Body work looks good. But I was given my car back and told not too drive far because of a problem in the front. I HIT A DEER and they claim that it wasnt from the deer. Never agian!! Its not my job to find everything that is wrong with my own vehicle after an innocent. How do you send a car back to a costumer when its dangerous too drive? Owner had no accountability. Never use this company!

Took car in to see about door damage. Fixed on the spot. No charge. No need to involve insurance companies. Were told they thought it could be fixed right away, and it was.Have always had great experiences with Gerber.

These guys went above and beyond. They did some body work and they detailed the inside. Its not everyday you get that kind of service. And they were nice people 🤗

Would not recommend this place period ,my grill fell out on my way home a list so long of im proper repairs its un real, had it taken to another Gerber next day, which they had to do all the repairs over and fix what they broke, nothing lined up ,was a joke of repair work ,and to top it off my seat belts didnt work[UNSAFE] because they didnt put them in right,second shop was amazed at the poor workmanship ,and couldnt understand why they didnt do it right,they had been paid too ,and they stole my 300.00 gloves,and several other things BEWARE,BOLTS MISSING BOLTS NOT TIGHTEND UP WIRES HANGING LOOSE ,PLUS THEY PUT A BIG DENT IN MY PASSANGER DOOR , BATTERY CABLES LOOSE, I WANT MY STUFF BACK MIKE, I did call and talk to mike about the issues ,and the theft, he never called back , theres your good work folks BEWARE well they called me no results guess im gonna keep hammerin this I WANT MY GLOVES BACK MIKE ,,well its 9/29, didnt have the faith anything would come of this , but Jason b did follow thru on keeping his word , i received payment for my missing items , outstanding response buy Gerber the company , thank you Jason, In consideration of the times everybody has a bad day.

Dropped my truck off the night before got a phone call next morning informing me what’s going on and to my surprise they had it fixed and back to me in less than 24 hrs very pleased with the service

The manager is amazing! These guys know their stuff! They give updates twice a week, go over in person all the stuff they did and why, and answer any questions. Thanks for fixing my Suburban !!

Had amazing service, with my transit van after hitting a deer. The service company was quick and efficient.. Even move the van closer to where I live So I wouldnt have to drive so far to pick it back up.. especially during this time of coved-19.Thank you Gerber collision for doing such a wonderful job..

Not only did they fix my car, they went above and beyond to fix something else wrong with my car that they had no obligation to fix. Extremely impressed with the customer service and work done. Highly recommend

Terrible service told me my car was unrepairable after a pot hole accident seriously fixed it two weeks later at a different shop no issues what so ever they told me that my car was to rusty for repair car is 09 only been on salty roads for 1 year and it is a very well kept car not impressed

The number on here calls the main office in Traverse City. The receptionist was awesome and they worked with me to get my glass fixed on my schedule, they even accommodated me working in Big Rapids. Id work with them again!

The fella that looked at my vehicle did not beat around the Bush when it came to his opinion on the state of my vehicle, he was direct and right to the point...I respect that

Woman that works there is not friendly at all! Didnt have work done so cant rate anything other than first impression.
