Professional Hearing Clinic has been the best hearing company I’ve ever been to. Adam and his team did a great job taking care of my hearing needs with a new pair of Starkey hearing aids. The price was very fair compared to the competition. I will recommend them to my friends.

Very disappointed in the customer service. The receptionist was a sweetHeart and very helpful over the phone. The audio technician did a good job on the testing and explaining our hearing loss. The hearing aides that are fully covered with our G M HAP insurance he wouldn’t even show us because they were a piece of junk. We ended up buying the next to the highest hearing aides, 2 pairs $4,300.00. When we picked them up the owner was not very patient, didn’t explain that we could call them if we had questions. When pairing my husband’s to his phone he was short with me when I called his cell and hung up right away, his words were why did you hang up. I’ve spent more time than necessary with you. When we got home husband’s didn’t work, NO business card to call back. We had to go back so another technician could fix it.1. NO PATIENTS2. NO CUSTOMER SERVICE FROM OWNER3. ONLY PLACE FOR G.M. RETIREES TO GET HEARING WITH SOME COVERAGE4. WOULD RATHER GO TO BIG BOX STORE MORE FRIENDLY AND HELPFUL5. -0 rating

I tried another national hearing aid company, and was not at all happy with the results. Adam, and his team at the Burton, Center Rd office, found exactly what I needed, and anytime I need an adjustment, I just stop in.

This is my first pair of hearing aids. Everyone I was in contact with was very friendly, helpful, and professional. I am more than happy with my hearing aids and would highly recommend.

The help is great ! Prices are good.
