Over $6 for a coffee that’s made wrong all the time. Can I get some coffee with all the milk that’s added.? This Starbucks loves milk....

They make really good frappuccinos but the wait can be horribly long, especially around lunch. It is also not the cleanest Starbucks Ive gone to.

I just ordered a Hot Grande Pumpkin Spice Latte and it tastes like they filled half my cup with pumpkin sauce which was entirely way too sweet. Now I know this drink in particular can be on the sweet side since I order them all the time from different locations - but the one from here was just overloaded with the pumpkin sauce. I couldn’t even drink it. Too bad I’m already back at work. Note to self - make sure I approve it before I move it!!

This is a large, full-service Starbucks smack in the middle of the Rutgers student center. It has a wide array of food items and all of the drink items you would find in a normal, corporate Starbucks. The staff of mostly Rutgers students is extremely friendly and welcoming. They try their best, but many of them are in training, so sometimes they make a mistake, but they will always fix it and sometimes even give you a free drink. Lines can get extremely long at certain very specific times during the school year (in between Rutgers classes), but most of the time there is no line at all. Hours are limited in the summer and during school vacations. Not all Starbucks corporate promotions are honored here. If you have a cash back credit card with specific categories, this place codes as a restaurant. Overall, this is the best Starbucks location for miles around.

Employees need to be trained on the prep, brewing and making of all the drinks on the menu. Will make service and experience much more memorable positively with each visit.

Asked for a coconut milk green tea latte and they made it with regular milk. And of course no one answers the phone when you call. Im not walking another mile to return this. Throwing it out. What a waste of a day.

To the best of my knowledge, any Starbucks with sitting offers refills to their paying customer, this is true for any state, and country in which I visited Starbucks. I think it is ridiculous! What makes this Starbucks franchise different from any other? Why is it that this Starbucks is exempt from honoring reusable cups, and offering refills? #outrage!!!!

Typical starbucks satellite location, staffed by students who make decent drinks. Only thing is during summer they close at 4:30p. Understandable, but too bad.

Best Starbucks in a 10 mile radius. They adhere to the companys standard in with every cup they make. Fresh products and you always get what you want or theyll make it again!

The pumpkin bread, cake pops and caramel frap here are delicious. They all make up for the wait-theres almost always a line almost out of the door.

Im a die-hard Starbucks fan, so was extremely disappointed to come into town expecting my usual and discovered instead that since this Starbucks is on a college campus, it might be closed during the summer or on weekends (like it was today). This needs to be made clear in the info. Caffeine withdrawal is not a pretty thing.

While the staff was friendly the store was absolutely disgustingly filthy. There were actual hundreds of fruit flies swarming the store, especially the station where they make blended drinks. There was a literal cloud of them by the black stools and the wall next to it had hundreds resting on the paneling. The espresso area was no better. Their rinse sink for pitchers was coated in a thick brown film down the sides and even up to the lip, edging up onto the counter. I threw out my drink after paying for it because just the sight of the depravity here had me nauseated.

I waited 30 minutes to get a bagel and a cookie. When I came in, there was absolutely no line. They took my order and I paid and waited for my name to be called. They gave my food to the wrong person and then when I asked them if my order was coming they said no. They remade my order and still didnt give me what they asked for.

When you are on campus and the dining hall is crowded. I would recommend going here. Also in the morning it can have long lines

This is a very good starbucks, but it is not located where the pointer says. It is about 200 away in the Campus Center.

Convenient on campus Starbucks. The only thing is that sometimes they run out of pastry and sandwiches very early.

While not a corporate Starbucks, this franchise has everything you typically get from a Starbucks. The only reason I removed a star is that the staff usually tends to be less well trained than other Starbucks locations (except for the manager, who is amazing), and they do not honor the promotions that corporate Starbucks locations do.
