With the current environment of shortages as of 10/20/21 it was nice to get what you want in a decent timeframe. Everyone else was right now has said middle of November or later.Go see Amy, you will not be disappointed.

Best experience we’ve ever had buying a bed. Tried a few different beds our credit isn’t the best but Amy made sure we were able to find an option within our budget. Will definitely recommend to our friends and return for future purchases.

Be aware that when you purchase a base at this store, they will not tell you there are NO RETURNS or exchanges. They stuck me with a 2000.00 base, which I was NOT happy with and refused to let me return it. I had it for 3 weeks. When I called, I was basically told...too bad, we cant help you. I wouldnt recommend doing business with this company. They will scam you and not think twice. Customer service is definitely NOT what they focus on, but rather the sell and putting money in their pockets while taking it from ours. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM.

Visited Mattress Warehouse 03/30/21. Spoke to Amy Stevens, the sales clerk. She listened to exactly what we wanted, then showed us what options we had available to us, then we picked out exactly what we wanted. She was very pleasant and friendly. We would buy from her again.

After shopping around, we came to Mattress Warehouse and I should have started here. Kermit was very friendly, helpful and patient as we picked out mattresses for our children. We had a wonderful experience with excellent and that is half the battle when trying to decide on a great mattress. We were able to get what we wanted at a good price! I would recommend going by and checking them out first, save yourself some hassle at local competitors.

Amy was extremely helpful with my fiancé and I today. He has had serious sleeping problems over the past several years and we have gone through many online and other mattress suppliers to find the right fit for him, but to no avail. Valerie was very informative for us trying to select mattresses for a trundle bed-so much so that I went home to check measurements and glad I listened to her! Valerie was fantastic! We visited twice before we made a final decision and she spent about 2 hours helping us find our new mattress/frame. The delivery team was 20 minutes later than the three hour window we were given, but they did set up the mattress and frame well.

Valerie is a very respectful worker. She always takes time to listen to her customers and tries to find the best fit for them. I will always recommend whatever store that she works at.

I was pleasantly surprised with the quality of service and delivery! I purchased an adjustable base and mattress on 11/10 (in the afternoon even!) and it was delivered today (11/11). Delivered the next day! The delivery guys were very professional, cleaned up everything, took away our old mattress and box and setup our new bed. I highly recommend this store. And...we LOVE our new bed! I plan to purchase another adjustable base for our guest room from the same store in the very near future.
