My mother had a to have a a COVID test on a specific day and we set up an appointment on Walgreens website for here and when we got there they said that they don’t do COVID test anymore because of pharmacy tech shortage!?!? Why’s it available to set an appointment me if they don’t do it anymore!?!? Thanks Walgreens now I gotta reschedule my moms surgery!

Pharmacy used to be more efficient. I’ve been waiting on my sons auto refill script and the processing keeps getting pushed out days at a time ….it’s called auto refill for a reason. Because I need the medicine for my son at that time ! Not days and days later ….least efficient pharmacy in town.

I am a very patient man. When I say patient there is no pun intended. Even my unlimited patience has become strained under the ineptitude of your service. To he on hold more than an hour is one thing, your busy, I get that. To be hung up upon repeatedly is another. To be informed that for some inexplicable reason that I am no longer on file is the last straw. I shall no longer be in need of your dubious service.

Had a prescription called in from my doctor on Thursday. Kept calling computer line and it kept saying in progress. Went in person on Saturday afternoon at 4:45 to pick up because I was out of the medication. Waited 30+ minutes in line just for them to tell me they were out, but could give me a 5 day supply ON SUNDAY because it was too close to closing time. One, why could they have not just put 15 pills in a bottle after I re-emphasized that I was OUT??Two, why had they not let me know when the order was sent by my doctor on Thursday that there was a problem?? This is not acceptable for people who depend on certain medications to survive. Literally.

If you need prescriptions DO NOT USE this location. They used to be great but not anymore. App was not showing new prescriptions, waited 30 minutes on hold no answer. Went to store. LONG line in drive through as I know that’s slow so went inside. Waited 30 minutes in line, still no scripts. Everyone I met while in line had complaints some said they had waited Days forthem to be filled.Just go somewhere else, I will be.

This pharmacy is a joke. Called in a prescription on Monday. Then dropped off two on Tuesday and another on Thursday. Today is Friday. I still have none of my prescriptions. I also called 3 different times to be hung up on , placed on hold indefinitely and then told they would be ready by 6 when I finally got through to them. As I post this it is almost 7 pm and my meds still aren’t ready. Wth?

Absolutely the worst pharmacy I’ve ever used. The automated phone calls take forever to get to a human and once you do get a human they put you on hold. The drive through is insane. 4 cars ahead of me and it took an hour! Highly recommend you DO NOT use this pharmacy.

When we first started using this Walgreens in Cabot they did so well. We stopped using our previous pharmacy because the wait times were outrageous but always had our prescriptions in stock. Walgreens on the other hand has now started to this same trend but worse. Wait times can take upwards of 25 minutes and we have now had 3 different prescriptions called in only to find out they are out of stock when we go to pick the order up. All 3 times we never got an apology from the pharmacy or a phone call letting us know it is out of stock. We have had to wait in line either in the drive thru or in store with our 10 month old daughter and 7 year old son just to find out when we get to the window that our prescription is out of stock. This is very frustrating, especially if youre waiting with children. We have also had issues with picking up call ins from our doctors office in Searcy. We have had multiple occasions where we have had the doctors call in orders hours ahead of time to find out the order will not be ready for another hour, and again no apologies from the workers. Very poor customer service. Because of this we will be looking for another pharmacy.

Clean store, convenient location, friendly staff. Wall greens may not always have the best prices but you can always depend on wall greens to be open. The prices are fair and the store is always clean. The staff is always friendly. Quite honestly Walgreens has change the way that we shop. Being open 24 seven 365 makes it to where there are no holiday emergencies. Keep up the good work Walgreens.

This pharmacy is so all over the place. There is no sense of urgency or effective communication being relayed to employees. Lack of training personally seems to be an issue. It takes 3 people to do one task. I had waited over an hour in store for a med that was supposed to be filled already just to be told when called over the intercom to come back to pharmacy that i had to go back of line (which was wrapped around an isle.) Outside drive thru traffic is no better. Management seriously needs to come up with a better plan of action. And dont even try to call ahead, their phones lines are always busy and tell you there is 3 plus callers ahead of yours. Im surprised they even know how to function.

This is literally THE WORST pharmacy I’ve ever used. I’m pregnant and high risk and they still can’t get myprescription filled in a timely manner. My husband uses them as well and has quite a few health issues and they are always out of stock or take forever to fill his prescriptions. And don’t bother calling, nobody answers or you’ll be on hold for ages. It’s been a horrible experience and we are switching ASAP!

Takes minimum of 30 minutes to get someone on the phone (usually wait 45 mins and often get disconnected), prescriptions are never ready on time, and pickup lines are incredibly long. Have given them many chances, but as a patient and healthcare provider this is very frustrating and can delay care.

