Excellent customer service! I was very impressed by the attentiveness, care, and friendliness given by all of the staff. They pay extremely good attention to each individual customer. I felt very comfortable getting my eye exam & glasses here, and will happily return in the future! Great covid precautions as well; they disinfect all of the display glasses people try on before putting them back. Thank you!!

Every 2 years I return to Visionworks in Burlington to get my new glasses and every time I do I have a great experience. I returned yesterday and had the extreme pleasure of working with Sara who I believe is also the manager of the store (according to her name tag.) She went well above and beyond to assist me with my purchase and the insurance ins and outs that needed to be navigated. I highly recommend this branch and Sara in particular, thank you so much again!!!!

Don’t go their if you need to change your prescription, they just don’t care about your eye health. The doctor asked me to try the contact lenses which I feel good with because my eye changed a lot after a concussion. she asked to come for a follow up appointment after a week. Then she only give me 3 pairs daily disposable contact lenses. I had wear the glass with way much higher prescription for 4 days to wait for her to check on me again. I had a lot eye strain and headaches because of it, and the store refuses to give me some contact when I am waiting for the follow up appointment even they can see the doctor notice clearly. Bad attitude as well. Don’t go there if you have a complicated situation, they just doesn’t care about your eye health.

Our review reflects at least 20 visits in the past six years. My daughter, my husband, and I all go, every year. And EVERY year we have issues. We return because my daughter (and husband) is so hard on her things (broken, lost), that it just made sense. Now that she is 11 and managed to go two years with two pairs of glasses, we will DEFINITELY be going elsewhere.Here is why:1) The doctors never stay more than 6 months. This time they assured me this one is staying, but to them that means 2 years (4x longer). Honestly, if you see a doctor twice and never again, that isnt enough continuity for proper healthcare.2) The staff rotates a lot. One or two people stick around, but each time I go in there after a year, most of the faces are different. In fact often whoever you get is very nice, but they are new, dont know the software, dont know insurance nuances, etc.3) They do not communicate well. It turns out that one of the issues we had with the insurance is because we get our exams elsewhere (with the same doctor every year), and then buy eye wear from Visionworks. Its been SIX years, and they just explained this to me in April. Really?4) They are slow (and sometimes disorganized). You walk in and they say they will be with you soon, and then you wait an hour while other people come and go. One had an appointment, but another jumped forward.5) Prices have gone up. Before it was worth the pain of the experience, because we would get a 2nd pair of glasses free or save 50%. Now, the price difference isnt worth the horrific experience.6) They do not know the first thing about customer service. Since this is a franchise, no one really cares much if the customers return again and again, and it shows in their pace, friendliness, knowledge, etc. We have spent THOUSANDS of dollars here over the years, with 3 patients visiting annually. You would think they would care, but not even a little.FIND SOMEWHERE ELSE.

I recently moved and needed to get glasses fixed but was nervous about going into the store during a pandemic. Sarah made the process extremely simple and I was able to do everything by phone and curbside pickup. Highly recommend for others who are covid-conscious as well; this has been one of the best retail experiences I have had recently. Grateful for her kind demeanor and excellent customer service.

I have been bringing my four children to this location for a number of years. This year my 14 year old daughter thought she would make things easy and just choose the exact same frame as last year. We spotted them as soon as we walked in. After her eye exam ( which was great with Dr. Kim) we sat down at the desk with the chosen frames. Except they are now $20 more expensive then last year. While we are very fortunate to have insurance which usually pays 100% if the frames are under $149.95, $0 was covered this year because of the arbitrary price increase. I would have left and purchased frames elsewhere except our insurance states the purchase should be made the same day in the same establishment as the eye exam. So long story short, I have insurance and just paid $185.00 for glasses I got for free last year (this was after some 60% off of very inflated prices). No one was sympathetic. They looked up the style number and verified they were the exact same but did not care to do anything to make this right. I will never give them my business again. They have lost out on a repeat customer who happens to make monetary decisions for a family of six.

She was very professional & thoughtful...meaning she made sure I would save the most money. I also met the store manager, Sarah. She was very professional as well. I left the store quite happy! :)

I had great experience here. As soon as I stepped into the door, I was welcomed by Sarah who in no time wasted, brought me to the lab for assessment. Even the way all staff spoke to other customers felt really nice. You could see their smiles behind the masks. God bless them.

Given the current COVID19 circumstances, Ive been understandably nervous about any interactions. However, my prescription needed updating for months and I couldnt wait any more. I was very comforted by the organization the staff at this location had when it came to making an appointment, preparing me for how I could fill out all of my paperwork online beforehand, explaining how it would work when I arrived and making me feel safe to be there for my appointment. I commend the staff for the work they do. If you are worried about safety, they have my thumbs up!

