Took my travel trailer to Butler Service Center and had a great experience! Mike Maxin went above and beyond to get my trailer in for service, documented, took pictures and spent a lot of time in explaining the repairs. Mike was was fantastic to work with in every step of the way. The repair technician George spent time showing me the repairs and even went out of his way to show me features in the trailer I didnt even know. Everyone at Butler Service Center was fantastic to deal with. Highly recommend them for any RV / trailer repairs!

My fifth wheel travel trailer needed a new wiring harness and the brakes repaired. The repairs were made professionally and neatly.

We take our travel trailer to Butler RV every year before we start our camping season. They go over our camper very thoroughly and provide excellent service so our camper stays in great condition. We highly recommend Butler RV to keep your camping vehicle moving.

We took our 2006 Chevy trailblazer for inspection, it needed some work however it was very reasonably priced and the staff was amazing! They were very patient while we had to run around to get the correct owners card . over all an amazing experience and we will definitely be coming back for Any maintenance or repairs we may need!

Butler Service Center is the place to go for state inspections and repairs for your camper/RV. They were courteous and they took my camper in the shop as soon as I got there! It’s a good feeling to know your camper is safe when you are out on the road. I live in Robinson Twp. but it’s well worth the drive for me to have competent mechanics working on my vehicle! Highly recommend!

Giving 5 stars only because it wont let me give 10! I was stranded in Butler and no other shop would even look at it for several days. They got me in, did the work at a reasonable price, and had me back on the road quickly. The waiting room was clean and comfortable, spotless bathroom, Keurig for fresh coffee. They saved the day!

Super fast and very nice to work with! They were very accommodating when I gave them the wrong copy of my vehicle registration, allowing me to email them the correct one (and they even printed it out for me!) They completed an inspection and minor work (bulb and wiper replacement) in under an hour at an incredibly reasonable price.I will absolutely be going here again for maintenance!

I talked to Dave on Monday and told him my 2 year old open range fifth wheel slide was not working properly. We were leaving on Tuesday of the following week on vacation. He said bring it up. Two days later it was fixed and we can go on our trip. I really appreciate what Dave and the technicians did for us. Thanks to all of you. Took RV to get inspection and have it gone over for camping worthiness. They were great about calling me with the stuff that needed fixed. This had been my go to place since I purchased an RV.

Employees where kind, pleasant and helpful. Dropping my camper off and picking it up was quick and smooth. The actual work was completed in a timely manner and as long as the work was done correctly which will take some time and better weather to verify, the overall experience was a ten.

I was having sway issues with my truck & trailer. They were so helpful in the service department and offered me multiple suggestions on how to resolve the issue. Wasnt bullied into purchasing items that may not work for my situation.It is hard to find places that actually put customer satisfaction first. They have gained my trust! I will use them in the future for any needs I have or new trailer I purchase.

Stopped in without an appointment to see if I could have my Jeep scanned when the check engine light came on. The service department was more than willing and kindly scanned for the problem, was able to fix it, and inspect my vehicle. All die in a timely manner as well. Butler Pre owned Service Center has the best mechanics around. I drive in from the city 50 minutes just to have my car seen by them. Honest mechanics, honest prices, and best of all the quality of their work is superb. If you dont go here you should.

Butler Service center did an excellent job installing an electronic brake controller on my new pick up truck. They ordered the needed wiring harness and had it available on the day of my visit. Their tech took his time and did an excellent job locating the controller into an open spot on my center console so that it looks like it came with the truck. They also offered help with any follow up questions.

Great customer service! Smoking deal on tires! I priced tires everywhere and they are the cheapiest by almost $100. Would highly recommend this place. Very convenient right off route 8 before getting to Butler.

I had badly scraped the side of my R-Pod by driving too close to a gas station pump island. Butler Service Center did a terrific job of fixing the damage for a very reasonable price. Cant tell I even scratched the camper.

Great service. Friendly associates. Called for a state inspection, they fit me in the next day. In and out in 40 minutes - reasonable price. But what stood out to me most was how friendly they were. My 4-yr old son was with me and ended up getting sick in their waiting room while they had my car up on the lift. They provided me with cleaner and paper towels to get rid of the mess and kept asking my son if he needed anything and if he was ok. And I dont just mean one person -- EVERY person working there checked on him. Ill be going back there for sure.