I was on hold for and hour for the pharmacy then the automated voice said they left for lunch for 30 minutes. I called back just over an hour later set on hold for another hour and again it said they left for lunch again. I continued on hold and so far it has been an hour and 45mins still havent answered and there has only been two callers ahead of me. Also they struggle to get my meds right. These will be my last refills. Wow it just told me they went on a third lunch break.

I dont know what has happened to this Pharmacy. I am only posting about the pharmacy. Its Horrible. My wife an I have both called while sitting at the house, stayed on hold for 40+ minutes, drove to the store ( continuing to hold ) gotten to the store, walk to pharmacy with no customers waiting in line set the phone down on the counter (while still continuing to hold) and have to argue about why my meds are not ready ... 😡🤬

As all the other current reviews say, this place is the absolute worst. Youll wait at least 30min-1hr in line to fill your rx. They dont answer the phone. I just wasted 40 minutes on hold (on two separate call attempts), only to be hung up on.

The Walgreens in Cabot, is a good place to shop for medicinal products, personal items, and even miscellaneous needs. Its a lot like the old fashioned stores that were once a popular spot in each neighborhood. Customers and workers knew each other by name.The clerks here are all friendly, joke around, share a conversation, recognize me when I come in. It feels like you are stopping by the neighborhood store for a few items, rather than a national chain store.For a smaller Walgreens, it seems to have a great selection of all sorts of items to choose from. Including some items that you may have just seen in commercials, on TV touting the latest marvel, that you have somehow been living life without!They have an excellent selection of vitamins, minerals, and even CBD pain relieving gels, creams, and roll ons!The cold case has a variety of items. From water and other cold drinks to frozen meal entrees, like pizza and ice creams.I drive from Lonoke, 22 miles away, just to get my prescriptions filled here, in 15 minutes, and shop for sale bargains and necessities.The fact that the Pharmacy workers sometimes dont have time to answer the phones, thus keeping me on hold for a ridiculous 35-45 minutes, whenever I am supposed to call to ask them to fill our prescriptions, is totally frustrating! Particularly when you can tell that the receiver has been lifted, as you can hear voices, then the phone is hung up. Which, when you have been on hold for 35 minutes, or more, is enough to make you feel like cussing when you hear the phone hang up.The Pharmacy seems to be under staffed. I frequently struggle with being unable to reach them by phone in order to get them to fill my emailed prescriptions.

Having Pneumonia, and needing to get my prescriptions filled, we waited in line for 10 minutes, when we got to the window the sign said closed for the day… at 4pm…. Now here it is a whole day later my pneumonia is getting worse and no drugs… do they care about the lives of the people in Cabot?

Made an appointment online for a flu shot BIG HUGE MISTAKE dont even waste your time (Kroger next door quick and easy!)as Walgreens they do not care at all that you have an appointment why even offer it ?? Had to wait at the Photo counter for over 20 minutes with no associate coming over to help. There was an associate at checkout who would look over at us and then back at her phone with no customers coming to check out. Finally the person in front of me had to go ask for help. Will be using the Walgreens for future Photo needs.

BEWARE WHEN PURCHASING MEDICARE PART B ITEMS!!!I was charged co-pays on 5 separate occasions even though I had Medicare Part B and a supplement. Medicare paid then my supplement picked up the balance. I was charged over $180 in co-pays and can’t get a refund. Their 3rd party Medicare billing office didn’t process the payments from my supplement, and now they are sending ME bills even though THEY OWE ME A REFUND!!!

Tried to use the Fed ex drop off. Called before we arrived to check n see if they took large boxes. The woman said they did. When we showed up we were told they could not take the boxes because of size. The associate tried to say we hadn’t called but then said she didn’t know boxes were that big.Manager was great. Wish the associate would of just apologized n said she was wrong. No excuses needed.

How is it that there are advertisements EVERYWHERE YOU LOOK inside and outside the store for flu shots, you are able to schedule appointments for a flu vaccination, and yet the pharmacy has been out of the vaccine for over a month?! And the pharmacy tech was extremely rude when letting me know this information while looking at me like I had asked the most ridiculous question. This is the 2nd year in a row that I have had a ridiculous encounter with the rude pharmacy staff. What ever happened to providing good customer service?! Such a foreign concept with this pharmacy staff.

TERRIBLE SERVICE. People working at fedex counter tell me they can lookup shipping labels one day and then the next deny that they said that and that they can only ship pre-labeled packages so I have drive all the way to jacksonville just to ship a package with fedex. They dont have a clue what theyre doing.

The store itself is fine, but the pharmacy service is absolutely atrocious. Long lines, unhelpful technicians, and problems with getting my prescriptions filled on time. They will NOT go out of their way to help people, even if you are sick. After several occasions that left me frustrated, I finally moved my prescriptions to a local pharmacy.

