Turns out my doctor prescribed incorrectly. Although, its been more than 30 days since I bought the lens+frame from these guys, they were very understanding and helped me with replacing it with the right prescription. The owners are very friendly and nice. They answered all my questions without rushing through.I picked this place originally because prices were cheaper compared to other places I had visited.Highly recommend them.

Needed a last minute favor and Carmine and gang came through on same day service for me on a tough prescription.Thank you so much Carmine. This happens to be who Carmine is - he goes out of his way for his customers even making house calls to accommodate.I really appreciate the fantastic service!!!

They took the time to really understand how my recent medical history had impacted my vision. They had a wonderfully wide selection of frames to choose from - and were very involved with me in helping me find the best for me.

New owner to this place is rude, confrontational.Do not leave any minors unattended when u get your exam, he will harass your child, while u get your eye exam. He is a creep. Will force u to buy glasses from him. Glasses are super expensive, not much to pick from. Did not give prescription for not buying glasses. Did not clean equipment in between eye exams.

Dr. Rong is very professional and absolutely knowledgeable. Ive been there a few times. Every single time she checks my eyes thoroughly to give me the best recommendations. I highly recommend doctor Rong for her service.

Recently had my second visit here and was even more pleased than the first time.Dr Rong is very knowledgeable and walks you through each step of the exam. She answered all my questions and alleviated any concerns.The women up front are very helpful and considerate.I plan on being a patient for many years to come.

Very nice place to get your eye exam done. They are on time, and you go through all the tests very thoroughly. The Doctor is really good. They also carry a large choice of glasses. Take your time to browse their inventory.

Pleased with the service and diagnosis. The doctor is very smart and experienced. My eyes were checked with great accuracy. The contacts and eye glasses provided to me are great. The site manager Sandra is very charming and beautiful. So your eyes feel good already by looking at her face.

Awesome! Highly recommend. I had an eye exam and glasses and contact prescription. Dr. Rong was so professional and nice. She was extremely patient with me and answered all of my questions thoroughly, I had about a dozen questions. She gave me really good suggestions on different contacts since my old brand was bothering me and I couldnt be happier with this new brand. The two ladys at the front desk were also very nice and friendly. I forgot my insurance card and they found my information without any issue, it made my day. They were also very well organized.

For some reason my review got deleted so im writing it again. I will say save your time and dont go to this place. I had my appointment at certain time and doc didnt come even after 30 min of waiting. I just left the place at that point. The receptionists are also not friendly. The doc had no other patient at that time and not sure what she was doing. I can understand 10 to 15 minutes here and there but 30 minutes? Thats not acceptable. Everyones time is valuable, if you dont appreciate that then you should not be in the business.

I became a patient of Dr. Rongs this past summer and I am very happy I chose her. She was absolutely great and very thorough. She set up this skeptic with multi-focal contacts which worked so much better than I expected with very little time needed to adjust. I found Sandra to be great as well, helping me through the process of picking out a pair of frames that I am very comfortable with and have since received many compliments on. I frequently stop for lunch at the establishment next door and Sandra ALWAYS recognizes me and says hello.

Although I cannot speak to the optician services (I wear contacts), I did go there for an optometrist visit and Dr Bing Rong was excellent. I found the exam and contact fitting to be fairly priced and extremely thorough. The receptionist was very courteous and professional. I was not made to wait for my appointment. I would highly recommend this office.

I was in a few weeks ago for an eye exam and there was a new women at the desk, let me start with She likes to talk and she talks a lot. This is my first time seeing her there and it was not fun. She was helping someone with glasses and she just was to pushy . I had met another girl before this one who was very nice around May super cute i cant remember her name but Blond hair, big brown eyes very lovely. I hope she hasnt quit because thats just a loss for this company.

I completely agree with the other reviewer Jim. Dr. Bing Rong is extremely polite and pleasant to talk to. She always asks how I am doing, family, work, .... I like to go there just for that after a long day at work. Unfortunately, her receptionist is by far the worse and unprofessional. A few times, they made me feel uncomfortable there. I usually dont buy contact in the office after my eye exam. The price they offer is double what I pay for online, and I have to come back to the office and pick it up. Online order, the price is cheaper and the company sends straight to my house. It is very convenience. The receptionist usually makes it difficult or almost refuse to give me the prescription. It is a strange environment.

One of the headlined reviews was taken out of context. Saying she rolls her eyes and whatnot, but they were talking about a receptionist.This doctor is fantastic and polite. She found what other optometrists could not, my vision has never been better, and as shy as I am, I still remember the pleasant conversation with her.Having said that, I agree that the receptionist couldve been a bit friendlier. Fortunately, that was a small fraction of my visit.

