I am new to Burlington and needed a haircut. After searching different places, I selected Fire Salon. I called and happened to get one of the owners. He recommended that I make an appointment with Laurel for a haircut. She listened to my explanations of what I wanted in cutting my hair. The way that she cut it had never been done before. I can now part my hair on either side of my head, and I’ve got this brand new look! Not for sure how she did it, but I’ve found the best place to get my haircut in the city! Today, I called and got a last minute appt with him. He is very artistic with his work. They canceled my appointment at the last minute (less than two hours before my appointment ) without apologizing. They didnt respect the client and my time.

Great customer service. Many precautions have been taken to deal with COVID including masks being worn by stylists. The stylist was ready right as I got there for my appointment. Taylor did an amazing job with my hair and was a joy to chat with throughout the process! I have already booked my next appointment for a touch up and trim!

Clarissa did a fantastic job cutting my hair. She listened to what I wanted and explained the best way to go about cutting my hair to accomplish the look I was going for. Its been super easy to style ever since! Everyone Ive interacted with has been great, and Ill definitely be coming back!

I have been a guest of Fire Salon for years. The staff is always friendly and Sonja Masden always know what to do for my hair. I enjoy the open atmosphere and the free mini service. I usually choose the mini facial. They stand behind their services and their products.I have had several massages from Lark that were truly amazing. The new decor of the spa immediately puts me at ease.

Stephanie is a wonderful nail technician -- careful, gentle, thorough, creative, attentive and fun to talk to. But she also knows when a client needs a little down time and respects a clients need to relax during treatment. Jim is a great stylist. He listens to his clients and offers sound advice about cut, style, color and products to use. His scalp and neck massages or mini-facials (you get your choice of one free with your appointment at Fire Salon) are wonderful. And Jim is very entertaining! Fire Salon is the best! Thanks to everyone on the staff and to Dario for establishing such a pleasant atmosphere.

So natural, full and light. The spa was so comfortable and cute, everyone there is so professional. I was relaxed the entire time. Great service and quality, would highly recommend Fire Salon & Spa.

Love the staff and the products. Great atmosphere and a socially conscious business. They donate their tine and talents to many community projects on a monthly basis. Clarissa tames my curls and has taught me how to really take care of them with the right products. She was recommended to me by friends and I have been going to her for years now.

My husband and I went in this past December for manicures and the service was amazing. Not only did I receive an amazing manicure, but everyone in the salon was extremely nice and it was such a relaxing atmosphere. Being pregnant I was worried about overpowering chemicals and smells but there were absolutely no issues and I can’t wait to go back again!

Ive been going to Fire Salon for years now and have CONSISTENTLY received excellent hair cuts, color, and overall customer service from them - and their prices are reasonable!!! The staff is incredibly knowledgeable and friendly. If I ever move out of the area its going to cost me a fortune in gas simply because theyve spoiled me for any other salon out there... Ive been going to this salon for about 4 years and I absolutely love it! They tend to you as soon as you walk in the door, through the minute you leave. Even after that, if you are unhappy with service or products, they go out of their way to make it right. I feel pampered every time I leave Sonyas chair. In regards to the review about children not being allowed, it is stated clearly on their website that children are not permitted in the salon unless another adult is there to stay with them.

I had a massage done. I had issues with me legs. I felt amazingly different from when I got there. The staff was awesome it was a great experience from start to finish. :)

The best trained stylists. The entire staff really seems to love what they do and I have even seen the owner sweep after the stylists. I love the no ego atmosphere.

Never felt that was unwanted in place until I came in here. I was looked at like I was in the wrong place and I was able to afford anything waited over 45mins and didnt even get greeted or even asked if they could help. Not good at all

I got my makeup done here for my wedding because I had been very happy with the hair services I had gotten in the past and because of the reputation of Aveda products. I told the girl that I dont wear a ton of makeup, I wanted a natural look, and to cover up a few red spots but not my freckles. Instead, she caked concealer on me so thick that it looked like I had playdoh molded to my face and made my eyebrows so dark I looked like the mom from The Munsters. I had to remove it and didnt even have time to reapply before the wedding. It was a very disappointing and stressful experience.

I was there on 2014 June 2nd on a Monday I made an appointment to do my hair and I brung three of my children and the minute I walked in they told me to leave because my children was with me 1 is 13 the other is 11 and my son is 7 they told me I couldnt do my hair because my children was Whitney so I left very angry then my children started to cry and told me Mom we are sorry that you didnt do your hair because of us I took a day off my job to do my hair at this place and they did not do my hair at all and I am very angry because of my children was crying and apologizing to me and it hurts my heart so bad because my children think that they are a burden very bad horrible place I give them no stars they should give people warnings about children before day Internet or make appointments because women do have children very rude and mean people at this hair salon
