Amazing place to work and get your coffee fix.

On my visit I was having trouble at the ATM and Maria came right over and helped figure out what the problem was. She helped me fix the situation and continue my transaction with ease. She was truly the BEST and it was by far my favorite customer service experience ever. Having people like that during 2020 is amazing! Thank you so much for making me smile.

Had been going to this place since past 1 year almost everyday until COVID-19. Great place to get a coffee and work. Vanilla latte is favorite. Hope to continue visiting it again.

One of the best places to study and take a step back from the hustle and bustle. Helpful staff, always clean, and fast WiFi. Go and finish all the work you’ve been procrastinating on.

Cozy & quiet spot to have some coffee before work. The baristas are always nice & consistently make my Macchiato right. Plus, having the bank here is convenient as well. I can use the ATM to withdraw $1, $5, or $20 bills! Highly recommend this spot for coffee, lounging, & banking.

Subpar experience, with arrogant service. A friend of mine, her mom and I went to Capital One Cafe to have some nice ice-cold beverages. We ordered tea and coffee. We were shocked to see that the entire cups were filled with ice, and only a little bit of liquid.We immediately noted that to the person behind the register. He shrugged us off saying that this is how it was supposed to be, and he firmly stated he was not going to do anything about it.I will never go to this Capital One Cafe ever again, and I will warn all of my friends not to go there.

Non functional equipment and unhelpful staff

I love this place! The staff are amazing. Great food and coffee!The ambience is great for doing some short work or just chilling alone.

YO THIS IS MY BEST KEPT SECRET BUT ILL LET YOU IN ON IT. 50% off handcrafted drinks if you use a Capital One credit or debit card. Where else can I get a almond milk matcha latte for under $3??? And on certain days (marked Happy Hour on the blackboard inside) once or twice a week its FREE. Also, the space is nice and there are always seats. Love love love this place.

Come for free wednesdays (4-10pm) & do consider their suggested donation ($25), very worth it to continue supporting the wonderful variety of art displayed here. Been coming to this cafe for years. Excellent alternative to overcrowded Starbucks, Peet’s, and the Smith Center. Great staff all the time, and an exceptional deal if you have the capital one card

The quality of my order (caramel coffee javiva) was amazing, absolutely delicious. The quality of the customer service I received was terrible. First of all, I stood in line waiting for a few minutes before I was greeted or even acknowledged. Second, once I was asked how I could be helped, the cashier was very rude (I asked a question about what the difference between 2 of the drinks were), he answered every question I had with so much attitude and sarcasm, I was in shock. After taking my order, he then went on to help the next customer very nicely and politely, smiled and overall just treated the next customer so much better than he had treated me. This was my first experience at Capital One Café and most likely my last.

This is a lovely cafe in Harvard Square. The interior is nice and has quite a bit of seating, perfect for getting some work done on your laptop. The Capital One staff are incredibly nice and helpful. They also offer discounts on coffee when using your Capital One card.

As per cafe is concerned it is exceptional. But overall capitol one credit card section is awful. I applied credit card and got approved got card also. But never active ed. I called almost 2 h in 3 days and finally asked to send my Id. I sent but no reply for 15 days. Again I called and they told they can not accept USCIS govt issue Id, they need state Id. Id is Id. I opened bank account using same Id, however capitol one credit card team is so terrible. They forced to close the card. One of terrible customer service. They approve only 1000 usd and showed like they r keeping customer safe. I think it is kind of identity collection and its uses...u never know. Stay away from their credit card if u dont want to waste ur time.

I camped out here on a snowy Friday and the staff was exceedingly friendly, despite the weather. The cafe had to close early but they gave me plenty of notice. It is kept spotless and there is plenty of seating to enjoy a beverage, get work done or study. Ill be back!

This place is really my favorite place to work on Sundays! I take my laptop and work there for a couple of hours without anyone bothering me.

As I walked in the Harvard Sq Banking center I was very amazed, that its connected with a petes coffee. As I am just switching banks I am impressed with Capital one and I hope it will prove to be a good bank for me. I like the extra personal service they provide. Thank you!

I love this place. Dom and the Capital One crew are super friendly and helpful. The baristas are always cheerful and fast and funny too... The coffee is at a discount with a Cap1 card. Perfect.

Though the idea of a cafe inside a bank initially turned me off, their half-price-for-cardholders deal drew me in....and Im glad it did! Its surprisingly cute in here, a mellow place to work, and Peets is delicious. 👍

BOSTON CAPITAL ONE CAFE/ IS MY PREFFERED PLACE EVER IN MASS USA.

Excellent space, with lots of accommodations for students and a good amount of space. Be aware that this is, it seems, a study space and not a social cafe.

Capital one/ Café is my sanctuary.i love it because i live in Cambridge, Mass usa.

Best thing is the mixed bills at the ATM. If you want $63 you can get it. My favorite drinks are the coffee javiva and coconut black tie.

A good place to go and do work. Relatively quiet, for the most part, plenty of outlets for chargers, and the staff are exceptionally nice.
