Great bargain for your buck! Love how you find random but useful things at such a low cost. I was able to find vegan protein powder (30 servings) and a laptop bag (really nice quality).

This was our first time visiting. Really cool. The staff was great and willing to answer questions. It was like a treasure hunt and we walked away with some great finds. They do different prices on different days. If youre a bargain hunter you must visit here. I also wanted to say once again GREAT STAFF!

Was at the store in Mt. Airy today and one of the guys working at the table to open boxes started yelling at the customers and talking to them like they were children. Saying Only 3 boxes! If I see you come up here again youll get nothing! I mean, this guy only tapes boxes back together. If he cant handle a busy hour or two he shouldnt be in that kind of business. Looks like he should work at a vape shop.....Guy was a clown and the statement was like he is doing the customers a favor by the place being open.

We have been going here for months and we love supporting businesses in Burlington. Thrifting is a family thing that we do (it’s kinda like our little own vacation ) .We have always encourage people to come here and so many of our friends and family come here all the time ! However this experience was different . We bought about 200.00 worth of items and the second time we had went in the guy accused us of stealing because there was 3 items placed on top of the box that he did not counted . I went to place my items on his desk for him to go through everything and he said it’s fine to just leave it on the floor since I had so much and that he would get them . I then go to pay and take things out to my car , I had to leave a box behind because I could not hold everything . I come back the last time to get my items and he had the box I left behind and asked if I wanted to pay for the items I didn’t pay for , I asked if he forgot to ring items out he said I didn’t get these two items because they were stuffed in this box . I pulled out the original item in the box (A little quilt ) and showed him that there was nothing in the box besides a frying pan that was laid on top of the box and heating blanket which I assumed he charged me for . They are supposed to open every box and bag to count items and this employee failed to do so then try to tell me I was stealing ! However I had multiple bags and had many items in them and he counted them as well but never pulled anything out ! I have never been so insulted in my life! No manager or anything try to come and speak to me instead they all just stared there as if I stole something . Some guy came and jerked the box out of my hand and told me to leave ! I went out my car and counted every singe item and comes to find out they over charged me ! Not only did they over charge me but they made me do a walk of shame that was not deserved ! Never in my life would I steal from anyone !!! They just lost my business but also the rest of my family and friends who were there to witness there horrible professionalism! Comes to find out after. Reading reviews this happens all the time?

Great place to go to, there is a young lady with a perfect personality. Customer service is quite important, we had a bad experience with the older lady, she was rude to us and another family. Hope she does better with that.

The manager is the worst. He was yelling at everyone - we had our dogs with paperwork - he told us to sue him ??? We were like what are you talking about ? We. just left - and will never go back. He really is unprofessional and looked like a gang member. We will never go back - He looked like a gang member. We were really scared at how he yelled at everyone

You have to come early to get the good stuff

I have been shopping a Bin City Burlington for a while now and I absolutely love it! You are bound to find amazing deals here! Whether you go on an $8 day or a fill a bag day, I always find numerous things for myself or for gifts. I found $100 items on $8 days and even a lot of the groceries that I buy I find them half price here! Clothing, electronics, toys, vitamins you can find it all here, you just have to have the patience to dig! And patience and courtesy is the key here folks, dont be flinging stuff around in the bins and breaking stuff, be respectful to the staff and your fellow diggers! The staff is amazing and extremely nice, always greeting me with a smile and a happy attitude. Theyve even surprised at some of the stuff Ive been finding in the bins! I highly recommend them, you will not be disappointed!

Not sure where the ball was dropped- but a huge decline has occurred to this place . Use to be my go to store because there were such wonderful deals .. that is no longer the case. Looks like they now pull the great items to the side and market up the price There was a lamp priced at 75.00 ! Trust if anyone is willing to pay that amount they would purchase it from the retail store brand new instead of “salvage “ here. Also I’ve noticed a increase with cheap China made items vs the quality items they once had. Someone has dropped the ball somewhere!!

I love this place. They always have tons of merchandise, they are always working to create ways to make things more fair. I love the new rule about not being able to leave a wagon or chair at the door for a space in line because it eliminates 12 people being in front of someone with one wagon or chair. Thanks for all you do Bin City staff to make this a great experience

I have been to this location a few different times. Each time the feel was not as welcoming as I would like it to be. Yes its a store that you are getting deals from but you expect people to be treated at least with a smile. Each time I have been its been very different but this last time it was the worst. It seems as though the people that are running the store feels like they are entitled to just treat people the way they want too. Thats not nice when running a professional business. There has been tell of them allowing people to come the day before and get numbers (im assuming its those that they are in favor of). Does that seem fair? I wanted to really like this place but how can you when things are not anything like they appear to be. Ive heard a few of the workers talking badly about customers. Now dont you think that can actually wait until the store is not full of customers shopping. I should never overhear a worker discussing a customer while shopping. So if you like favoritism and being treated as if you are in elementary school them feel free to shop here. My dignity is more important than getting a deal at a store that feels like its being ran by people who just want to sit around and gossip or allow people to skip the line because they are their favorites. I mean, I have heard of this happening on several occasions, as early as when they first opened up in Burlington. This in my eyes is awful. It is suppose to fair game for everyone that take the time to get out their bed to support this establishment. So people before you shop here open your eyes and listen closely with your ears because youll see how things are nothing like it appears. I hope this review will be helpful for someone who is wondering if there is something not adding up. It clearly is.

