This UPS store is awesome, the UPS Store in Apple Valley wanted to charge me almost $70 to ship a package, the owner claimed it would take a lot of time in labor. I had an amazon package, I shouldnt have to pay for labor costs. This UPS charge only charged me $25 for the box (needed a big box, so that was fair) and it took them less then 5 minutes to package it up. Krishna and his team are so nice and awesome to work with!

Fast and friendly service. Located in a strip mall with easy access to parking. Lots of additional services offered as well related to packing and shipping.

I made an appointment online to have a document notarized, thus I came in on time. My experience was fast, friendly, and professional. Ill use this location in the future! Keep up to good work.

My first experience in the store was exceptional and Krisna went above and beyond in returning two packages.There was an issue with the return labels that were emailed to me for the return and without his help, I would most likely made another trip back to the store for the return. Once the return was complete, he made me aware it was his store.Yesterday, I had an appointment in a hair salon right around the corner from this store and I informed the people working there of my superb experience at this store.

Great people and great service! Every time I go into the store, I’m greeted warmly and promptly. I always get in and out quickly(which is awesome) and everyone is super helpful with any questions I may have. Krisna is a great guy to talk to so I often find myself striking up a conversation with him when I go in to check my mailbox.Plus, they offer ALL KINDS of services that I never would’ve thought to inquire about....check ‘em out!

I recently had a brother die tragically in a car accident. We had this great picture of him that we wanted the blow up larger and have put onto a poster board. That way we could display it for everyone to see. I contacted them and they were great! Got fast responses and great service! They had everything done in less than 24 hours and the poster board turned out amazing! I highly recommend taking your printing needs to them!

Miles gave me smiles. The day before I went to this location; another young fella helped me out that was very nice and gave me an estimate to ship a box (I didnt get his name). I went home and finished packaging my box up then went to the Prior Lake location the next day. I found out that their insurance fees were higher (apparently each location determines added fees), so I went back to Burnsville. There was no line just like the day before (around 4pm week day) and I was greeted by Miles with a smile and very friendly demeanor. He explained how insurance only covers if something is lost and how if the store packages the item (for a fee) it would include damage and we had some random chit chat about state abbreviations. It was refreshing to have such pleasant customer service and I left wondering what else I could mail so I could have another friendly human encounter. ;)

Well run location. Two mailboxes currently, I have excessive return mail coming to one and they go out of their way to accommodate! They stayed open during corona and never missed a beat. Feel confident using them for mail, shipping and printing needs.

I received excellent service today. I called before coming in to make sure notary was in. They told me he was and when he was leaving. I had a stroller and was let in by an employee which was very helpful. I was given immediate service. Krisna was very helpful and thorough to make sure my fax/notary was filled out properly and sent. I also had all my questions answered.

Horrible customer service each and every time I go. Tonight I dropped off an Amazon return, just as I have done several times before. The person at the counter told me I had to package the item first. I said no, the instructions were to bring the item and barcode and it would be packaged at the store. He said, I will need something to put the label on and proceeded to instruct me to purchase an envelope. I didn’t have time to argue and didn’t want to hold up the line so I purchased the envelope but clearly he was mistaken. Won’t be returning.The store did contact me directly and refunded my cost. They claim it was Amazons error, I have no way to verify this, however they did make it right by me.

I had a mail box with them for about a year. I suppose they got new management that called me being very hostile about my next payment. Even though I just made a payment a week prior. We agreed that I would make the next payment the following week. He then started threatening me for no reason saying If I dont come hes going to shut it down. Again being very hostile in his tone and attitude. So I told him nevermind and to go ahead and shut it down. Then I found out he had sent back mail that was sent to me before we ever had the conversation. I honestly dont see how they can hold customers if they are treating long time customers in that manner.

My mother just had her 96th birthday. I called this UPS store and talked to Krisna the manager about what type of banner I was looking for. He suggested to make the words be laid out in a slight arch which really looked great. He decided to use a gold color for the background with maroon letters highlighted with gold. He texted me a computer image to approve. We talked about it when I called him. It looked like it needed something. Krisna must have a lot of experience for a young man because with an artful eye he added three different size stars about ten in total It was a hit. You will see me again for my printing needs. Tom

Claire at the UPS in Burnsville is very kind and helpful! I had issues printing out documents on my side since the files wouldnt open but she went above and beyond to help me and fix it. She even taught me things about my macbook that I didnt know before!

I had 3 total packages to send / return; one package being sent via usps, one via UPS, and one prepared for drop off at Kohl’s (back to amazon) but he managed to assist me with all 3. The average person would let me go waste my evening going to multiple drop off locations but he took the time to rearrange my packages for shipment.This tall, kind gentleman deserves to be recognized.P.S. the staff at this location has been tremendous for years.