Ive been going to her for years. Now my son and wife user her as well. Shes thorough, patient and great at what she does. Ive been wearing glasses since 1970 and shes one of, if not *the*, best doctor Ive had.

Im a bit disappointed about the customer service and warranty. I started having issue with my frame since just about a year. One of the arm doesnt hold to its position anymore. I went to the store try to find out if they have any warranty from manufacturer. I can sense the apathy the moment I tell her about my issue. The frontdesk girl siad its normal wear and tear and not cover before she even ask when I bought it. I asked patiently about warranty details. And she cannt give me no detail other than theres nothing she can do. Now I have to buy a new frame which my insurance company wont cover. Also, I paid more than 200 out of pocket for the glasses. Now they are wasted. Now I have to squeeze money for my new glasses.

Walked in without an appointment and was welcomed warmly by Sandras smiling face. She helped me try on glasses and provided honest feedback, and even offered to note my file so I could order them during my upcoming scheduled appointment. From start to finish she has been amazing, and super helpful every step of the way.Sandra has left me with a lasting impression with her funny voicemails and fun atmosphere shes created in the office. Since visiting a few months ago, Ive referred all of my friends to Eye Care Optics and would highly recommend to anyone. Dr. Rong was really great, super sweet and really helpful. However, her receptionist was really pushy and rude. she kinda bullied me into buying something out of my price range and was super sarcastic. She pulled up a chair and I asked, Can I sit here? and she said, Well what do you think I moved it for? She also wouldnt look away from her computer when I walked up and I had to wait for her to notice me. I wish I had read the reviews before going, the place is located really closely to my house but like I said, the receptionist made me feel uncomfortable. Joanna if youre reading this, get an attitude adjustment, most of the negative reviews online are about you.

I have been coming to Dr. Rongs office for years and she knows her stuff, Sandra the office manager was amazing as well, i had broken my glasses and needed a new pair of contacts and Sandra was super helpful got me my contacts right before my trip and helped me book my next appointment

This was my first experience at Eye Care Optics. Had been to several other places in the area and all treated me like a number... in and out barely knew my name. But Dr. Rong and Sandra were different. I had a new prescription and needed new glasses. Sandra took the time to help me find frames and worked with me on finding something I could afford. When I was indecisive she helped me narrow down my choices as to what looked best on me. She was extremely patient and knowledgeable. They told me they would take 10 days to arrive approx. because they were progressives and I received the call in 7 days that they were in. Dr. Rong spent alot of time with me adjusting to make sure I had the perfect fit. Very kind, patient and caring. I am now a patient for life. I would highly recomment them to anyone. I will never go anywhere else. Give them a try you wont be sorry.

Front desk girls are so unprofessional and soon as you enter some weird smell starts coming. They also keep want you to order glasses or contacts through them n doesn’t like it when you don’t and also doesn’t seem to want to give you your prescription. The doctor isn’t professional and keep you waiting even though there r no other patients ahead of you. I don’t recommend this place one bit to anyone. Save your time going there.

Went in to get my eyes checked I was early so I had the pleasure to have a fun conversation with Johena(sorry If im misspelling her name) but she was very sweet, we spoke about her cute turtle that she just got adopted. I really did appreciate the conversation because it was not like other offices you just sit and be bored while the miserable minutes kill you. Dr. Rong was very nice the exam went great. I also had Johena help me with my eyeglasses and she was very knowledgeable she knew what she was talking about and that made me very comfortable. I very much like her honesty and professionalism when it comes to her knowing her stuff.

I love the team here. They took care of me and my eyes. I would recommend them to ANYONE. Ive never met a crew more welcoming especially Dr. Bing Rong and Ms. Johena at the front desk. At first I was a bit nervous about going to someone new but as soon as I walked through the door Johena was there to welcome me and give some background information about the optometrist. That immediately put me at ease. Dr. Rong is very thorough with her work, which I truly appreciate and I did not feel rushed to choose my eye wear. She is an absolute gem. Ive been a patient of Dr. Rongs for more than a decade now. I even followed her from lenscrafters to her new new practice because she was so great. Having said that, one of her receptionists is extremely rude and disrespectful and makes the whole experience rather uncomfortable. A specific example..After I explained my insurance takes care of my co-pay, she refused to accept that and bullied me into paying cash, which I did in order to diffuse the situation. The same visit I wanted to get my prescription for glasses(not glasses themselves because they are far too expensive at an optometrist) and she refused to give me my prescription unless I purchased the glasses through them. She rolls her eyes right in your face and makes rude remarks with an awful tone. Ive been a patient of Dr. Rongs since I first needed glasses, but Ill be taking my business elsewhere now
