Dr. Anderson and his staff are exceptional! We drive 45 mins to go to this office because the staff is so amazing! They take their time with each patient, making sure they get exactly what they want and going over insurance coverages and extra benefits we may qualify for! Dr. Anderson and Erin are wonderful. I have been going here for years and have never been disappointed. Anytime I have had an issue with my eyes they have fit me in immediately- even when there wasnt an opening. They take the time to explain things and are always really helpful. I highly recommend Pearle Vision (Clearview Mall location).

Both the store staff and doc were very helpful, patient, and friendly. Doc gave me advice and told me that my eyes didnt show issues that would warrant me continuing with ophthalmology appts, saving my time from 5 appts/6 months. The store staff was exceedingly social, which I appreciate very much. My only complaint is that most of the mens frames seemed to be on the pricier end of the spectrum. I was able to find a lovely pair that was within my budget, but I would appreciate seeing more variety next time I need frames. Overall, it was a pleasant experience, and in a better environment than the Walmart eye center.

The telephone was answered promptly when I called. I was in the store in Butler twice to choose three frames. Erin waited on me and she was knowledgeable and patient. I had an excellent experience working with her!
