How do I give 0 stars? Called Walmart around 6:30 pm and asked if they had an Turkeys in stock. One of the associates told me they had a bunch in stock. Then traveled to Walmart around 8pm and was told they had no turkeys since 1 pm. So it’s nice to know they hire people that don’t know how to count or tell the truth. I’d advise to go somewhere else.

Never had a problem, some of the shelves can be baron or theyre out of stock on some items but I chalk that up to the current environment and supply chain rather than the store. The few interactions Ive had with employees have been decent / good so no complaints. All in all pretty standard which is good.

Dirty, tense atmosphere, with rude workers. You can never find anyone in certain departments. Just sad how much its gone down hill

Quite literally one stop shopping...with the added benefit of great prices! Walmart is the retail equivalent of Fords assembly line on production! If Kmart, RadioShack, and Kroger had a love child with the innovation of Steve Jobs and the resiliency of Edison its name would be Sam Walton...AKA Walmart!

Rude employees mainly a manager upfront named Ash. She deserves to be fired with how rude she is.Plus the store is discussing. The side with the hair dresser was covered in dirt and what I think were twigs. Their bathrooms are always filthy.This store is by far the worst store Ive ever been too.

Great place to get all your needs. Friendly staff and helpful when needed. Only issue I have is due to my MS disability I wish they had more powered wheelchairs or at least have them charged and ready to be used cause I cant walk around the whole store to get everything I need. Other than that I do recommend this store over the Monaca location.

Went last night to get my grocery pick up 7pm to 8pm. Pulled in at 7 to get a text when they wont know my new pick up time. Called to get answers to be hung up on. Put in a request to cancel the order did my shopping myself was just checkint out n they had the nerve to call n seem upset that i did it myself. I have just had it shopping in ur store so i wont be back. Ill take my business to a new grocery store. I felt like you had all day to tell me you where not going to have my stuff ready that day.

It was busy, they only had a few cash registers open, and the staff is willing to help you. Cheap prices as well. Good selection of video games and records.

If you need somethings they will probably going to have it. ONE STOP SHOPPING

This is a typical Walmart Supercenter. Not a large inventory of electronics but everything else is what youd expect. Half descent self checkout.Plenty of helpful staff.

2.5 Below your basic Wal-Mart. Wow this place has gone downhill. Poultry section wiped out of products, but oh theres a an employee standing at the front just to offer everyone masks. Good grief.

Walmart has a varied amount of items for everyone, with prices the public can afford during this trying time. Some times Walmart is out of stock but get trucks every night to try an keep up with demand. We all need to have patience, this drama will also pass in time with Gods help. Bless us all.

I get everything I need at Walmart. Gets interesting maneuvering around the personal shoppers. Only complaint is that the parking lot is very dirty trash everywhere.

Terrible place to shop! I have started grocery shopping at giant eagle and retail shopping at target in Butler PA . RUDEST staff you will find anywhere around with the least amount of training and the management is the reason for it!! Do not recommend walmart in cranberry pa deserves a 0 star!!!

Just dont go within the first hour of opening, ya what the heck happened to 24 hours!!!! They dont like to have anyone at the checkouts for the first hour and it is a massive pain in the rump, and theres no one there that knows enough to help you. Just your typical Walmart.

Ive bin going to Wal-Mart for years. The last time there the Selfs were half empty freezers half empty and floors were dirty.

The Butler PA store has to be one of the worst in the nation. I can get more of my grocery supply at a local dollar store. There are very many empty shelves and the supply of certain items is ZERO. We are talking no sugar, no flour, no Islay Chipped Ham, no Yoplait Yogart basic flavors vanilla, peach etc. What a waste of time. Interesting just 24 hours after my trip a relative was able to get sugar on an order she placed same day as my trip. Who order was for curbside pick up. Went to the Edinboro PA store today. Totally different experience. Shelves stocked, merchandise neat and orderly and store is clean. Lets try again again Walmart and get a new management team perhaps 🤔.

