Good for building supplies garding needs appliances

Dont expect them to know what their stock is or to be done in a reasonable amount of time if the stock is on the top shelf.We went to get 2 inch foam core. The app said the same amount available for several days. We got to the store and 1 was in the 2 shelf. Then we waited 30 minutes for it to be retrieved.The workers were polite.

Everyone is very respectful of each others personal space and moves throughput the store in accordance with covid-19 guidelines. The staff here is very helpful and helps to streamline the shopping experience.

My local hardware/home improvement store that still has employees in it that scatter when customer come down an aside . I basically have to figure it all out for myself ( thank goodness I use to work at one). It’s not hard to do. I go here when I can’t find what I am looking for else where. I did find the perfect item for an industrial island. I live in an old factory with concrete floors so this item is perfect. The Husky tool chest that they sell on wheels with a surge protector built in gave me extra counter space in my loft. I store all my knives, oven trays, kitchen towels, chopping boards, pots and pans in mine. When I move I can lock it up tight and wheel it onto the back of a moving truck without packing up a thing. The lined drawers are perfect for my kitchen accessories need. The come in great colors. Unless you want to spray one with Rustoleum to match your kitchen. It’s not just for tools ladies! And gents.

Great Store. We were looking for lumber to use in an extended raised bed. We went to the Rome Store and after several attempts via paging for help someone came to assist us. I ask if they could cut the 3 planks in half so I could handle them. (I am 70 female) was told no and he walked away. I went to my vehicle & called Calhoun. The Gentlemen in Calhoun told me no problem . I drove to Calhoun & was met with may we help you & wallah they were cut & we left within 20 minutes. Great Store.👵

Pulled in the parking lot and saw a whole truck of baled line straw. Walk in and loaded a cart with several other items I needed to include a new charcoal grill. Went to the register to pay and asked for ten bales of payment be straw. Was told they did not have any. I said there is a trailer full outside. Again I was told they did not have any. I said do you have someone who can walk out to that trailer over there. Was told again they did not have any. Did not purchase anything I had in my cart and left. Just dont like being called a lair.

They are in need of help. DesertedPlease get vaccinated and go back to work if you are able.

To crowded I dont go there unless I just have to. They claim they dont carry regular white cornmeal as well! The manager is NEVER on the floor hes always back in his office. Something needs to be done about that. Wal-Mart cares more about money the bottom line than insuring products are available an customer service needs are meet. Calhoun GA Wal-Mart is a nightmare an I always try to pick my products up somewhere else.

Very big staff but always have a hard time finding help when needed. At least wait an average of 30 before someone actually comes to help. Definitely needs to be addressed.

Great. A part of having a home

I recently ordered a bathroom vanity top from the website. We opened it and it looked good from the top. Once we took it out of the box to install it, we noticed the sinks were cracked. We returned it and reordered it, because I really like the color. Waited 2 more weeks for the new one. We inspected this one before we left the store. It was also cracked around the sinks and the quartz was also cracked. I also ordered a toilet, that came in and the seat was broken. Our local home depot doesnt carry the parts to fix it, so again I had to return it.

Customer service was great and a very detailed labeling on aisles.

Not a 5 star today. Had to return 8 bags of mulch and because the employee in the check out in the garden area didnt know the protocol for returning something, causing 2 trips the the customer service desk and had to move my vehicle twice. Such an inconvenience!

Its a smaller store and doesnt offer tool rental. I did however pickup a new thermometer for the grill. I would recommend this place to anyone as it is very clean and the people are very nice and helpful.

It was not good ,I tried to order something on line ,but they referred me to the nearest store as it was in stockthere,, they refused to give me the on line price, I pulled up the product and showed the price ,like on other items they honored it,but they refused, Ive been a cardholder for years but I will be rethinking it,your store manager there is the rudest one ever to be at the Calhoun store ,he will flat out call you a liar

Ordered an ice maker online. Realized i ordered the wrong item within 5 minutes. Unable to cancel the order, even called customer service and was told the item had already shipped. It had been 15 minutes since I actually placed the order. Was told there is no way to cancel the order, just wait until it is delivered and return it. Unbelievable! Will definitely return and purchase somewhere else!

