Was in a hurry so didnt put the clothes back I tried on. The attire man was so nice and told me he would put them back for me. I wore the jeans I purchased out of the store and had no problem going out the door like that as I had the purchase tag and receipt in my hand. Will definitely shop there again when Im in that area.

They always have what I need at a very low price. They have a friendly, helpful staff and always helps me find whatever Im looking for. Its a large, clean store and bright areas. I usually go grocery shopping there, however find that I typically get many other things there simply because of their very low prices. I come to this store often and expect to continue to. Thanks.

Read a few other reviews before typing this. People are so stupid. There’s a pandemic! It’s hard to find employees, even with higher pay than many other places. Walmart has a stigma that people don’t forget and pass on to their children, so even when things get better those potential employees run away.Yes, there is a problem with expired food. The problem with all grocery stores is people don’t rotate new product in the back. They stock the new stuff in front and when that sells the stuff on the back of the shelf gets sold. No one thinks to check the dates; there’s no time, the new product needs to get stocked and there’s not enough time. Walmart could fix the problem by closing some stores, they don’t really need a store every 10 miles.Anyway, I came here looking for one item. Wasn’t surprised when it was out of stock. The store is the same size as Eden Prairie and it’s “sister” store in Lakeville (both built at same time).I was flabbergasted at how well-stocked the produce section was, and how appealing the fruit in the cold case looked. Bought some! The Apple Valley store could learn something from this place. I know however that the Apple Valley store doesn’t have cold cases like these. Perhaps they should get some.Bought several items I didn’t go here for. Normally I go to the Apple Valley store, but the Burnsville store either doesn’t have the same number of customers (judging by the carts in the parking lot this isn’t it) or actually has employees to stock the shelves. Maybe there was a “tour” by upper management?If I lived closer, this would be my Walmart of choice! The only downside is this is a high crime store. Worse than stores closer to downtown Minneapolis (there are no Walmarts in the Minneapolis city limits).

Shopping experience okay. Not many people as I went early in the morning. Pretty well stocked with essentials.

If you have an outbreak of fruit flies in your house, this is why.Fruit and produce is usually bad or just passing for freshness. Shelves are frequently empty, though they constantly have employees supposedly stocking the shelves.Employees are usually not helpful or all that friendly. Not mean or anything, but not really that great.Is it better than Eagan; yes. Honestly Id rather just drive to Apple Valley. At least they dont have as many flies and fruit flies there, and they have a bigger store.

My experience was horrible! I will not return to that Walmart ever again. I am a woman in my 50s and I was carded to buy cough medicine.to me that is a ridiculous policy. if I would not have had my identification with me then I would have been denied my right to purchase medication that I needed.

Yes this Walmart is forsure a joke. Its filthy no wipes to wipe down the carts. What they are worried about is following customers who conceal carry around. Respect our second Amendment. Aisles are always blocked off. Its a mess. Oranges are old and most products expired. The bread aisle at night time have mice running around. Youre better of driving far to another Walmart or other stores.

I would love to see this store on “Undercover Boss”. They have such horrible service. In fact no service at all. I made an order for pick up yesterday. It should have been available by 8:00pm. Their email said not to come in until they contacted me. It’s now almost noon and I haven’t heard from them. So I’ve called 5 times. Each time the phone rings and rings and after several minutes they disconnect. Where is the customer service? How can you talk with a human? I even called the pharmacy explaining that no one answers the phone. The kind pharmacist apologized saying he was on a different phone set up and he could only recommend me calling again, and meanwhile he’d ask employees to answer the phone. So I called again…but you guessed it: No one answers. I’m will no longer shop here.

What a joke! They have aisles blocked off by time of day and more locked cabinets than Ive ever seen. My office is on Hiawatha near Lake Street and not even that Target treats their customers like this Walmart does.

CHECK EXPIRATION DATES ON FOOD !!!!! I have been coming to this location for grocery pick up and they are a little ridiculous when bagging. Each item doesn’t need its own bag. Things get crushed. It happens more often then not. Giving people expired food or nearly expired food is kind of bull. I’ve had items in my order that have expired over a week before or about to expire the next day or same day. Just gross. It’s not to much of a hassle to go on the app and let them know when things are completely damaged or expired beyond eating. Certain foods like meat that haven’t been past expiration date have still turned rotten you can notice even still in the package and shouldn’t be placing them out for sale.