Only 1 cashier working in a 20 items or less aisle, instead of having people standing at the entrance to say hi as you enter store and getting paid for nothing maybe a few more people running registers would be nice, there is an old lady struggling to ring everyone up while young people standing around doing nothing!!!! REALLY!!!!!!!

Popped in to pick up some snacks for a sick friend. Helpful staff. No tap-n-pay and doesn’t take Apple Pay? 🤔 Had to stick my card into the chip reader, where hundreds of other cards have been stuck into, and then tap on a screen. I feel so dirty. 😆

I went in Sunday eve. and by the time I checked out I was loading my car at Mon. morn. at 10 a.m.Thirty cash registers, 3 open.....I could never figure that out.

They sell every thing imaginable and they have good bargains and a hair salon and vision center and bank and fast food restaurant and really clean rest rooms

Never a problem finding an open register & very friendly staff.

Everything is well stocked, and the store is clean.However, its almost impossible to get a cart through the grocery isles. Between restocking and, even more so, employees pulling items for the curbside customers. Even when asked, I was totally ignored by a couple of workers who were entirely blocking the isle.

Busy place. Lines everywhere. Not enough cashiers. I belong to Walmart plus and lately Im thinking its not worth it. I tried to place an order today and even thing I tried to order was out of stock. I mean whole categories of products not just individual ones. All the eggs were out, all the milk was out, all the bakery was out. What the heck?

Shop there all the time. Staff is great. Store is clean and love the prices.

I have waited 3 days for a grocery delivery. Called them, left my name and number, no response. I am in a wheelchair and live alone. Called corporate and they canceled my order. But that doesnt put food in my house. Really? They couldnt find a delivery driver for 3 days? Thats what I was told....

They have everything you need and then some. I go for 1 or 2 items and end up leaving with a cart load. I do like their Clearanced Electronic items, and their Movie DVD bins. I usually get my daughters Hampster pet food and treats and other items there as well as toys and pest control items for the cats. Their landscapingand flower area is awesome! Usually way better prices on Mulch and Soil and Rocks and outdoor display when it comes to the other competitors. The only thing I cant stand is their long lines at the registers when you fill like you have been there way too long and spent too much and just want to leave. They usually only have a few registers open. Even the lines at the Self checkouts can. Be enormous at times. Like I always say, you got all those Registers and lanes, why dont you use them all???

Hate this store and the slow service. Stood at customer service for 25 minutes while one person was on phone the whole time and the other poor old lady took about 6 min per customer. Horrible customer service. Avoid at all costs if possible

Walmart can’t answer their phones for the life of them.For example if someone had kidnapped me and the told me I had one phone call and if the personDID answer they would kill me… I’d call Walmart. Specifically electronics. Idk what you guys are doing in electronics but it seems to being everything but answering phones.

Its the dirtiest store and its seems worse as time goes the workers hide and text on their phones there is never no food there and today no cat food at all there was a broken candle glass on the floor for at least 2 weeks and not one worker would clean it this I know I was there when it fell and it was still there today and never is there hardly anyone at the check out counters what good is this store we are all going to get sick with their dirt you can find raw meat in the weirdest places there and so many more stuff walmart doesnt seem to care

Was in town and did a pick up, waited more than 45mins before someone even came out. Tried calling but no one picked up the phone, in any department, and the voice mail box was full. Ive been to other locations and they are quick and everything is correct. Going into a store is problematic anymore, so pickup is my way of getting groceries. Never go here, ever.

I had tires put on my Jeep. Really great prices, friendly staff. The drawbacks were not having the intercom working and why on earth cant any tireshop inflate my tires to a correct psi?

Only removing a star as I really needed help finding velveta cheese, I approached one of the staff members and tried to ask him for help and he had his headphones with very loud music. Not very nice I was in a super rush to get back to work. The next staff lady was very nice and helpful thankyou