The Home Depot was another event were we did their inventory. The store was prepped and organized.

I love going here to shop for home supplies, the only reason Im giving 4 stars is because I order a whole shower kit with sliding glass doors. I had to make 3 trips to get it all on 3 different days. It was all there on the first day and they didnt know where to find my stuff.

Left with everything I needed to finish a couple of projects. Lots of great ideas are born just browsing for a little bit.

Went in to purchase a dryer, no associates were on the floor, finally got assistance after asking 3 times. Then was told they didnt have any in stock except for one style.

I asked a employee if I could exchange a bottle of bug spray because the hose was crimped and I wanted to get in and back out of the store and she refused me with people without masks on in the store. She said Home Depot dont do that but yes they do let you exchange without delay , and caused me a 35 minute delay ! I was very unhappy !

Return line took about 5 minutes with no problems. Went and got the right lawnmower parts and was out in 15 minutes.

If they dont have it, you probably dont really need it. Staff are customer friendly.

I understand what theyre doing but the aisles and the center walkways are crammed with display cases sales kiosks whatever theyre called it is so crammed going down aisles you have to zigzag around all these cardboard displays its claustrophobic in there theyre taking on way too many skus trying to get too many products into their store versus expanding theyre just cramming everything into the aisles and walkways it makes it very claustrophobic and frustrating to walk and have to deal with people stopping and going and stopping and going theres no room to walk they really need to stop getting greedy with their skus and reduce their product lines and open up the floors again youre forcing people to social distance with these boxes I get it but its to the point where I dont even want to come into your store anymore

Need to clean the parking lot. Besides that the staff was awesome.

I went in and worked around for a lil bit and the employees just walked by me like I wasnt even there. No help at all but I use to work for Home Depot in Canton ga and we pushed all employees to at the least say hey and ask if they need some help so I have to put blame on the managers and store manager for not pushing there team to be all about the customer.

They always offer a mask and germ x. This year their pumpkin selection was looking pretty good. 👍

All the employees and patrons, there were only two people wearing masks in there.

Lowes has them beat in the plant department. With more unusual beautiful exotic plants. I would love to see Home Depot step up their garden center and pond supplies. Other than that Ive never had a problem. Couldnt find something once or twice but its a good store with helpful people and I wish them all the best.

Had to ask 3 different staff members to help locate and item. Only after asking 2 people, a gentleman ( staff) walked me to the item instead of just pointing to i think its in thw middle isle.

My visit to the paint department was EXCEPTIONAL! The young lady, whose name I didnt get, was very professional, knowledgeable, friendly, and provided exceptional customer service to me as well as multiple other customers while I was there. Her knowledge and experience is GREATLY APPRECIATED and she deserves some recognition for her service and professionalism!

Hard to find someone to help

Good luck finding anything. the staff has been depleted. If you know what you need you will be OK but if you need help good luck. 4 years ago when I moved here I used to brag on this particular home depot I have been to a lot of them and this one was the best. now it is just like the rest of them if not worse you can not find any help. I have spent a lot of money at this home depot but not anymore I will be taking my business elsewhere.

Around here we do a lot of repairs and home improvement ourselves, so a good hardware store with everything we need is a lifesaver. They also provide some jobs, including some decent low skill jobs. Staff are great and the store is well kept. If you need something, they’ve got it.

Calhoun Ga. Cross aisle in front of registers full of display bends, blocking passage and choking aisle. Few people wearing masks. Absolute nightmare. Bad idea Depot

Took over 2 hours to order a refrigerator and after we finally got someone there they locked our account by overcharging our account! So needless to say last time I will be ordering anything from calhoun home depot! Highly recommend to look elsewhere!