Just went to deli there. Got there at 7:45-7:47pm, closes at 8pm per store hours. Knew what I needed, would have been a quick order. Told me they were closed! If the don’t stay open until 8pm the store site should say the deli close at 7:30 or 7:45pm, not 8pm! 😡 👎

Not a good Walmart. The shelves needed stocking. Stocked products is not a priority here. I would rather go to another store and pay a little more for a better selection of goods.

Walmart always been loved by me. Here additionally I find very kind people. Me and my wife go at least twice a week

The self checkouts are dirty with no access to cleaning supplies. There was chicken drips on the scanner and the self check out attendant was busy talking with his friend to clean it.

I did the drive up service. Good customer service. Really quick.

They had a nice selection especially if produce and the workers were very nice helping us find things.

Only 2 registers open w attendants on a Sunday afternoon. I show the cashier my 40pk of water and case of pop. On the way out I was stopped at door where my receipt was carefully inspected. This store is a nightmare. I will be avoiding from now on.

Its big and it has pretty much everything I need. You have to watch the scanner for pricing because it might not come up right.

This is the worst Walmart ever. Dirty, out of stock on a lot of items! No cashiers and self check out was a mile long. Employees are Screwing around with each other at the checkout. Maybe they could open a checkout lane or two! You need better employees and definitely a new manager!

Grocery delivery, convenient and they had most of the items. I wish they would tell you when other items are unavailable and there is no substitute.

This is a good store as far as area Walmart go.

Again it all comes Down customer service. Wal marts elect the appoint the most entitled uniformed on store policy hands down rudest people at that job. Now I know not everyone at that position is narcissist. Cause there are some that generally love that job and care about the customer service aspect and helping people. Just like but all x customers are pleasant either.

Everyone was friendly to me. The gal at Customer service was helpful and I had an associate help me find some items.

This place is going down the drain. Was great at one time, but they need to improve in all areas of the store.

Employees are always on their phones or huddled into small groups gossiping, then when I ask for help real quick I get looks of how much of an inconvenience Im being. Definitely dont feel welcomed here at this Walmart.

Store has only 2 registers open with plenty of self checkout registers but all closed down. Lines are 30 people deep with wait times past 30mins to check out. Walmart not acceptable. Manager should have a better game plan. Easily remove your door team and get them on registers. Open up your self checkout and place AP or a manager here to get your customers in and out.

One of the few Walmarts I can tolerate, can find what you need and sometimes there is a lack of staff and/or not enough lanes open.

The store seems nice, it is pretty well stocked and kept up. Theres a shortage of self checkout lanes. I dont like shopping for merchandise that has to be kept under lock and key or circling around aisles that are blocked off in one direction.

As you drive into the parking lot, you can see the customers as well as the employees just dont care. Carts are everywhere, blocking the aisles and the parking spaces. The inside of the store is actually relatively clean. It was late, so there was no line at the checkout. As usual, the self checkout attendant did his best to ignore me completely. I got through as quickly as possible, luckily with no issues that I needed help with.

We like to go and shopping 🛍️ there the prices are cheaper.

Its a Walmart. They have crescent Chicken for Muslims. Some employees are more helpful than others. I asked for help 3 times from one employee before another came to help. They keep things moderately stocked. But some things which are kept in safes can be found on top of them .... Unlocked. Might want to fix that. Also the help for self checkout wasnt so much help. Might as well have guessed buttons myself.

Probably the best Walmart in the area. It is well-stocked and less busy than Apple Valley or Bloomington.

Chicken nuggets from deli way too dry to eat. Threw away. Hard and dry, disgusting.

It went better than last summer. I quit doing Pickup because it took so long. It was quick and everyone had masks on! The groceries were quickly loaded with care. This is a vast improvement!

Who ever did the online ordering got a lot of items wrong and who ever loaded our car was acomplete idiot , thier was a leek In a new gallon of milk and some items were crushed. who ever was responsible they need to have a talk by mamgment so they can get the training they so badly need . Our they need to find a new job

Decent shipping experience here.I mean, its Walmart, so you know what youre getting here.It is tough to stay socially distant drive the aisles are cramped.The prices are good, as they will typically best most other retailers.The customer service is hit or miss depending on the specific employee you happen to get, either on the floor or at checkout.

Really dont like this Walmart I get my medication from there but I dont really like to shop in there found package hot dogs cheese mildew and took it to the manager to let them know to check back there to take it off the show so people wont get sick 🤢. And another thing if you do decide to shop there they have the two famous lines open and plus when you looking for something they dont have it or dont get around to taking it off the pallet to stock it up for the customer.

Very cluttered and yet many empty shelves throughout the store. Is there such thing as customer service anymore. I didnt ask for any help but 2 different employees walked right into me and kept on walking. They both were blind or just jerks. I dont get it.

