Movers David and Jonah arrived in a timely manner. They were very conscientious during the loading of their truck making sure that all items were well protected and secured.. They were respectful and asked questions when necessary and assured me that all the items would fit. Unloading the truck they carefully brought everything to the second floor. These are some of the best movers Ive ever encountered. Chris and Derrel helped move my grandmother from our house into assisted living. It wasnt a huge move, but they took extra care to make sure that everything went smoothly. They communicated well and made sure that boxes and furniture were put in the proper places. I recently relocated from Camarillo to Los Angeles and Attention to Detail Moving did an amazing job! From their level of attentiveness to professionalism, they got the job done and did it well. Elijah Marshawn and Chad definitely made the move less stressful and gave us peace of mind.

I would rate them a zero!!! They scratched every piece of furniture I had them move. One of the movers kept stepping on my foot. Plus they used my dolly, and then kept it.

I had to remind this woman that I was not her employee, I was her customer, and not to speak to me in such a rude manner. Then she hung up on me.Its a real shame the company never followed up and apologized for how she acted. Ive never been talked to in such a demeaning manner as a customer in my life.2 stars because the guys that came to move our stuff was fantastic and its not their fault that the office manager is a real piece of work.

Lost so many of our belongings. Lied about replacing what they lost. still haven’t replaced or paid for replacement. Worst movers in 7 moves, military people here, we have experienced great movers ... these folks are not even barely decent as movers .

I was amazed watching how quickly they disassembled, and wrapped all my furniture and carried it out to the truck. They even had a good design eye when suggesting I place my bed in a different direction than I was thinking, and it opened the room up so much more Highly recommend to anyone who needs movers. The manager Michelle Brewer was dishonest about prices.She refused to deliver our items and demanded we pay more to have them delivered after the fact until we had to pay hidden added on fees.Michelle played dumb and was very contriving.The moving team was great it clearly wasn’t their fault.Beware of this company.

These guys are incredible! Today, in the absolute pouring rain , cold & windy weather, Angel, Oscar, and DJ moved my entire apartment in an hour and 30 minutes. They moved a 700 pound gun safe down a steep flight of stairs, my queen size bed, and a solid oak dresser, not to mention the 60 inch TV, tv stand, and a number of boxes and suit cases, all without a single hitch or complaint. These guys move seriously fast! And all for under $300?! Come on what a steal! Ive had pretty horrific experiences with other moving companies in the past, and I really cant say enough great things about this company. As a combat veteran myself, I have a number of injuries that really prevent me from a lot of heavy lifting, and these guys were just here to do it all and they definitely did. Not one scratch on the floor or my belongings, not a single drop of water on anything because they did such an amazing job wrapping everything, everything was beyond perfect. And I love that this company is veteran owned and operated. I will be calling Attention To Detail for ALL of my future moving, without question. As far as movers they were great. But when I needed information after the fact about what I had paid I never got a response. I called several times and was always told I would get a call back and didnt. I was asked for a referal and would not provide the name of this company.

Cesar and the team I worked with were extremely professional and accommodating. I booked them last minute and they made sure to come by before the move to assess the inventory. We had some items that did not fit in the truck and Cesar made sure to come back and deal with it personally the next day. Would recommend to anyone who needs moving services!

This company really knows how to do their job well. When working with Dennis he made sure everything was taken care of from A to Z! He was very professional and cared about all our needs. My first move with them was great. I had no issues, and it was a fair price. Now, that Im moving my stuff out of storage they are trying to charge me an absurdly high fee for just moving out, more than it cost for the total time the items were there. I also had to call 11 times just trying to get an estimate and clarification on a charge. This has been my worst experience moving, by far.

My mother was shipping us a very important family heirloom dining table set and not only did they show up at her home (60 miles away no less) but wrapped it perfectly but brought it to LA in an hour and brought it in upstairs to the living room with my girlfriend home with nothing but ease, quickness, and courtesy. We had several complications with our move and Alisha worked with us to help figure out how to change things around for us at no cost. These guys were really amazing at the sell. We opted to have them pack and move for us. The packing day went well, but after opening the boxes after the move, we saw that clothes and items were just thrown into them. On the day of the move, it was a very friendly crew, but they busted a hole in the wall, and then we found out they broke our curved 4K TV. While they promptly send a claim form, there was no follow up from the company once they had our money and the move was complete. The insurance company informed us that with basic coverage (which is what they suggested), we would get $60.00 to replace our TV. It seems all of the customer service went into the sell, and not the actual delivery. I would move on from Attention to Detail.

We had two teams and had an excellent experience on both days.On day one, Leroy and Andrew packed up all of our glassware and valuables. I used this moving company when I had to move out of a situation and quick. They were able to come the next day. Captain Karl and his team were professional polite and quick! I have used other moving companies and they are the most efficient, and nothing was broken.They packed up my entire house in an hour and moved me from Camarillo to Simi. I thought this whole process would take all day and it took less then 4 hours. Karl moved everything into my house and specific rooms so I didnt have to lug anything up the stairs. These guys are great, 100% would be using them again. Karl and Marshawn made the whole experience nothing but the best.

I used Attention To Detail Moving Company, today. I had them pick up a piano from my friends house, and then bring it to my house. They were punctual, careful, and very nice. I love how the two gentlemen planned out every step they made with my piano before they actually moved it. Jordan Kelley and Jordan Arnels communication with each other throughout the entire time, I believe, was key in successfully moving my piano without any harm to the piano or my house. I was extremely impressed. I highly recommend them!

Captain Elijah and his crew were phenomenal. I have moved a lot in my day and have never experienced such a smooth transaction before Elijah knew how to run the crew to best of their abilities I would recommend him and his crew to everyone that needs to move
