning I could have just walked inside and picked up the last available item myself instead of now having nothing. I almost forgot the last gem, they dont have a dedicated waiting line indicator for pickup, and the pickup register checks out normal customers when unoccupied. So, it ends up that you either wait in their long regular-customer line, or look like youre cutting in line because you awkwardly stand behind a normal paying customer without waiting in line. Actually I did come away something, the task of watching that my refund goes through. Stick to Amazon, same product, few bucks cheaper and free 1 day delivery (prime).

Love this Bed bath location, has so much variety in each department. I especially love the beauty section in this store. Has 2 floors I think, Havent had the chance to check it out yet.

My client is absolutely thrilled with the necklace organizer I ordered from Bed Bath & Beyond. She also loves the fact that it was a two pack so she could give the other one as a gift later. I appreciated that you have given us the opportunity to order online, unlike some other stores.

Excellent! Ben helped me with thingsthat I wanted to buy. I needed egg timers that werent in the store. He helped me find them online & ordered me 2, as I requested, to be sent to my home. So convenient! The cashier Lucy was also very helpful.I had a bunch of coupons, she suggested which coupon to use.She also wrapped my 2 glass purchases in tissue paper after asking me if I would like that, & I did.

It was easier than Home Depot and as a woman I appreciate this. Thanks so much.

The BBB, as I call it, started out as a excellent place to buy youre linens , towells, wash clothes etc. Then it was called, B&B only.Now it added a few more items you want , so you dont have to go to other stores to get them. It is a very nice store , and its moderately priced. Also the employees. Are fantastic in helping you the moment you enter there store. Try it you will like it. Over an Out for now.

Too expensive not worth it customer service not good either

They did not have any body sprays. Had alot of shampoo and as many conditioners as one could EVER need. Disenthralled w/whole store. They also did not have many (1) electric shavers or trimmers. The one they had only had 3 attachments.

They have a promotion for Caphalon in-store only but have no products to be able to get it. We had to order ours online. I did get great customer service when asking to check stock for me and was able to return item with no major headache.

Go there to shop. Only visit the place once and a while. The place is very clean. The employees are very nice.

Still had the 8 pan we like. Wish they still carried the individually packaged flushable wipes my wife liked. All in all a good store with great service.

Tried the curbside service. On day I placed my order at 7am understanding the store doesnt open until 9am. At 1 pm still no word. Finally got a notification about 4pm that my order was ready for pickup. When I arrived the next morning there were only two pick up parking slots and I was a third arrival. Used the digital Im here notification in my email with my order number. Waited. Nothing. Then called the customer service. They responded fairly quickly so my Im here notification didnt seem to work. This process is easy enough just more time consuming than advertised when ordering!

Man..come on, no prices on items...but when you do find something you like to just be upset at the price at the register. If you like to over pay, have at it..for myself I cant!

I really like this store. It has so much to offer in every category. And, of course, there are those wonderful coupons!

Update!!!! I got an email after I left my review. The manager decides to make my return possible.I received a store credit minus 20% of the amount. The Menorah was accepted without any problems, the workers were very nice and polite! I bought pans on sale plus use my coupon. Definitely recommend this location, they had good discounts! Thank you very much for not leaving me with a broken thing! I was satisfied !!!Don’t buy electrical Menorah from here!!!I bought menorah in 2018 for Hanukkah, after holiday just put on the shelf and never used again. It was very unpleasant surprise when my menorah didn’t light up on 2019 Hanukkah. I took it back to the store( without Receipt) But with the BB and B sticker. Sales person scan the sticker and offer me $6 refund, even those he did see on the screen that I paid for it $40. I ask for the manager and she told me since I didn’t have the receipt I cannot get any refund. From the store I called customer service and I been told that return policy is only 30 days... I heard 3 different answers from the employees and it looks very fishy to me , because it seems like the stuff don’t know the policies... Very unprofessional ! I stuck with my not working item and fell very disappointed wit Bed Beth and Beyond. How do I suppose to know before 30 day that Menorah is not working if I use this item only once a year? My visit to the current location of Bed Bath & Beyond was okay theres only escalators. if you are disabled there are no elevators available at this time do to Coronavirus.