I had an order for pick up. The employees were very friendly and helpful loading my extra large order into my van.

First time Ive left a Wal-Mart not feeling kind of gross. The employees were very courteous, helpful, and polite.

Not a good walmart.. parking lot is horrible. Layout of the store is horrible. Checking everyone that tries to leave. If your so suspicious of everyone that shops there you need to check a person that bought and paid for 4 items... not a good representation of the neighborhood.

I shop during senior hours because I have cancer. Went today, Tuesday 5/18, and the guy working was standing outside kicking people out that arent 60+. Tried to talk to him but he interrupted me and was an aggressive male acting like he was the Wal-Mart bouncer. Maybe he should be more concerned about all of the litter in the parking lot instead of peoples reason for shopping at 6am.Went to Shakopee and had no issues shopping before 7. I just chalk it all up to an inability to find good people which results in a lack of customer service and skillful employees.

Store was clean and easy to navigate.There was a few sections that have continually been out of stock.Customer service is on point. Someone who was off duty came in to assist me and help get someone working there to help.That is what you get in a smaller town Walmart. - helpful good people!

This place was nice because they had a really nice produce section AND there were a lot of other things not found at other Walmarts, however, the checkout lane was downright repulsive. I used the self checkout and thought I better get a tetanus shot after! There were so many crumbs of food, flakes of dead skin, and scum around the scale and the scanner, that I could not stop thinking about it all day! Yuck!

I must say this is the most clean and organized Walmart Ive seen... but I didnt use the bathroom .. and most Walmart bathrooms are gross .. but ..I enjoyed going their for how clean it and nice organized it was. And the people in Loveland are so nice.

I am a senior citizen that can not drive and need to be able to order groceries online for delivery. I used to order my groceries from Walmart and had them delivered, which was great.Now Walmart will not deliver eggs, milk, or anything that is refrigerated it frozen.I called and spoke with an associate and she confirmed that wont deliver perishables items.This does not make sense and its certainly not good business.

NOPE not in stock it was very misleading. But Aaron went above and beyond to verify and hold the product on hand. Thanks again Aaron!

I went to check out the Soundbar display to hear the quality of the sound, 1 minute later an employee with a sling came out of nowhere and turn the sound down... Number one,If the sound was too loud for you, dont work in the electronics department...The display has a volume + button for you to hear what your buying..

Sorry but not sorry, I since move to Burnsville and came to this Walmart I never had a very good experience. I though I was going to keep quite but I just can’t anymore. The store is great! But the employees are horrible!! I mean the two older man at front is great but other then that they don’t ever want to bother talking to me. One time I bought a big kid toy car for my nephew and ask someone to help me loading to my truck, the man said yeah I will get you someone and I be waiting and waiting but no one came to help. Today!! I came to ask a question about where is the 5 gallon water refill, there was two lady and I was trying to ask them for help but they don’t ever want to help me. I over heard one of the lady said I’m not going to deal or talk with this one because.. I couldn’t hear all the conversation. The other lady came and act like want to help but she just said I don’t know, when I’m ask her for help. All they do was standing and did nothing more. Tbh not only these two but other as well. They were lazy and didn’t want to do their job on purpose!! I never had this experience before in Walmart but this Walmart is somethings else. Is it because I’m Asian women or they did this to everyone else?? I am very frustrated.. it not the first time or second time things anymore. This kind of behavior need to change.

In a very secluded part of the city, not really any businesses around. Felt dirty, but so do most Walmarts in my experience.

I usually like this walmart. But lately the cashiers seem to be very rude. They just throw your groceries in the bags and if you ask them not to they just ignore you. On the floor I see many of them doing the same thing with the merchandise and always on their phone. Too bad use to be a good store

Less than 1 star.. disorganized. Helper at self checkout was busy on his cell phone. When we asked for his help, he muttered incoherently in his foreign tongue. Gross experience.

All walmarts are trash now in my opinion.

You can always find what you are looking for here. Even if you cant find it at the store you can go online and see if they have it. You can go Christmas shopping for the whole family here and walk out happy. The check out lines are always moving very rare that you have backed up lines. Love it.

I always enjoy stopping in on my way home from work for all of my needs.The prices are unmatched and the many associates working in the aisles are helpful to the point that they often bring you to the location of the item youre looking for.

You cant shop comfortably because they DISCRIMINATE (even with your children) and feel justified in doing so. I also had to return three raw chicken items that smelled rotten. When I went to return it, I saw that they leave cold food items in the carts with other items they need to put back on the shelves.
