I absolutely love shopping at Mardells. They have an amazing selection of Bibles, Bible studies, educational materials, art, clothing and the list goes on.Their employees are very pleasant, very knowledgeable about their products and just overall friendly. The store is clean and has a pleasant atmosphere.

Picked up meds. I wish it would go back to the way it use to be too many empty supplies and old vegetables and fruits. Started before covid. Whats really happening tell the truth.

Technically its fine products wise and getting what you need, except for when you go in in the product you saw a few days ago has suddenly disappeared, but if you want to go somewhere where all your mood suddenly goes from pretty good to I dont want to see another person for months because how crowded the place is with just very entitled people, this is the place for you!

Very clean place its one of my favorite Wal-Marts still do not see many American.made products, but we showed plenty of space no crowded isles staff was very friendly and helpful .we did not have to wait long in line and I dont do self check out but its still available if you want to use it. And parking was not to bad either.

Just an all round great place to shop ask any questions and they will sure find the answer clean nice friendly staff awesome selections and I highly recommend this store never disappointed never

The fact that theyve gone almost exclusively to self checkout is terrible. And if you try to do an order for pick up they are out of half the things you order. Yet when I go inside I can usually find the items they claim are out of stock.

Great layout, all of the employees are awesome except for the extremely rude little guy with with short arms that is often a greeter in the evening. I said Hi! Hows your day going so far? He rolled his eyes and didnt say anything. I asked arent you going to welcome us to wall-Mart? . He turned said ugh, just shut up and keep it keep it moving ... Other than him the place is AWESOME. Would of have it give stars, but every time we go there he is super rude even to the cart pushers and other employees.

Wal mart is getting to expensive but got all these items under watch. Maybe if it was so expensive...it wouldnt need to be so guarded. Which makes customer costs go up.

Check your orders at the photo area before you purchase/leave. I ordered a specific size on two different products (two pics for each one). One of the ladies decided it was her choice to cut the one product (both pieces) to what she ‘thought’ it should be. I got to my vehicle and pulled out all the products and this is when I saw the incorrect size and neither one was centered as I had ordered them to be. I went back in and addressed the one that was much smaller than the size it should be. The second piece I didn’t catch the size discrepancy until I got home. After waiting over an hour in the photo/electronics area for it to be done, the other lady said the printer was going slow. I at this point asked for a refund, neither lady knew how to do it; they called someone on the phone who apparently said they wouldn’t help them, so I was told to go to the service desk, so I did.Other than this one thing, I have not had any issues and come to this Walmart often for the convenience.

Its a Walmart. Never out of anything. Plenty to see, touch, play with and buy (even if you dont need it). Always an adventure. I do find it strange that there is 15 registers, but only Self Check Out and maybe one Cashier is ever open..Kudos to having really clean restrooms and parking lots. Worms for fishing should be located near door though..Easy in and out thing. But overall a great location.

Picked up groceries at the pick up area. Very nice young lady brought out our groceries and loaded them in the back of our car. Walmart has this system of shopping perfect.

Yesterday I went into Walmart to buy food and they only had two people checking customers out and only one self check out for cash and the rest was only card. This is not right at all, the guy working in the self check area claimed they dont have money in the self check outs to give change...Walmart is a big business they have plenty of money they just want to control how we pay for our stuff. Other customers behind me were just as mad as I was. We need to stop this before it gets wore!! If I could give Walmart a zero I would.

This place always has bare shelves it is like the crew cant get the stock out or they dont know how to order or there are not enough stockers. The online order staff gets in the way and stands there talking about what they did last night or checking the phones. If you go to self check the staff blames you when the registers mess up. I have watched the workers play around on their phones text messaging instead of helping. The electronics staff is to lazy to check stock in the back to see if the product is there or not, and they do not know the products they sell such example i asked the difference between the tablets if one was expandable he read the package and said I do not know. Asked to look at the package to see and was refused. The staff does not know the difference between a micro SD card or a Sims card for phones. Just a badly trained staff.

The garden center is open. Need I say more. I was able to purchase my plants, without going through the long lines. Thank you, Walmart.!!

One of the nicest stores Ive visited, well stocked, except 0 ammunition, plenty of quality knives in stock.Plenty of self checkout stations, 4 checkers hard at work, assisting the customers who dont want to self checkout.Very clean, big supercenter for all your consumables and groceries.

Online ordering is the best just shoot a quick email an bam your stuff is brought out and put in car for you.. awesome

Constantly hearing managers scream at the other employees. Spoke to someone and they said there was nothing they could do because management at this store is corrupt. Very sad. My family won’t be shopping here anymore.

