Mike Kelly Hyundai service dept was excellent. I have an issue with my new Palisade, and they have really taken it seriously. Unfortunately Hyundai doesnt seem to want to fix my issue. I am confident, however, that the team at Mike Kelly cares about the issue and is keen on making it right. My issue is a known problem with vibration at highway speeds. They did a massive workup to try and diagnose the problem, and have been diligent to try and fight for me in getting Hyundai corporate to recognize and provide the next level in repair. I would absolutely recommend Mike Kelly. As for Hyundai...well, the jury is still out on that one...

I took my hyundai to Kelly Automotive service to get my brakes checked. I clarified many times I only needed brakes checked. After mechanic checked it I get a hefty price estimate to fix my car and decide to not get it fixed at that time. Im then told to pay $136.58. I said what is that for? Brian from hyundai service says thats our fee for checking your car. I paid it and left. I later called to talk to Lisa the supervisor and stated I was blindsided with a fee that was never discussed. After she confirmed that the new employee Brian in Hyundai service never told me about the fee before taking my keys for the brake check she said she would refund $85 out of the $136.58. (Yes most auto shops give a free estimate so without being told otherwise I assumed that was the case). I have been to Kelly Hyundai service many times and have always been told of any fees up front then given the choice to proceed or not. I had no reason to believe this time was any different, but ultimately this time I was not told until after the fact. After a long bizarre conversation (*details below) Lisa then takes my credit card info over the phone to refund $85 BUT INSTEAD she CHARGES my card $85. I have to contact her to explain she charged my card. A total of $221.58 had been taken out of my account. The next day a credit of $171.40 was credited.*On phone call Lisa initially offered $85 refund and THEN kept trying to rescind the $85 refund and say it was no longer available. She would offer it, then take it back a couple times then ultimately agreed to the refund. Here is why she kept trying to rescind the refund: I told her I took my vehicle to another shop (put on rack and got a FREE estimate and got it fixed there with my point being most places gave free estimates) and the mention of Kelly Automotive started an insider experience story with not only the employee at the shop (ex-employee from Kelly) but also every person in the waiting room with their own horror story about Kelly Automotive. I told Lisa about this and she said I was attacking her and this is when she started the game of rescinding my refund. I told her all I did was show my estimate to that auto shop to compare with theirs and thats how it started. Im allowed to tell my experience to other people. I tell facts. Offended over a 2nd opinion? I have no control what anyone says around me. My suggestion is go somewhere else. Also my scheduled appointment was 8:30 am when I handed them the keys and finally out of there at 1:30 pm when I got keys back. All this for a brake check. 5 hours. Because their waiting room was closed due to coronavirus their van shuttle took me home then brought me back. How safe with 3 people in a small van? Safer than a waiting room?

Good luck with that vibration Justin. I bought a 2020 Sante Fe and mine has the same issue with the vibration, with speeds greater than 55 mph. My vehicle was given a thorough going over too and nothing was found. Did anyone at Mike Kelly’s tell you the technicians can’t drive your vehicle over 55 for safety rules/regulations? Because of this they could never feel what I felt or diagnose the issue. And therefore Hyundai closed my case In a red hot minute. So I’m stuck with a lemon Issue because NO ONE cares enough to help. Maybe you’ll get better service since you spent more money on a vehicle than I did.

People at the service desk and the service manager are very dedicated to providing customer satisfaction, and if you have questions or concerns, just ask, and theyll provide details and answers.The paper work and printouts dont always explain in total detail what was done due to computer pre printed forms etc. Theyll take time to explain and if anything is overlooked, theyll straighten it our right away.This is my second new Hyundai, and so far so good.Prompt attentive service and genuine concern for customer satisfaction!

