I ENJOYED my first appointment! EVERYONE there is kind, considerate, and expedient. To have an eye exam after 3 years of not having eye care, I walked to my appointment and back and total time spent including the walk...one hour! Also, it was very easy for me to pick Eyewear and found for myself a perfect fit of gorgeous tortoise shell frames! TOTALLY AFFORDABLE, and I am financially challenged at this time! Everything was wonderful about the staff, Dr. Higgins, selections, and affordability! My recommendation...dont hesitate to call THEM for eye care!!!

Ive been going to Stirling Eyecare for many years. Even after I moved away, even going through changes in my life, doctors and support staff alike have always been reliably, perfectly professional, courteous, and efficient. Theyve graciously pointed me to an equally qualified outside surgeon when I needed a procedure to be performed; they demonstrated great patience and the same great client service when I struggled to narrow down my choices for a new pair of frames. In many ways it may behoove me to find an optometrist nearer to where I currently live, but with so much great experience with Stirling, Im hesitant to go to anyone else. If you live anywhere near Butler, you cant go wrong with Stirling Eyecare!

It was a little chaotic as so many people were scheduled for different. I had a 4:20 appointment and didnt get home until after 6. However, everyone was pleasant and safe. In the end I was satisfied.

Had a very bad experience at Butler Eye care The Eye doctor kept interrupting me whenever I tried to say anything about chronic dry eyes which she kept asking me questions about. Seem to be in a very big hurry during the eye test seem put out that I needed to see some of the test two or three times to judge which one was clearer. Told them the main reason I was coming in was to have the lenses on my sunglasses replaced. Then was told at the end their machines broken Absolutely highly recommend not going to this establishment

We love Stirling Eyecare-- the staff is efficient and friendly, and they made my 8 year olds first eye appointment fun and educational! My boys loved seeing the pictures of their optic nerves, and Dr. Higgins took the time to explain to them how the nerve functioned. He answered all my questions and to made sure I fully understood what was happening with my vision. Great selection of frames, and great service!

After doing some research to find a new optometrist, my daughters and I had our first appt. at Stirling a few weeks ago. I read all the wonderful reviews prior to going and I wanted to see for myself if they were true. I couldnt believe how nice everyone was. Dr. Frye and Dr. Martinez were so nice and super helpful. This company and these employees really understand what good customer service is. That is, unfortunately, rare these days. And on top of that, they were able to get us into glasses within the confines of our insurance coverage. I highly recommend going to Stirling for all your eye care needs!

Friendly staff, very clean and bright storefront. Exam was very thorough and well explained diagnosis and preventive care. This is the third year I have been going there and plan to continue going there for a long time.

I had an irritation in my eye about 2 weeks ago, and needed to be seen by an optometrist as soon as possible. After being told by several chain offices that I could not be seen any sooner than a week out, I made a final attempt by calling Stirling. I spoke with a lovely receptionist and was given an appointment the next afternoon! Come to find out, I had a moderately severe infection in my eye that needed treatment. Dr. Higgins was so helpful throughout the process, and worked with me to find a prescription in my budget since I dont have vision insurance. I then saw Dr. Gonzalez the following week for a follow-up, and she was so extremely pleasant and provided me with further care to finish up the healing of my eye. They also got me set up with a years worth of contacts for an EXTREMELY reasonable price. After having to be in and out of their office 3 times over the last 3 weeks, I would definitely recommend Stirling to anyone looking for an optometrist office in the area. Their staff is great, and so are their doctors! Thanks for the great experience.

I was treated very badly there at Stirling Eyecare by the staff and Dr. Gonzalez. After years of a great business relationship with Dr. Claudia, one of her employees accused me of stealing or of thinking of stealing and she dismissed me from the business even though she acknowledged that I didnt and the frames were returned to the display. Now, after years of wonderful experience with another optometrist office in the area, where they dont overcharge for services, I am still receiving birthday emails from Stirling. If they are going to treat me THAT badly, they are the LAST people from whom I want a birthday wish!!
