What an awesome experience! We made an appointment with Carly through Facebook. We showed up and met the owner who was so friendly and welcoming. We browsed the mattress selection and chose the most comfortable queen size mattress. They had a wide selection and we were able to bring the mattress home the same day. We saved about 600 dollars compared to a big box store and were so happy to give our business to a “little guy” during these hard times. We will be sending all of our family and friends here!

I responded to a post on Facebook marketplace listed by carly, I was only given the run around and told I couldnt purchase a box spring. When I asked why and read back the ad as she had posted it, she blocked me on Facebook. All I wanted to do was help support small buisness instead of visiting one of these big Matress stores! I will still leave you the chance to make this right, but as of right now Im very disappointed. Never block your customers instead of explaining something, very poor customer service.

Paul here is very friendly, he doesnt try to push or sell you on things you dont want. But he does give good information on mattresses and is very upfront and honest. Plus you CANNOT beat the prices for good quality mattresses. Highly recommended!

I made an appointment to look at mattresses. They had pictures of mattresses with prices and I asked if those were the mattresses for sale they said yes. I went there and the mattresses in the pictures were were $600 to $800 more than advertised. I drove an 2 hours round trip and rented a U haul for nothing.

Overpriced and Non-refundable. Do your research before coming here so you dont spend a few hundred extra dollars on the same mattresses that youd find at a traditional mattress store. No refunds is a terrible policy for a mattress store, so do yourself a favor and go to a store that stands behind its products enough to offer an in-home trial so you dont get stuck with a cheap motel mattress like theyre peddling here.

I had an amazing experience here! There were several mattress options, and I found one I love at a great price! Paul was very helpful and told me about all the different options I had to choose from. I definitely recommend!

I found BoxDrop through a Facebook post and I’m so glad I came, Paul is an amazing guy to work with, he’s very accommodating, friendly and knowledgeable on every bed he has in the place, even when the place is busy I didn’t feel rushed or forgot about! I HIGHLY recommend purchasing beds from this place!! I’ve sent a few people his way and they all had great experiences! No one was pressuring to buy and didn’t make you feel awkward if you didn’t find the right fit!

FIVE STARS!!!!!!!! Amazing! Im usually the person who never writes reviews! Im normally the person who reads through each review to find out if a product is good, or if its fake. I can tell you that Paul and his team sell an amazing product and show amazing customer service through the entire experience. I moved to Minneapolis from Utah last summer with my car and a few boxes, found an apartment, and then needed to fill it with furniture. I went shopping at the typical furniture stores and was blown away by how expensive things were. After sleeping on an air mattress for a few months and being frustrated with all the salesman, I came across a facebook ad for drop box mattresses. At first I was hesitant, ive never purchased anything from a direct supplier, nor have I ever believed it was real. I decided to reach out and see what they had to offer. I received a prompt and kind response from one of Pauls associates asking how I could be helped. I replied with my concerns and thoughts on the company but also the kind of mattress i was looking for. I received yet another kind response that made me feel comfortable and engaged. We set up a time for me to visit the warehouse and that it was a zero pressure style event. I walked in and was welcomed by Paul, his honesty and integrity made me feel right at home as we browsed each mattress. Pauls knowledge was welcoming but never felt bossy or sales type. I again expressed my concerns about buying from a non mainstream company and he reassured me that this was the way to go. After spending almost an hour laying an each bed, finding what I liked, I pulled the trigger and asked the price. I was blown away by how much cheaper it was to buy direct from Paul the supplier as apposed to a big name store!!!!! I immediately pulled out my wallet and was begging him to take my money before this deal was gone! Paul told me that these deals are always available because he is the direct seller. The delivery process was straight forward and I was able to purchase an amazing pillowtop mattress, base, during lunchtime and had it delivered that afternoon!!!! If anyone is hesitant at a facebook ad, google ad, review or any of the above about buying from a non mainstream store... look no further!!!! Paul and his team have an amazing product with zero catch and most of all they want you comfortable and happy until the very end!!!! Great Job guys! Ill be sure to always buy my mattresses from you and send everyone I know to you for many years to come!

He claims the $100 mattress is shown in picture. Wrong. Its in the far rear of business and not shown and is nothing more than a piece of foam with a cover.3. Ad says pillow top queen mattresses start at $100. Well they dont. I have screenshots of his false ads.Classic bait and switch.

We purchased a mattress through BoxDrop Burnsville a couple months ago. Paul was extremely knowledgeable, helpful, and friendly. We absolutely LOVE our mattress. The price was very reasonable, and the mattress quality is perfect.

My girlfriend and I were looking for quality beds for her kids and we found great, comfortable full size mattresses along with great pricing and felt like a great experience with Paul (who I think is the manager / supervisor of the place).

I went there expecting to buy a king mattress for 275 Ended up leaving with one for 800 because the one for 275 is practically only springs. You can tell the difference in quality since in this situation you get what you pay for.
