Very professional and responsive !!! Doug came out on a Friday night to Cinnaminson Riggins when a door malfunctioned and had it fixed in 20 minutes... he really knows his industry.

Very responsive and knowledgeable. They do a thorough job and are priced reasonably. This isnt a tailgater or a handyman. When they show up you know its getting fixed right. They identified what was wrong with my door within minutes and had all of the parts on the truck to fix it. Very pleased. Ill be calling them again without hesitation if I need them in the future.

I am a property manager. I called this company to schedule the repair of a garage door for one of my properties. I received a call from a gentleman named Doug on the day of the scheduled repair. The first thing he said to me when I answered the phone was, “What happened!?” in a very rude and abrasive manner. He went on to say that his technician didn’t gain access to the garage to make the repair and that I would be charged $50 for his technician’s time (from Burlington to Willingboro). I explained that I would contact the tenant to find out what happened. I discovered after speaking with the tenant that they didn’t realize the repair was scheduled for that day and when the technician arrived at the house, they explained that they weren’t aware of the appointment. They were about to confirm it with a call to another family member, but the technician became rude and angry. The tenant was so uncomfortable that they told him he could not do the work. After hearing what happened, I called the office to let Doug know. I relayed the story in a pleasant tone, but he was again incredibly rude and dismissive to me. He angrily told me that he found my story very hard to believe, I could find another company and hung up the phone on me. I was in total disbelief. I don’t recommend that anyone use a company that treats potential customers this way.

My old system was failing. I went to Burlington OHD and bought new garage door receivers, remotes, and key pad. All the staff were friendly, helpful, and courteous at all times. I even called back for help as I attempted a DIY installation. Again, staff were courteous, and technician Doug, was super patient and helpful to me on multiple calls to him for help. In the end, he helped me solve the problem and all systems are now working fine. Thanks to all the people at Burlington OHD. Tim

They do a good job but be careful when they have to come back again to install. I was told that a adjustment will be made when they visit next time to install motor. Motor arrived after 6 months and not adjustment was given and it was news to them that any adjustment was to be made.

They arrived at our house promotly to do an initial inspection of the damaged garaged door, gave us a great fair price, and ultimately fixed the door perfectly.