Courteous clerks, store was well stocked.

Meh. The elevator and the escalator were broken so if you needed something from the 2nd floor, you were out of luck. No sign on the front door--you had to go inside and walk all the way around the store to find out. Apparently employees couldnt use a back stairway to retrieve anything for customers either.

The location in Santa Clara doesnt carry personal care products. You will have to go to Campbell or Redwood City.

Online order with curbside pickup is all messed up, good luck if you go this route

I really like Bed Bath and Beyond -- theyve got a great selection of home stuff, with a lot of solid-quality inexpensive goods. I get a lot of kitchen gear there (appliances, utensils, organizers), and occasionally find furnishings that I need. Theyve also got a selection of random goofy stuff up front, which leads to some fun impulse purchases. Youll find a lot more variety of housewares than you do in Target, at a lot better prices than youd find in Macys. Very helpful store!

Well organized, clean store, with good quality items. Helpful customer support representative. They also match price. I been using the discount coupon they send for long but recently I signed up for the BBB yearly membership. I been getting 20% discount and also free shipping. Surprisingly many items after discounts are even cheaper than popular online store.Deserve 5 stars but I cant see my past online orders when I login, I wish they will correct this bug with their website, so I can track my items.

Prices are high... they do have excellent selection! Depending on what you are looking for... some kitchen items are reasonably priced.

You can really find anything in this store and I mean anything LOL. Things I found to be useful or things that Ill find use for but all in all love their kitchen area of utensils and gadgets and organisation items. I legit spent at least two hours here envisioning a better organized kitchen and items to pamper myself in the other section of the store true beauty and bath. My only suggestion would be just to add more pet items, not like stocking yourselves like PetSmart, just more variety of a few things pertaining to pets. Other than that great service and tons of free parking.

The store was kind of dirty, so 4-stars. Its a 2-story BBB with a pharmacy on the first floor, so thats convenient. The staff was among the more helpful Ive seen at any BBB. They were really out there helping and interacting with people which I truly appreciate, even though I wasnt the one asking for help. But the building wasnt in good shape. The escalator to the second floor was broken, so you had to use the elevator, and the bathroom was really atrocious. Not only was it completely out of paper products, but there were rust stains on the walls and it just generally looked like a trashy bathroom that you would find at an old gas station.

This store is packed full of all the home goods you never knew you needed, and probably don’t need. A fantastic place to kill time and get those items that make your life easier. Product can be messy and the registers understaffed.

All Bed Bath & Beyonds are basically the same. So if youre already a fan of BBB, then this place will not disappoint. Even though this store has two levels, this location is noticeably smaller than other locations. But despite the smaller footprint, they still seem to stock the same selection.

Didnt have the things I wanted. I just wanted to buy a table lamp. Poor selection, left without buying anything.

Decent parking, however initial access from the street is a bit difficult. The store is arranged like a typical BB&B. Staff is friendly yet busy. Checkout is quick, I was in line for less than 10 minutes from getting in line to paying and leaving.

Went in looking for something. No help around. Decided to use the restroom before I continued. Lock on the door saying to find an associate. I have difficulty walking. I will not be back to a store that makes me hunt down a nonexistent person somewhere in the store to beg for a code to be able to pee. I left and will not be returning. Neither will any of my friends when I tell them. This policy is wrong on every level.

Fast trip...picked up what I needed. Good service, girl went far beyond helping me find something. She looked it up on computer and when we couldnt locate it she went and asked another women...who found it for me. Thank you...I had about given up on actually experience customer service at any store.

Love to go looking around in this store...they have everything from bedding to cookware and makeup to video game councils. This location has two stories with an escalator or elevator if youre handicapped. Plenty of parking outside.Employees: some are nice and friendly and are very helpful while others dont seem to want to be there.

