We have been purchasing through dreamlinerl bedding since our store opened 4 years ago.Were not a big purchaser from dream line bedding We buy some every now and then.Most recently we had a real heartbreak.Many weeks ago we had customers wanting mattresses and other furniture so we called and ordered. I kept calling and adding to the order as customers began to desire to buy from us.I have bcustomers who have been waiting for many many weeks on their mattress to arrive. The ladies at dreamline have been good in the past to let us know when somethings going to be delayed.But most recently , as of today , the order that weve been waiting for, and our customers have been waiting for... Has arrived but there was absolutely no mattresses in the order.At my surprise, I called the ladies of dreamline, they informed me they felt no obligation on contacting me and letting me know that the mattresses were not on this truck. I asked them specifically is it because we dont order too much, and they assured me that was not issue. The only issue is I must have fell through the cracks that everybody knows theres a shortage on foam . I guess everybody but me.When we finalized our orderthey let me know at that time that it was going to be 3 weeks out before they could make my mattresses and that was probably 4 or 5 weeks ago or more....I just feel very taken advantage of. I feel like they have unloaded some furniture to us and never bothered to tell me that the mattresses were not going to be shipped.Im looking for another furniture supplier.
