I purchased a battery from them and not even a month later I am on my way to work and my car just completely dies and shuts off. I had to have my car towed to a local garage and I find out my brand new battery is completely dead, but yet my alternator is good. So the battery is JUNK. they will give me a new battery but who is responsible for the garage bill? Oh an the tow.. Apparently not them.

Love getting parts from this place. If you go to the pullman location in Butler, PA talk with dillan Spisak. Hes very knowledgeable and has fantastic customer service skills. He even know a little bit of sign language to help out the hard of hearing or deaf. Hes patient and helpful

Most of the time, I can get advise on what product I am trying to buy for my vehicle.

I went in to get a battery changed because it was testing low. The wires connecting to the battery looked fine, no rust and the battery tested low so it needed replaced. Simple and easy fix. The older skinny gentleman came out, tested it himself for us and refused to put in a new battery even though he admitted the battery was testing low. I’m clearly gay and clearly young(24) but not too dumb to know when it’s time to replace my battery. I was running late for work because I needed a new battery and he refused to put in a new one. He said I needed to go home and take off my battery and clean it(which the car was brand new and newly financed not even a scratch or rust near the battery at all) before he would sell me a battery. I’m young but I know if I ask for a battery they have to sell me one. Idk if it’s because I was clearly gay or what but I went to another advanced auto instead of dealing with him and they said I obviously needed a new battery just like I said and they also put it in for me and now my car works great. So I would highly recommend going somewhere else if your gay or young rather than this one. They either don’t know what they’re doing, are too lazy to put in a new battery or discriminate against gay people.

Very knowledgeable staff and very helpful. My go to place for replacement parts. It is probably the best place in Butler to go where there are knowledgeable people behind the counter. Most places seem like they hire kids and don’t have enough experience. This place seems like they know what they are doing and what they are talking about. There are a few Advanced Auto stores in the area, but this is the one to go to if you need some good information.

I dont review many places based on the fact that most are just plain below par. But Advanced Auto Parts in Pullman Square is well beyond a cut above the rest. As soon as I walked in I was impressed. There was only one gentleman behind the register but he was fast on his feet and knowledgeable. I had three people in front of me and I was at the counter in less than 2 minutes. When I asked for the part I needed he went to work immediately and knew just where to find it. After this I had another gentleman named Scott who assisted me in putting the part in my vehicle. Not only did he do it in a timely fashion but he also instructede on other parts of my vehicle that would need attention due to my inspection being due soon. Never have I been as impressed with any auto store as I am with this one. The staff were amazing and helpful and the selection was terrific. The Pullman Square location will forever be my one stop shop for my vehicle!

Need to know what you want and how to find it because they dont seem to want to go out of their way to make a sale...

My go-to auto parts store for auto batteries, windshield wipers, synthetic oil, filters, lights etc. Ive never had an unfriendly sales person and they have even changed my battery out in the COLD rain. (I hope people tip them on situations like that.) Always seem happy to help with questions. They also give a military & veterans discount on most items which is much appreciated.

Not enforcing their own sign that requires masks for Covid-19, two employees also without masks.