They aren’t delivering packages. I have a secured entrance that to enter u must call my phone to enter the building. At the moment the ups app says my package was attempted delivery yesterday but I received no phone call to say anyone was at my door. Now today the ups app says my package will be attempted to be delivered today but I called the store And they said my package was at the store awaiting pick up. M

Just came from this place. They dont answer the phone ever. Mailbox is full. Help is truly lobotomized. Have never seen such rude, open-mouth breathing zombies in any store. Had read really bad reviews b4 coming here. Not that you should need reviews when Amazon forces you to return via UPS. Dont think you will just print the Amazon label here. They will say $2 or go home and print the paper and walk away from you.YUCK!

Unfortunately I agree with everyone else. DO NOT COME HERE FOR NOTARY SERVICES. We scheduled a notary appointment online and the guy went to lunch at the time of our appointment. I suggested they take the scheduling option off of their website if they cannot follow through.

Google hours do not match the sign on the door. Came at 620 for a quick drop off just to find a locked door when Google says theyre open until 7

Customer service sucks! Ryan the store rep was helping customers. He stares at you when you walk in and I asked if he was able to help me and he just looked down. I stood there waiting and he stared at me. I asked again if someone was here to help he muddled something like yea, i cn.. i got my stuff done. And stood there to see how he was with other customers. Same thing. People said hello to him and he just stared. It was like he was high or something. Frustrating.

I stood in line for 10 minutes waiting to be helped once I was helped I was put aside because the manager had to type in a tracking number because he couldnt find my packages and started helping the people behind me after helping them he punched in my tracking number and after arguing with him that I had packages there waiting to be picked up because I got a notification of it he looked again and found only one of the two packages. now I have to make a claim with UPS because they lost one of my packages my guess is because the manager is a incompetent person

Website and posted store hours say that store opens at 8am.. Doors locked, and nobody responds to a knock at 8:30am. Tried calling, no answer and the voicemail box is full.. Wasted a good bit of time on a Monday morning driving to this store.

On Saturday I was returning a few items from Amazon and I couldnt pull up the code on my phone and Anthony went up and beyond trying to help me get it up!! The store was jammed with customers but being the only one there did an awesome job with everyone!! thanks so much Anthony!!

The man who claims to own the store (who wasnt wearing a name tag but says his name is David) was incredibly rude and sarcastic. All I wanted to do was print a return label - and return a parcel. I was there with my little girl. Couldnt believe the unprofessionalism, I had to walk out with my return. I will drive to another city and hopefully have better luck at the next UPS store!

Dropped off packages at this UPS store a handful of times in the past. Decided to get a Christmas gift packed and shipped on 12/20/18 around 3:15 PM and couldn’t be happier with the service that Ryan and Anthony provided me. Could not believe the other customer there that expected more tape when she already had more than enough on there to secure the package, but was unwilling to pay for it. Was wasting the employee’s time and now going to waste the owner’s time. Customers like her are the reason this location gets 1 star reviews. I highly recommend this store and any other ones owned by the same family.

I should have read all of the comments before I stop by at that store. My experience was bad. They are not willing to help the customer because the package is a drop off type. The man seems not nice and make me buy tape from their store while I dont want to because it is expensive. If the package is smaller I would take it and walk out the door. A small action can get more customers or pull them far away. This is the case, I will not be back there again. Be nice to customers if they want to keep/add more to their business list.

Stopped to send some boxes and walked out because the guy behind the counter was so unhelpful. I went to FedEx and they were welcoming and helpful. I am no longer a customer.

Made a notary appointment online and the notary wasnt there when we showed up. They called him and said we needed to wait 20 to 30 minutes for him to come in. Very unprofessional and since we had to be somewhere else we left. Will never go back to this location.

I really mean NO STARS. Checked the website before I left home on Thursday, 12/27/18 to drop off a package. It had snowed and was then rainy, so very sloppy driving and walking. Got there at 11:30 am - the signs were lit but the place was locked and no one responded to my knock. Do not go here.

Agree with other comments. Very poor customer skills. Employee told me that they are independently run and they can run the store their way. Was sent away saying they were too busy to look for my package in back, come back tomorrow.

Stopped by the store to mail a package on my way to work and they were not open. The published hours on the door said that they opened at 8:00 (it was after 8:00 on a clear day with no weather issues) and nobody was there. Now I need to make another stop, so they lost my business.

I dropped off and paid for my package to be delivered by Saturday, Anthony guaranteed my package would be delivered the next day (Friday)it wasn’t..when I called to inquire about it Anthony put the phone down on the counter without saying a word, didn’t hang up was just done talking to me I guess so I went to the store and he came out from the back talking on his personal cell phone and said he “forgot” I was on the phone, he then proceeded to guarantee me my package would be delivered Saturday, when I called the 800 # to inquire about they said it won’t be there til Monday and there is nothing they can do because the Burnsville store is a franchise...completely disappointed in the whole experience and wouldn’t recommend using that store especially if Anthony is working.

Didnt open at the stated time on the window or on the website.Had an appointment scheduled for a notary was told that they wouldnt be in until 3pm because thats when he starts; earliest time offered for appointment on the ups website for notary was 8am all week.Waste of time and apparently appointments dont mean a thing