Over priced, little to no new items and beware, they wont honor coupons, all of the sudden. I was told they never did yet, Ive shopped this location for over 10 years and have never had a coupon denied until today. This was my last trip in. Not because of the coupon, because of how nasty the cashier was.

This is a mixed review. I was assisted by a friendly helpful associate to order a coffee pour over carafe/filter since I couldnt find one on the floor and I had seen it online. That went quite well, thank you, I just received it and i love it. This was what brought me in to the store.I went upstairs to browse around and continue my shopping, to see what else I could waste some of my hard earned money on. There was another associate who was hanging out having fun on the beds with what seemed to be a buddy customer of his. I made the loop around the store and thought that the escalator was closed on one side and went around again thinking there was another escalator on the other side. There wasnt, but there was the same employee who asked if he could help me and I said no I was just browsing. He said well youve been just browsing for a while now. The attitude and way he responded just wasnt appropriate and just it made me not want to continue shopping after that.

I had a $10 off $30 coupon and bought needed stuff like Tylenol. I love the fact that I can surprise my daughter with wrapped presents due to their free wrapping station. It makes shopping more fun.

The store is well organized and stocked. With the many coupons that are sent out all the time, we are able to get some really good deals. Checkout was relatively fast.

The sales person who works in the curtain department is outstanding. Very customer oriented.

Location is perfect for me and parking isn’t hard to find. It’s also next to one of my favorite place to eat. Panera bread is next door. If I want to shop for clothes, I can go to Kohl’s which is opposite side of Bed Bath & Beyond. Bed Bath has numerous selections for your kitchen and bedroom and even has beauty products. Organized clean store, which is what consumers look for in a store. I went to Macy’s and compared prices for knives. Bed Bath & Beyond has more selections on the floor.For lower prices I would check out TJ Max or even Burlington. The beauty of living in the city you have several stores to choose from.

There is no downside to bed bath and beyond. They have everything you could possibly need. However, the only downside is that anything you can get here, you can also get at Target for much cheaper. The other downside is that there arent that many upsides. Would definitely recommend this place to anyone that is too pretentious for target.

This is a very good bedbathand beyond, its cool that they have two floors. They also have a makeup section which the one I normally go to doesnt.

This store has a pretty massive selection of household items. From kitchen to bedroom to bathroom they usually have what you are looking for and its a good location with plenty of parking. The downside: the store has a terrible layout. Its two stories and crammed from top to bottom and side to side with inventory. The store is staffed well enough to ask questions but it can still be very difficult to find even the simplest things, add to that the cramped aisles ways and the fact that its usually very busy. Prices can be decent and Ive sometimes found decent sale items when wandering looking for the seemingly obvious and inconsequential item I came in for. Its more or less the only store it like it in the area and it is a one stop shop for many items but that definitely comes with pros and cons in this case.

Ive had good experiences with Bed Bath and Beyond before. This store is a little different than what you would typically expect from a BBB store. Theyre organization isnt as great as other stores which is something Ive come to praise BBB for. Its a two levels store with an escaltor in the middle. Everything is really close together, more so than usual. I only saw two or three staff members and wasnt greeted or asked if I needed help. I usually am welcomed warmly and help is always offered often when I walk past any emplpyee in some stores Ive been to, so I thought it was an expected work culture /service that BBB expects of and prides in their employees. I was able to exchange my items and found the replacement I wanted no problem. If youre on your own, been to these stores before, know what you want, and dont need assistance from the employees or have any questions, youll probably have a fine experience.

No one on the floor finally found one kid in the back who had an unfriendly attitude and you can tell didnt want to be there, ask for help, Im handicapped and cant really lift to much he walked right by what I asked for he was pretty much useless. I finally found what I wanted and he watched as I struggled to get it in the cart and only asked if I needed help after he watched me get it in the basket then just turned around and walked away. store layout is horrible they have a section that I havent seen at other BBB it feel like a mini Walgreens. carts are everywhere full of merchandise so hard for me to get around. up front is where everyone is at, trying to run a register or just standing around, probably because they dont want to stock shelves. my cashier was super friendly. Couldnt get out of there fast enough!
