Called in a refill. When I dont get a notification, I call and a young lady tells me it will be refilled on the 20th. Arrive on the 20th to pick up SEIZURE medication and the woman in the front cant find it, AGAIN. Goes to the younger, male pharmacist who then tells me that the prescription expired on the 19th so he couldnt fill it!?!! The pharmacist was not professional and acted cocky. I called the Dr. and she kindly called the prescription into Walgreens. Not worth the headache!

Picked Up Prescription On 6-01-2020 In Butler, Pa With Pick Up Outside and It Was Very Efficient With Very Good Service.

Holy cow. You would think we have learned our lesson by now with this pharmacy. It is always at least an hour to fill a prescription. Normally not an issue since we do shopping as we wait. Today my daughter had a prescription faxed up by her doctors office. My wife got there and told the pharmacy she was in store waiting (since that is what they told us to do last time we waited an hour after our doctor faxed up a prescription.) She went to the pharmacy after she was done shopping and they informed her they dont even have the medicine there that my daughter needs. A simple page or call would have been nice. I understand they are busier than most places but they need to set expectations and work a little harder communicating possible issues, you know, like not even having the medicine needed. Gave two stars because most of the times we do end up getting our prescriptions filled eventually.

The one woman who works at the front, I think her name is Sally, it AWFUL to deal with. She can never find the meds, she takes forever to get your stuff together, she argues with me when I tell her the pharmacy bills the wrong insurance and acts overwhelmed when I tell her I want the correct insurance billed (I have two and when they bill the correct insurance my copay is significantly less). Every single time I’ve picked up my meds she waits on me and she’s awful at her job, I’m standing there for 15 minutes while she gets her act together. Put her out front to be a door greeter, she can’t handle the busy environment in the pharmacy. When I get the other older lady with the shoulder length blonde hair she gets me out in under a minute with no problems because she knows how to do her job and doesn’t get flustered when you ask for the billing to be corrected. I have one refill left at this pharmacy and once I pick it up I’m never going back. I manage a retail store in the area that’s just as busy as that pharmacy and you need to put the right people in the right places, Sally or whatever her name is isn’t in the right place.