I purchased a pair of sunglasses and regular glasses (spending quite a bit of money) and couldnt see right out of either pair. Mary Lou had a terrible attitude and instead of working with me she looked at me like I had 10 heads and said I think the best thing for you would be a refund. Terrible customer service!

If I could provide a -1 , I would ! this store and the GM ( burlington,Ma) are beyond incompetent and could even care less about your eye care health ; take it from me ,after several Visits and emails to get my glasses - no results . Don’t trust them and something here is amiss with management .! Go literally anywhere else to take care of your eyeglass needs.

Me and my family have been coming to Visionworks for several years now. Dr Kim is very kind and takes the time to explain everything and most importantly she listens. The front desk staffs are very knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. They explain all my insurance benefit clearly. The place also have wide selection of fashion frames. Very happy customer.

Paid over 200$ for the frames I chose myself. Spent the fallowing two weeks extra excited and received a completely different frame. Not even remotely similar. Which I suspect they do often. It was also a much cheaper brand and two sizes to small for the width of my face!Waiting for the opportunity to reclaim my money

They call me 20 minutes before they close to tell me I can only pick up my glasses curbside without adjustments and I will have to go back if I need them. I explained my work schedule and was met with well, you can pick them up curbside I KNOW I CAN I NEED ADJUSTMENTS. Dont call patients 20 minutes before you close only to offer curbside and to be rude when asked if they can just squeeze me in for a five min adjustment. Pathetic

I recently purchased new frames at another VisionWorks location and had issues with the way the frames were wearing,I stopped here on night after work and was assisted by Alexis.She helped me to make my frames wear more comfortable though they still slop slightly,I really appreciated her expertise and hands on to resolve my woes. She’s an asset to this company.Though I had purchased in the Millbury location it was worth the while to go to this location.

We got our kids prescription glasses at the Burlington location and they have always been very helpful and courteous. Today we had to go back because the glasses broke and they were super fast in replacing it right away. The only thing this time was the wait. It might have been the time of the day (right after school hours) and it was a bit busy. But other than that were very happy with the service and the way our situation was handled.

I went to Visionworks with my mother to get her new glasses.... when we walked in we were greeted by the GM (Sheila Gisetto) she was very friendly and not smothering ... we looked at some frames and asked for help when needed... I expected to pay alot of money because we have in the past for a progressive lens w/ anti-glare.... the optician was also wicked nice ... surprisingly there was an awesome sale of 60% off so we paid about half of what we expected ... I recommend this store and their staff to anyone that wants a great eyewear experience!!!Thanks Visionworks in Burlington Ma!!!

When my husband and I picked up our glasses, we were greeted by Louisa who pulled our order and was trying to rush us through the adjustment process. She refused to listen to the issues with the fitting and after three tries, walked away stating she could not please me. Someone else did help us through the fitting, but Louisa should not be in the role of service, she is rude and not good at her job.

I went to pick up my glasses (on 12/14) and they had put the wrong prescription in the lenses. I spoke with the front desk woman who told me to come back in on Sunday and that they would fix it. I show up today (Sunday 12/16) and they tell me that there is nothing that they can do and that I have to come in again on Monday to see the optometrist. So I have to come for a 3rd time to discuss the fact that they put in the wrong lenses. I ask for a refund and they tell me that they can’t do that either and I have to wait for that as well. This place is run like a JOKE. Not a single thing is organized and they tell you they can’t do anything to help you. Overall such a garbage establishment.

Total confusion! Website said open at 12 on Sunday, door sign says 11. Got there at 12:30 no one there to work! Got to hear all about one of the workers sons death and how they hoped hed be at work Monday for inventory.Told my 2nd set of glasses would be ready in another 2 days, its been 4 and still no call!Yippee, another I get to go back yet again.Always some weird issue with this store. Wont be going back after this trip...I hope!!

I been there for an eye exam. Nothing special. But customer service is ridiculous. They can not write my name right, at all. I see mistake and fix it, but still they give me prescription under wrong name. They place order for glasses under wrong name. I come to pick it up and they could not find it, while they search for it, reception women keep ask me what other name I use. Non, I use just one name for my whole life. Another women come to me and told me what last time I been there in 2016, and they not order glasses automatically, I need to make appointment for eye exam. Seriously?? Really?? I told her what I know and I been here less than two weeks ago. Than she ask me, under what name I been here🙈🙉🙊. Hhh, they find it after 1 hour. So, I not be go back there and not recommend anyone go there.

Wasting my time at this branch with their weird insurance coverage policy. They say they accept vsp but their different stores accept different plans of vsp! Totally confusing. I did my eye exam here last year, I am still with the same insurance plan, now today at my appointment when I am there to see doctor, they say you are out of network! It is disappointing. At least they could call me day before my appointment when they knew about it.
