I had a great experience with this dealership from start to finish. So many places have high pressure salesmen that border on rude. Not here! Everyone was friendly, accommodating and answered any questions I had. No gimmicks or pushy sales pitches. They made the buying process quick and easy. Very professional, and still down to earth, kind people. I drove 2 hours to buy my Dodge Charger here, and will recommend them to anyone!

Amazing experience with the owner, Brian, and his mechanic, Tom. Both are as nice as can be. Only found my way to these gentlemen by chance from the Pittsburgh area because they had a the vehicle with all the features I wanted at the right price. I would go out of my way to buy from them again in an instant.

Brian, the owner, is so unbelievably nice its insane. We bought an Escalade from him and he had me in & out with my new ride in no time. Tom, the mechanic, is an absolute wiz when it comes to engines. I had a concern with the one caliper, & he had it replaced in a zip. I will be back to buy from him again- though the truck I got was in such awesome shape it might be a while!!

Very nice people, Family owned , honest , tell it like it is. They will gladly put their car or truck on the rack so you can look it over. Or, you can take it to your mechanic for a checkup. Either way they have nothing to hide. They service what they sell..Also have a shop that can fix most anything. Now that ive found them I dont need to go anywhere else.

Bought a truck 8 months ago and since had to replace fuel pump due to broken gas tank straps , power steering line replaced , and brake line failure. I drive this truck sparingly during summer. Very disappointed.

I have dealt with many car dealerships over the years, both new and used. B&B Motors has to be at the very top of the list in not only customer service but also in quality of cars for sale. I just recently bought a vehicle from them that they had purchased from an individual. I was shocked to see how upfront they were. They allowed me to freely search their lot at my own pace answering any and all questions I had without hesitation. I was impressed with number of vehicles available and the price range to meet most expectations. I went back several times before I made up my mind and the level of friendliness and customer service remained at the highest level. They never tried to push a vehicle on me or try to impress me with promos. When I finally made a decision, they showed me receipts for work completed by the prior owner with complete records of oil changes and regular maintenance. They showed me a Carfax report and fully explained the warranty available. They let me know that they were there to help if a problem occurred. I find B & B Motors to be a highly reputable dealer that exhibits the quality of honesty blended with five star customer service desire to be unmatched in my years of car buying. A very pleasant pressure free shopping experience.

The whole staff is great. Tom (the mechanic) knows all the tricks to get you going again if you’re in for a repair. Ben is also very knowledgeable and Brian will talk to you like he’s known you for years!

Was just checking out car shops in the area and read the reviews for all, seems here at b & b motor all the negative comments “Ben” seems to write them off and tell them they have the wrong place. Would be smart to stay away have heard all items from here are junk anyway

This dealership is nothing but a bunch of thieves. Dont buy into their warranty , or their so-called hack mechanics.... Bought a car from them, they failed to disclose odometer tampering, and the accident history of the car.... After hiring a private investigator, found out that they have been caught before for title and tax fraud, scamming their insurance company for a car that was on their lot for almost a year..... And prosecuting an innocent person for it. By all means, STAY AWAY FROM THIS DEALERSHIP IF YOU DO NOT WANT TO GET RIPPED OFF!!! , AND IF YOUR A PRIOR CUSTOMER WHO HAS BEEN SCREWED BY THEM, PLEASE TURN THEM INTO PennDOT and file your complaints with the State Attorney General, NOT the Corrupt, local DAs office!!!!!!
