My husband and I just drove an hour and a half to look at a new Duramax with definite plans of purchasing it. The salesman we spoke with had pulled the truck up front for us to test drive. When we arrived the manager had a customer looking at and test driving the vehicle. I mainly feel bad for the salesman because his manager clearly doesnt care about his sales team or their success, but we are also extremely angry that our time was wasted. I truly hope the man with no teeth, who refused to move his vehicle (so we could test drive the truck), was able to get financed for it. I strongly recommend avoiding this dealership, as customer satisfaction is not the managers priority.

I brought my vehicle in for an oil change and was greeted by one of the service personnel, I told him I was going to a local restaurant for lunch and would be back in about 45 minutes and he said the car should be ready by then. I arrived back at the service area some time later and found my car waiting for me with all the service completed. I used my GM rewards to pay for the service and was on my way. The whole process went just as it should, no hassle!

Had a blank key fob programed, was suppose to include the blank key cut, noticed when I got home it was not done, made an appointment (again) to get this done, got there and they told me that I had to take it to Fox Motors myself and get it done. What a joke on me.!!! Not a great experience with the service department on that.

I was in for service, I got in and out rather quickly. Always been treated well while there.

Our experience there is always good. They are always right on time and more than willing to answer questions.

For just having a check engine light on, the experience was costly. The problem was the engine was intermittently misfiring on one or more of the cylinders. The original quote was $50 for the initial diagnosis. Nothing, reportedly, could be found. There was an authorization for an additional $75 to delve deeper into the problem. The problem discovered was determined to be corrosion of the DOHC as well as the number one intake valve assembly. Even though this particular problem was not the fault of the service center and more due to poor engineering, the upselling of service for doing nothing to remedy the problem came to a total over $160 which included the quoted service, parts and miscellaneous charges. I did also get a quote of $2100 for the suggested repair to remedy the problem. The service center performed the jobs well and to satisfaction, but I would not recommend the service center or a Chevy hybrid vehicle to anyone.

The bathrooms were dirty, no toilet paper in the roller, floor was dirty, soap was almost out. sad shame. The lounge area was right in the middle of a high traffic area, no tables or booths to do work while waiting for the vehicle.they should take a tour of the dealer, Subaru By the Bay in Petoskey, MI. best ever dealer and Ive bought two cars from them.

This place is top notch all the way around from sales to service to detailing. I’ve purchased every vehicle I own with them for my company and personally. Class act.

I usually dont write reviews but felt I had to considering how unprofessional the used car department treated me. I see a truck get posted online and I call and set up an appointment to view the truck same day. I take work off that day to go look at the truck. I decide that I would like to purchase the truck. Get the whole process started Friday evening. My salesman Mike McNalley told me to consider the truck mine and to sit tight until Monday where we would handle the rest of the final paperwork. On Monday I receive a call from the used car manager saying that there was a miscommunication and the truck sold on Saturday. He said he would have to talk with everyone involved and see what they were going to do and that he would call me back. Never got a phone call from either Cam or Mike. Emailed and left messages with both of them, neither returned my calls. I finally get a hold of Mike and he tells me he doesnt know what happened. Provides no answer or solution. The used car department was really unprofessional in how they handled this situation and showed that they lack integrity. Im very disappointed in my experience. I will not be using them again and will warn others about my experience.

I Picked up a 2018 HD Crew Duramax, Drew one of the kindest and professional sales persons I have ever met, informative not pushy. Cam and the team closed the deal on Saturday like any other day, he took care of ever detail including finance, plates, title,...as well as new tires at no charge. They delivered the truck down State without charge, literally a 1/2 mile from my house when a issue arose with truck they took it to a local dealer resolved the issue and still delivered it to my home, all the while keeping me informed....A++++ thank you!!! Soon after taking delivery there was a recall again the team including service at Benton Baker (Devon and Logan) handled it like pros, courteous and informative. Trusted them when making my first big vehicle purchase. Bought a used 2014 truck from here last summer (2018). It has been nothing, but trouble. I looked at the truck and seemed like a decent deal. I was naive and didnt take a complete look at all the features. They pulled it up for me. The fiance department said that one of their technicians drove it for about a month the winter before, and pushed me to sign on accepting false millage on the paper work for the truck (Over 1000 undocumented mileage). I bit the bullet and signed. I drove away and 3 hours later I parked it in a parking lot. When time to leave I put it in reverse for the first time and saw the back up camera did NOT work! I tried calling them, but it was past their Saturday hours. I drove home (8 hour drive). Took weeks of calling to get them, with them denying that they knew, to finally accept the charge of me having it fixed by a local dealer... The head of service was the only decent person and reimbursed me for the part (not even the labor..). That was just the start. Alternator went out not even a week of owning it. Turns out the heat seat and cooling fan of the drivers seat were broke too.. The truck had corroded wires from the battery, alternator, and starter, so my truck would randomly go out. I got towed multiple times and had to have new wiring put in. Had to purchase an entire wiring harness because you cant just partial purchase what was needed.. I have owned the truck for less than a year and its been a money pit, putting thousands of dollars into it. This dealership is dishonest and such a disappointment. I highly encourage you to go to another dealer since there are so many around them anyways. That is my experience, and I hope others have had better luck.

From lots of experience dealing with these people thats all they do is take advantage of you especially in the service department thats all theyre doing is taking advantage of older people as well as people that do not realize certain things of their vehicle when they are telling you that theres something wrong and there isnt and how they fix it is a different story its all a racket that they have going on for themselves can make money and lie to the people as well as they can damage your vehicle in the process as well as they lie about it as well Exedra. They would never have the opportunity of working on my vehicle or dealing with me in the future or other people I can tell them the experience Ive had with them. Stay away from this dealership by all means!!!

Service manager lied! I asked him if OEM parts would be used. He said absolutely - followed by a quote with after market parts. Second, I asked if the value of my car would depreciate due to the accident, he said no. Not true! Also, he underestimated repairs so that car would not be totaled - with the intent to send another bill later. Insurance adjuster totaled vehicle thankfully.
