Easy drop off, sometime shipments get delay.

I have never had anything but100% satisfaction with the service and people here! The clerks have always been quick to help me and have gone beyond the scope of their duty to help me send off my packages. They answer my calls, copy, scan documents, and whatever else I need!!! Especially in these crazy times when there is little or no help from others, I am particularily grateful for their wonderful, high tech and cost effective service!!!

I ordered an item that was supposed to be shipped to my address Saturday August 15, 2020. I paid $22 extra in order for it to be at my address today. I didnt receive it, Im totally upset with FedEx

Horrible service. That lady at the desk was standoffish and when the transaction is completed she didnt give me a tracking number. Gave me a receipt with no tracking number or reference number. I dont know where my package is. Im gonna have to go tomorrow first thing when theyre open to find out where is the tracking number for my package. My word!!!!!

I use FedEx Office all the time for work. And I have to say Alan and his team are really setting the standard. Aside from the fact that I left my wallet and they emailed me to let me know. Every time Ive returned since these people are beyond and personable and they work so hard to make sure every customers needs are met. This is my new favorite location. Thanks again guys!

I recently returned a package to Wayfair through this location. ALAN IS AWESOME! He is incredibly helpful and professional. I have received notice of my return being processed before I even finished grocery shopping. I will absolutely visit this location again.

They all needa be fired because i paid for next day shipping about 3 days ago and my order still has not came yet. fedex truck literally rode through my neighborhood and left. yall all need to be fired period.

Your IVR is costing you business. What loser told you the IVR and out of country phone reps to answer on behalf of a LOCAL STORE was a good idea? They should be fired. Try letting a real person (IN THE LOCAL STORE IM ACTUALLY TRYING TO REACH) answer the phone and maybe Ill let you have my money. Im sure many others feel the same way.