Love this shopping experience! May not be for everyone unless you enjoy the hunt! Every bin has potential for a new find! Love getting deals on cases of coffee pods!! The staff are always coming behind and tidying the bins as we shop. I arrive at opening. Although some folks come early and get a number I walk in right behind them and still get great deals! Maybe one day ill bring coffee and get a number, lol. Also need to say ive been impressed with my fellow shoppers. As i have help someone find something i have many have offered me soemthing they changed their mind about or even jumped in amd helped me dig!! I got my jeep car coasters with help!!! Very large space with alot of good stuff and good prices, needs some shopping carts

Yesterday was my first visit to the Burlington store. Got some great deals. The staff was very friendly. I usually shop the Lexington store (closer to my home). It is exciting to find treasures that you didnt even know you needed. Have recommended them to several people I know and they love shopping Bincity.

This place is my favorite place to shop. I shop there every single week!! Tons of great deals at good prices. The people there are always nice and helpful. I am not typically a person who leaves reviews on a large public forum like Google. But based on the experiences I have had at any Bin City location, I couldnt NOT. Firstly, the staff is absolutely AMAZING. Every encounter I have had has been met nothing but genuine niceness. Ive shopped to the very last second and they are still just as pleasing to talk to as they would be first thing in the morning. Secondly, the deals are fantastic! Its amazing the items you can find when you search the bins. Its like a scavenger hunt and sometimes, when you least expect it, you find a diamond in the rough. I would wholeheartedly recommend this to anyone including those I dont even know, and I have!

Every weekend is a must for my family. We visit both locations over the weekend both days. Everyone has been great to deal with and even has a great sense of humor. It’s hard to find places where people laugh and joke with customer when you work with the public daily but these people.... they always smile and make you feel like a big Bin City family! Thanks for everything that you offer to us.

Very fun experience! if you like to huint a bit for unknown treasures this is the place! of course the finds vary by day and by each shipment, but overall a fun experience to dig and see what you can find for a flat price deal. I enjoyed my visits and will return!

Great place for really great bargains. I just dont like when people open the boxes and leave them out. Parts get lost or damaged that way.

I wish I could give this place more than 1 star but due to the recent changes I cannot. I have patronized this place from their beginning. I started going to the Lexington location, I then supported the Burlington location and even supported their Wilmington location. My family and I literally camp out every Saturday. I’ve made many friends and enjoyed getting weekly deals and the thrill of the hunt. It is very disappointing that they have decided to make Friday their opening day and Saturday being their restocking days. I am unsure of their business strategy but many people work on Fridays and if you aren’t the first few people in line on restock day then you get the same left over merchandise from the opening day. I use to think this business cared about their patrons and community since their so much about “family” however, it seems that a decision was made without thought or consideration of those who support them most. If there was no “us” there would be no BinCity. I would have expressed my feelings on the Facebook post but the administrator turned off commenting. I’m sure it was due to the backlash they would have received. Just when you think you’ve found a stable Bin place, here comes the changes. I along with my family members and others can no longer support this business.

Defamation of character lawsuit at its finest here ! Employees wrongfully accuse people of stealing, etc. A fun family adventure turns into the worst experience of my life . I’m 36 years older and have never dealt with such horrible professionalism ! Action will be taking ! This is not the first time this has happened here after talking with others

What a great business!Ive been shopping the Burlington store since it opened. I ALWAYS find incredible bargains. The staff is so friendly and they work really hard to keep the environment safe and user-friendly!

Very nice place to shop. You just have to dig. You have to get there very early to get real good items. Its like black friday on Fridays and Saturdays with long lines if you enjoy that. Other days it just like leftovers that you can get for a discent price.

Great place to get great items for cheap

Be prepared to stand in line with a bunch of entitled, confused, angry Karens pulling wagons and asking for your number for half an hour. You can find good deals if your patient, arrive early and get a number to be first few in but i feel most of the good stuff gets wiped out fairly quickly. Im personally not a fan of the shopping setup as everything about this place feels sketchy but it wasnt a horrible experience, i just dont have the patience for it.