I had a extremely frustrating experience. I went in to buy a new phone, So I go back and wait in line forever ( mind you there was one person ahead of me. Just no one around to help. When I finally got someone to help . Apparently the Unlocked Phones are to precious for just anyone to sell. I was told the people they had working that department could not sell those phones. Only the straight talk type phone. I decided well I can save some money and grab a MotoG stylus, they have several cards on display of course when I try to check out there are none of those to purchase. On top of that the rest of my list I could only buy a couple things.

One of my favorite places.They have a lot of great foods everyday. They changed the decorations for Halloween few weeks ago. But I usually went in the morning. Most of employees were very friendly. I like this store

There is never more than 1-2 lanes open even during busy times but they have 3 people at EACH door standing around that dont even greet you or check receipts. Forces us to use self check out everytime and the machines never work to take my card, the other half of the machines dont take cash payments. Overall annoying and frustrating

Take your time in here or be out quick. ..it has about everything..but I go in for the Crocheting Dept.

I wish I could give the Cabot, AR Walmart a five-star rating, because they do offer tons and tons of options from apples to zinc oxide. And when you can find an associate to ask where something is, they are more than willing to show you where it is, literally stopping the job they are doing and going to help you. I love that about the people who work there.HOWEVER!!! - What is the point of having 14 to 21 checkout lanes and only having three open???? Totally frustrating. I used to say “If Walmart doesn’t have it, you don’t need it.” I have long since dropped that moniker because of the frustration I know I am inevitably going to feel as I try to get my actual buying over with.I wish they would have more cashiers on call who could do other things when not needed, like helping people find the Gorilla tape or your fave shampoo. I totally respect everyone working at Walmart, even the not-so-friendly ones. Everyone one has a story, and the unpleasant interaction you may have with someone working there may just be a manifestation of something going on in their lives. Bottom line, because I completely got off topic - I go to Dollar General when at all possible, to avoid the Walmart mania.

I dont work here, why are you trying to make me check myself out. Ill wait an hour in line for one of the two registers you have open before I check myself out. Apparently a CSMs job is to shoot the breeze instead of helping the customer.

One Walmart is basically the same as another when it comes to what is offered. Its the employees that make it different. This is such one store.

They have eliminated all cashiers. I was asked and I commented that I dislike that fact. This checkout monitor suggested I should consider it equal to pumping your own gas. Excuse me, but gas stations charge less for self-service than full service. I am not a Neighborhood Market employee.

No checkers. No place to even bag your own groceries if you have a large cart full. Only one person to assist 20 or more self-checkouts. Very poor, make that, zero service.

Happy that I found cushions that match the ones I have on my other lawn chairs. Also, I found the red brick landscapers I need to finish a fresh flower bed. So happy!!

This location didnt have alot of the healthier options I look for plus I guess Lonoke is a dry county? Bc no adult beverages to be found. But, it was clean and nicely laid out. Spacious isles, etc.

Store not stocked well and isles were messy. No employees around except for the ones filling pick up orders and they didnt know where things were that I asked about.

I only go to Walmart when I absolutely have to. Walmart sucks

Early around 8 am there are not enough checkers nor any big self checkout lines open. It is a pain to use the small self checkouts when you have a full basket.

The cashier that checked us out was rude. She threw our groceries on the conveyor belt and asked my daughter if her coupons for baby formula were copies just because she did not know how to use her register.

Delivery driver didnt read the entire address, and dropped off my items where he thought they should go. Wasted $40 worth of meds for food poisoning, and the $17 for rushed delivery. If you want something delivered from here, just use Instacart.

I used to LOVE Walmart but now that I have to WORK after Ive spent hours shopping I LOATHE it! They do NOT care about disabled and elderly customers! I watched an older man cry because he physically couldnt scan his own groceries and the management refused to get a checker for him. He left with no food and very disappointed!

We did curbside pickup. Despite having GPS and car details, we had to roll window down to confirm name twice. However, they were wearing masks properly and our order was accurate.

Sam Walton would be appalled to have his name attached to the current iteration of this company. Dont expect the customer service from this place any more, or even friendly cashier to check you out. The workers there are doing what they can with what theyre given, but corporate has destroyed a once great business model.

Cabot Supercenter is pretty good as far as Walmarts go. However, all the construction in the parking lot makes coming and going super chaotic.

Its bad enough Walmart is forcing us all to be their employees by shoving us thru self checkout because theres only one or two cashiers working . It gets worst when you have Ben standing in a line patiently and then get told by a young kid sir I am closed after the ones I am waiting on you have to leave. I wasnt the only one waiting an elderly gentleman behind me was also ran off. I told a yellow vested lady about the problem lucky she had another line opening and put me there I let the other man go first. Time to change stores for me.

Dont like having to check myself out. They dont discount their products. So why should I have to check myself out.