Human error is to blame here, but it took them 1 hr to find my prescription. Then said are you sure you didnt drop these somewhere else , like Im the idiot write down names of everyone you deal with so u will have proof that you were there. In case they cant look at there camera. They did find them, but they need to train people better. Otherwise all good , pharmacist was very nice and manager. ( Susie )

And I was hung up on after waiting 10mins to speak to someone on the phone, then I called again a girl picked up said welcome to Walgreens then hung up after I waited another 6minutes, I called for the 3rd time and when I said “hi please don’t hang up on me” I was yelled at. The pharmacy is trash and unhelpful when it comes to giving information on meds.

Recently Walgreens purchased nearly 200 client files from Freds pharmacy. One of those was in Cabot, AR. That acquisition has caused extensive wait times and the need for a signage to route customers down isles to form a line. I have had the need to have 3 prescriptions filled over the past month and every time I have been there, the line was no less than 10-15 people. I will say the pharmacists and technicians were very nice and took the needed time with each customer. I do feel sorry for the position that Walgreens has put them in. Walgreens was not/is not staffed appropriately to take on the additional customers. I did speak with one of the managers and I was told that they are planning on hiring more staff. I really hope that happens sooner than later or I will be switching pharmacies.

Worst experience I have ever had at a pharmacy. I went here because they were open late & I needed my daughters antibiotics in her system asap... I spent over 30 minutes waiting to drop off, the lady referred to my child as It, told me the medicine would be ready after 7:30 pm; when I came back at 8:15pm, I had to wait another almost 45 minutes for them to look confused as if I never even dropped it off and literally tell me they dont know where the prescription is but once they find it, they would fill it within 5 minutes....then once they finally found it, they told me that my daughters insurance wouldnt cover it so I would have to pay all cash....my daughters insurance DOES cover it, and the prescription is currently being filled by the wonderful Heartland Pharmacy Staff.

The lines & wait times at this pharmacy are ridiculous. Constantly. They’re always backed up, even to just drop off. There’s no reason for this other than poor customer service!! If the employees you have can’t keep up with the work load, hire new or more that can. This is not good patient care.

Awful pharmacy. We sat in the pharmacy drive through for 35 minutes before I called to ask them if we needed to come back a different time. I was told we could always come inside (her time being slightly rude). So, we did. However that didn’t work either because we then spent 15 minutes at the counter. NOT ONE PERSON GREETED US... we eventually just left because we obviously weren’t going to get any kind of service...I would give this place no stars if I could.

I really do like the workers here. I am often greeted kindly and they recognize me now and I no longer have to give my name which is pretty darn good for a major store like this. That being said, I do not care for the wait times. If you go through the drive through, you can almost guarantee that you are going to wait for up to 2 hours sometimes more for your script to be filled. If you go inside it is much quicker but, being handicapped, I do not always feel up to walking inside a store. I wish that this was a 24 hour location. Bottom line: Courteous and kind employees and very slow service.

Go to pick up prescription, blames dr for saying it should be ready quickly. Quotes over 2 hours before it will be ready. Come back 6 hours later to make sure its not an issue. Get home, open my bag of purchased items and no medicine. Call wait 13 minutes for an answer. Get oh yeah she tried to page you but you were already gone and we dont have a number on file. I said i left with a bag she handed me. Her response well its still here whenever you can get it. I say well I guess Ill get it tomorrow bc Im not making a third trip sick. She says okay and hangs up. Worst customer service and consideration Ive come across especially from people dealing with sick customers.

The store manager here is shady af. My fiance was asking to get her job back here and she said yes and would put her on the schedule so my fiance quit her job to get back on at walgreens and this manager Suzie lied to her and now she is struggling to find another one. Literally the worst pharmacy Ive ever been to. I moved to Walgreens Pharmacy from Kmart since they closed and i gave them an honest chance, But not only do i have a problem getting someone on the phone when i call, i have an extremely long wait when i go to pick up my medicine. They were out of my medicine so told me to come back tomorrow to get it, went the next day, same thing. For 4 days i went without my meds for someone to tell me they dont know when they will get it, and giving me an attitude because i told them it would have been nice to know 4 days ago. I went to a new pharmacy to have my medicine transferred there so i can get my medicine that im not even supposed to stop abruptly only to be told Walgreens Transferred my medicine to Walmart and they did so without knowledge. Ive never in my life seen such a disorganized, unprofessional pharmacy.

Not putting down Walgreens but I am this location. It has to be the worst miss managed store in their corporation. Pharm techs are clueless and have been know to be down right rude. The place has gotten so bad I had to transfer my business to a different location in another town and I am happy to drive the extra 10 miles to get my meds than drive the 3 to get to this one. Always a big issue in getting meds refilled, then the battle with the pharm techs. Less stress to just go to another Walgreens. The one I go to know I have been going for the past 4 years and have not had one problem so far.
