Advance is a great place to buy auto parts at good prices. My closest local store always has nice associates inside and are rarely out of stock on my items. This visit I was helped by Lupe and he was excellent and very nice! Its people like Lupe that create loyal customers!

Just know what you need and dont rely on their knowledge, its seriously lacking. I go in there knowing what Im going to get, but every now and then Ill let one of the staff try and locate or come up with the parts I want. They havent been able to do it right yet. Just know what you need when entering the store.

I needed a part and noone else had it in stock. I called Advanced Auto ,they got me goin again and at a good price. Plus they was helpful and nice. Definitely a good place to get your car parts....

Went to get brakes for a chevy silverado. They didnt have any. I would think with as many silverados on the road they would keep brakes in stock. The girl who waited on us was very nice though.

Had to come to this store to get a different stores mistake fixed. Very knowledgeable and friendly at this store and they ALWAYS have any part I need. Only went to other store because I was working on my truck at a buddies house that was right around the corner from store.

After we walked in staff greeted up, and helped us.

Parts girl had no clue what I was trying to buy, I told her front axle joints, she tried to sell me C.V. shafts, no clue!

Great service, very knowledgeable staff. One thing I dont like is when they say If you buy this little tube of googly gook, Ill take this amount off your total bill. If you dont let me add this tube of stuff to your bill that you dont need, I cant give you the extra discount. Oh ok, ugh!

I buy most of my parts from this Advance Auto. Their staff are friendly and know me by name. They keep the store clean and fully stocked.

The staff were awesome. I needed a new battery and they helped me test it to make sure it was the problem, found the right replacement and installed it for me too! Couldnt have had a better experience!

Years ago spent thousands there restoring a nova Now Ive gotta be desperate to bother with these clowns. If your not Mexican they dont want to even look at you let alone help you. Called about specific sized part to see if they had any in stock and the guy said I dont know there out on the floor and hung up on me.

Every time I go in here, no one is available to help. They’re always too busy having personal conversation with Buddy who doesn’t seem to have anything better to do than share his life stories with the store staff. I can’t complain too much because I always go in knowing exactly what I need but when checkout comes, they have to pry themselves away from their conversation to actually do their job. What an inconvenience customers must be. On top of all that, the store is horribly disorganized with things in the wrong places throughout the store. But I guess that makes sense since they’d rather have conversation. Plenty of other auto parts stores in town. Don’t give this one your business.

They guy that came out to change my battery was so rude. he threw the tools at me and walked back inside.

I dont like this advance that much but it is better than the autozone on dort 10 fold. There is never enough people working so you always have to wait for someone to get off the phone and I have had multiple occasions where I called and asked if they had a part in store and they say yes but when I get there they dont. My recommendation is the autozone in Davison off of M15 or any oriley store
