Typical minimum wage workers w/ condescending attitudes who go home to nothing. Youre better off visiting a different location.

They basically turned me away unless I wanted to repack my item with their box. Didn’t want to use my perfectly good box, they wanted to up-charge me and pack it themselves. Won’t be coming here again

On June 5, 2021, I attempted to renew my passport at this location as is advertised on the web. They were most helpful in walking me through the application procedure on their computer and after paying a total of $235.68 my application was sent in. When I received a notice that my application was incomplete I returned to this store. When the clerk, Regina, refused to give me any help, saying they werent trained to do so and twice stated that in any event she didnt have a passport. I am out the money, I still have no passport and the place that advertises to provide this service now cant help me. I have learned that I will still have to pay an additional $187.56 to renew my passport which they assured me on my first trip to fedEx that it was covered in my original $217.00 payment. I want to give them no stars but that isnt an option.

My transaction was fine and quick, but the man before me was spoken to very rudely and condescendingly by an employee. I almost stepped in and defended him. The employee also wasn’t wearing any kind of mask or face covering.

Fedex in Burnsville was amazing! Sarah and Dan were so patient and helpful. I did not have a large job but it was a little complicated. I would definitely go back again!

1000x better than UPS. Avoid the Apple Valley UPS at all costs.

I love this location. My packages arrive so quickly and they are so friendly about printing shipping labels for me! The staff is great and they always help me out with taping and packaging my items!

When did Kinkos get so expensive? I wasnt expecting it to be cheap, but $.69 per side of a sheet in color is highway robbery. Luckily the woman I was working with was really nice and understanding about the whole thing. Hopefully I can print what I need at home...

Just sent an international package this morning (2/17). The woman working there (apologies, did not get name) was friendly, fast, and thorough. The customer service and professionalism was top notch, and worth the extra drive for me.

Cesarine helped me prepare a package to ship internationally, and was super friendly and helpful. She made sure everything was correct, and helped me to find the best rate. Even though the transaction went past store closing, she was super gracious and patient.Highly recommend her and this FedEx store. Very clean and organized.

Sara and Kat did a great job on my daughters wedding program. They edited, printed and cut my daughters wedding program. It was done quickly and looked great!

Didnt deliver our package we waited all day for our package and they told us it would come in 2 days they always misdirected us. We called the day before and told it would come on Saturday at 12 then they told us it would come at 1 then They us it would come at 2 and then they said it wont come until Monday day and the package was a birthday gift for my son and wife birthday. Thanks for WASTING our time I really appreciate it.

Extremely poor customer service. The man behind the counter was straight up rude and demeaning. DO NOT GO TO THIS FED-EX LOCATION TO SHIP ANYTHING.

Bad service

Yesterday I sent a box to Canada, and when I got home today they sent it right back to me. Then I took the box back to the Burnsville Fed Ex and I explained to them how they made a mistake and that they were supposed to send the box to Canada, not to me. The staff talked to the Manager and the manager said that there is nothing that they could do. I asked them to deliver the box again and on time, but they said that they couldn’t promise that it would get there on time. Plus they said that I couldn’t even get a refund and that I had to call customer service. All in all, the Burnsville Fed Ex was very bad experience for me. The staff was disrespectful, rude, unhelpful, selfish and they wasted my time and money!

Nice wide isles for persons in a wheelchair but doors are hard to get in and out of.

I was at the store Sunday Evening 07-24-16 to scan documents. I asked the staff some help, didnt get help even though i was the only Customer in the store, wasted money and time. Glad i got help i wanted from fedex store 97 and Lyndale in Bloomington

The staff is good for the most part but the manager is very poor, she makes up rules that the other stores dont have. I find its easier to ship out of the Bloomington terminal.

Cindy is a stupid ass! She is lazy and incompetent. Never knows anything and is a useless piece. Three separate occasions I had to complete prints@ Burnsville and unfortunately she is the one here from 7AM to noon

Lady was super rude. Also- I have a box. Why do I need to BUY a box to ship something? I’ll be with UPS for life now.

Office does not open crisply at 7:00 am sometimes. Staff friendly but manager lady can be unfriendly. Way overcharges for boxes if you need one. Has automatic doors for carrying in heavy loads.
