Always problems with card reader at pump. Can’t get receipts. Good luck asking a cashier for one. Stand in a 10 min line and they can’t figure out which pump is #5… it’s like communication with kindergartners… I’m sure there’s an application process but this quality of help makes me fear for the human race..: good luck !!!

Glad they have E85, but theres a problem with it. I measure the actual ethanol content EVERY TIME I fill up. And its never ever ever ever ever tested higher than 69% ethanol. Doesnt matter if its summer or winter. If its going to be advertised as e85, it really needs to be closer to 85 or even 80% ethanol

The pumps almost always have issues with the card reader or chip reader.It’s NOT my card either, because it works just fine inside.The person that finally waited on me had an attitude when I told her the reader needed repaired again.The location is in a convenient location.To bad the employees and the pumps are inconvenient.

The cashiers are always very friendly to me whenever I stop by for fuel or a cold soda. They seem to have some things for everyone here. Snacks and bottled soft drinks, water, flavored waters, hot coffee- for those who prefer their beans in a liquid form ☕!There are sandwiches that you can heat up with the microwave there. And there are the rotisserie franks, with all the trimmings that make them taste so good. 🌭🥤.One last point about this Kum & Go that I enjoy is that, usually whenever I stop there, it is night time and I am on my way home. Almost always theres a patrol car from Cabot PD parked at the store. Since I am almost always alone when I drop in for for fuel, I certainly feel safer with Police visible!And hey, if Cabot PD stops here for refueling their officers, on the inside, at least, thats a 5 ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ recommendation right there!

The girl working night shift today may 23 needs a attitude check. Being a snobby cant is how you loose customers.

At my most recent visit I tried to swipe my card at the pump as debit and it kept cancelling my transaction. I finally ran it as credit and it ran fine, but asked for no verification from me. I dont appreciate that anyone could you my credit card here and not have to verify it in some way.

Great place to get gas. Love the &Rewards Card to earn things like free drinks and rewards like 10 cents off a gallon of gas. Friendly staff always willing to help customers.

Not enough employees checking customers out causing issues with social distancing waiting in line.

I like this store, it clean, staff is friendly and most of all it is easy in and easy out. Also love their hot dogs here.

I pass a tobacco store to get cigarettes here but Ill drive 20 miles to shop for gas,cigarettes or anything else from now on. Stood in line behind two customers for a cup of coffee at 4:30 am. The gentleman in front of me was waved on with his coffee but when I came up short .23 cents I was told You dont have enough money. Really? I was a cashier for 15yrs before I got into nursing and we would never send a customer away over a few cents. Especially a regular. You just lost my business and my familys and a few friends. And he was rude about it. Hope it was worth it. 😉

Last night I gave a girl at the counter 5$ for gas I pumped the gas the pump acted like it gave me gas but wen I turned the key the needle didnt move in a 13 gal tank 5$ is over a quarter the needle didnt move I even went inside the girl informed me she is the manager and cant do anything a guy come out to my car even checked my trunk there wasnt 5$ of gas in the whole car and told me he couldnt do anything they robing folks 5$ here and there adds up dont get took stay woke

Please put in a racist or out rages they need to lower the prices I remember back in 1964 when you can’t get a Coke for two centsNo it’s $10 I will not go back here again
