I will NEVER recommend this place to anyone. I promise you want to stay far far away! We bought a sectional couch and paid for delivery. We were told it had to be ordered, no big deal. Two weeks later part of the couch was in. We were told they could not deliver it because one of their guys got hurt. No big deal we can pick it up. When my fiancé got there to pick it up he was told no one could help him load it.. why? The delivery guys were out delivering furniture! What? Next we paid $150 for them to be sprayed.. only to find out they werent sprayed yet. We were given a bottle of Spray to spray them ourself. One week later the last part of the couch was in. My fiancé called prior to picking up and was told the truck was running behind and to pick up from 12-5. No problem. We show up at 1 just to be told the guy were at work and couldnt help load it. We were told come back in about 30 min. Well, we came back and still no one was there to help. Cindy was so nice she helped load it. Im not sure of the other womans name, but she was so upset she had to give us more spray for the couch. What? That is your fault. It should have been sprayed and we paid for it? All in all just dont waste your time going here.

They refused to sell us the sectional that we liked on the floor because they wanted to keep their floor completely stocked for a sale this weekend. I would think they would want to sell it at full price with a guaranteed sale rather than potentially selling it for a discounted price over the weekend. The couch was hidden in the very back of the store. We needed a couch ASAP because we just moved into the area and have no furniture and this was explained to them, and the manager said that she didn’t understand why we couldn’t just wait for them to order one to come Monday. I am beyond disappointed in this interaction and will not be returning to this place. I am in sales/customer care myself and this is unheard of. Again I am very disappointed with this situation. Will be taking our business elsewhere.

Mr. Smith was awesome. He was friendly, good with the kids and very knowledgeable about everything. It was overall a great experience!

To make a long story short: delivery guys tore felt on bottom of couch and ottoman was scratched. Of course they didnt mention that. Had to go through all the hoops to get them back out to fix. Another waiting game just like the first failed delivery and of course the actual delivery. I know not short. But there was actually more that I left out. But on a positive note, I love my furniture

We bought heat and air conditioning window unit .we have had our outlets in our home tested plug burnt on it its still under warnety they refuse to fix it or replace it dont buy from them said I had a power surge .Ive got same kind in my kitchen window bought from Babcock no burnt plug in it very disappointed that we still have to pay for it .

Walked in to a smiling salesperson, Isabella. I had already been looking at their ad and knew what I wanted. She didnt try to talk me out of it. We sat at the dining room table of my choice and talked about where we lived and our decor in our home. Just by luck, another customer had ordered the same set and didnt want it. The warehouseman helped us load it after they let us inspect it. We were approved and out in less than a half hour. Very nice people!

It’s been a little over 2 years that we purchased a L shaped “leather” sectional sofa for a pretty hefty price. The couch was perfect up until the first year when we started to notice how uncushioned the seats were after a few months of constant use, so we started limiting the living room for only special occasions. Our “genuine leather” started to peel off and fall apart little by little until it became noticeable by our company. I wish Famers would have been clear on the type of matietial and longevity of this couch before making this investment. To all future clients, be cautions on what your pay for before you commit to it.

If there was an option to give negative stars-they would get it. DO NOT BUY FURNITURE HERE. We bought a full living room suite and when it arrived it had grease down the side when they delivered itand they would not replace it. We lifted the couch up and it was CARDBOARD underneath, the tables were pressed wood and the rug was almost see thru. Then they take money out of your bank account without authorization. I wish we wouldve never known this place existed. And btw, the Dalton branch is the same way, only the staff is slightly nicer. The staff at Calhoun, GA are extremely rude.