I went in for recall repairs on my 2013 Elantra. I left with a 2020 Elantra, and I could not be happier about my experience. This was the most professional car dealership I have ever been to. Liz was amazing, knowledgeable, and fun to work. She took my car buying experience from amazing to the best car buying experience I’ve ever had. I will never go anywhere else. Andrew Rogel and the Mike Kelly staff are probably the friendliest and most helpful staff that Ive ever encountered at a dealership. As an engineer and performing a lot of vehicle work myself, I like to ask questions about what is going to happen with my vehicles. More often than not, most service departments dont like discussing the parts and actions in detail. Andrew answered all my questions with courteous responses. Service is AMAZING! I work in Cranberry and thought Id have to give up my entire lunch to drive back-and-forth to drop my car off for servicing. Instead, they scheduled a shuttle which picked up my car at work, drove it back to Kelly for servicing, and dropped it off before I was done with work for the day. I cant say enough about how the staff treats their customers and makes them want to come back. Ill never buy a car anywhere else!

After working with the salesperson, whoever came next to talk actual numbers on the car did a very poor job. He did not listen to our wants and needs and was trying to just get big bucks. Also at one point we were asked to give them our credit card as a sign that we were serious about the purchase. That was before they even talked about an offer for us to buy. Made we think of the long ago stories of dealerships pulling tricks to get you to make the purchase. We ended up trading our leased car from them the next day and got a much better deal and car at another dealership! Would never deal with them again!

Stopped yesterday because my husband wanted to look at a Hyundai Kona. Arrived at 3:30. Saw that they closed at 4 and not 5. Walked around the lot looking at Konas. No one came out to ask if we needed help. Walked over to look at the stingers because they were in front of the door. I drove up in my Kia forte. We have a Hyundai Elantra from here. We plan on going to Wexford next week to look at the Kona.

I was matched up with a wonderful salesman (Jeff Scott) who took the time to understand a young adults wants and needs with purchasing her very first car! He took the time to find every accessory and option that I wanted while NEVER making me feel rushed or pushed to jump on a specific car. The entire car buying experience at Kelly was wonderful. The service department is also great in all aspects - Ive never had any issues with them and they work in a timely fashion to complete the service needed. Typical car dealership experience? I guess, the Salesperson was alright and test drive normal. The first car I wanted was listed, and still is, on their website as a demo car but I was told its not for sale right now. Ok fine, I find another one I was going to buy but with no so great credit Im approved at a very high interest rate. I decided to walk away and wait.I get an email a week later that they got a lender to approve an decent rate. So I figured if I double my down payment I can get the payments where I want them. I researched the lender and find there not the best, which is no surprise, but I had concerns. So I let them know that and that Ill be in... No response. A follow up email... no response. I decided to find another dealership.A week later the Salesperson emails me asking if Im still looking and if my file should be closed or not. Please make sure I respond. So I do explaining what happened... No response.I gave 2 stars due to this ordeal. I cannot reccomend this dealership although this may be an isolated event.

We bought our car here a while ago, and honestly, Id never buy another vehicle here. Service is ok at best, the sales guy was a switch and bait guy. Car was supposed to have extra features...it did not. When we inquired about the features,we were told thats not what we said... Car is in for a recall now and they did provide a rental - but Ill be glad when we dont ever have to come back here.Over the years, Ive enocountered many issues. Would shop elsewhere.

Back in February 2013, I took my son to Kellys, he was in desperate need of a car. We dealt with Lisa Pncek, she was so helpful in every way. I let her deal with my son as I sat back watched and listened. Needless to say my son left that day a very happy young man as he was able to purchase a Chevy Malibu with Lisas help. After having a terrible experience at another local car dealership, I cannot say enough for how much I appreciated my experience at Mike Kelly Automotive. I took my wifes 2011 Hyundai Sonata in to have the brakes checked out. They were not acting right and I really wanted someone to look at them. I am fairly handy myself and I had looked at them and so did a different local shop (different than the one mentioned above). Buying a new car is confusing, I was searching for a week for a new car found my vehicle listed on monday morning and picked it up tuesday afternoon. We walked in Judd Covert greeted us and within 2 minutes I was test driving the vehicle I came to look at and 30 minutes later signing paper work. Mike Kelly Auto made buying my car hassle free! Had my 2014 Kia Soul serviced there. Issues reporting towards a very significant repair bill. After the technicians took a second look they found a second issue repaired under warranty. Saved me at least $1,200.

Incompetent people. Said come pick up the car Thursday or Friday. I drive all the way to pick up the car... oh, Im sorry the car wont be ready until Saturday, did you drive out of your way; your dang right I did. Waste of an hour and half of my time.
