Honestly for buying a pair of jeans for my son, they really package them well. They are totally sealed from any outside germs really when you buy online and pickup in store. The cashier was friendly as well. Would be nice to be able to try things on but was told it was a no go and I guess I cant complain since its still Covid time.

Easy in, easy out. Excellent quality products and good products. Didnt see much help on the floor and luckily didnt need to ask questions. Checkout was quick with good customer service.

All the fitting rooms were closed. They wonder why people dont come into the store anymore. What kind of service is that? They want you to buy the items you came in for and return them if they dont fit. So stand in line twice. Really.

How does a department store sell any clothes to its customers when every fitting room in the store is closed? I left the items in the store and walked out! What is the purpose of opening any of the JCP stores at all? Keep them closed! JCPenney has faced bankruptcy and almost went out of business entirely in its recent past.This company needs to rethink this policy, especially as the state relaxes Covid restrictions and as more people get Covid vaccinated. My best advice: Dont waste your time going into JCP! Shop at Belk!

Dont waste your time coming to this store. The fitting rooms are all closed and have been for weeks. And there has not been a spike in Covid cases in the area. Check CDC or HHSNC sites.

Jcpenny is one of my favorite stores. I Purchased 2 pair of Liz Claiborne earrings for 12 dollars, and the cashier even gave me 2 gifts boxes and a gift bag for free!

Store was clean and all but nothing in the clearance rack was actually discounted at the register. Coupon for 20% off only applied to one item out of our entire purchase. I doubt Ill be back any time soon.

The Burlington JC Penney has a lot of things that are not organized as well as you can hardly find prices on things that are being cleared out & sale signs that sometimes incorrect

When you buy jewelery always get the two yr warranty! I took a chain back and theyre going to send it off to see if the company will fix it or buy me out. Fortunately theres a sale going on right now thats better than when I bought the necklace so I will be able to get the same backless brand new with a credit put back on my card.

Crowded, was picking up an order no one was at the pick up desk. went all over the store trying to find someone she went to get another associate to wait on me but no one was available.she waited on me herselfI bought a few things and checked out at the jewelry Dept.

Very slim choices on merchandise

When I finally got to the check out person I was fine, but stood in line for 20 plus minutes waiting my turn. Two registers open with bunches standing in line. Not to cool.

We went in JCPenny to 2 get towels for our daughter. They had an awesome sale.

I was looking for a specific item. I havent been in a store to buy a mens dress shirt in a few years. As soon as I went in a lady asked me if I needed help. Oh yes I do... She helped me look and find what I needed and stuck with me until I was ready to go. Great job. Its sad I dont remember her name but she did a fantastic job. Then I went to the check out and the lady did a fantastic job. I received a 40% discount. Great experience!!!

I wanted to exchange a pair of dress pants my wife bought online that were on sale, because they didnt fit. Well at the customer service desk they allowed me to exchange my pants for some pants that fit and they adjusted the price that were on sale with no problems.

Very nice clean organized store. Lots of things in this store to check out. I go here to get my dress shoes and dress clothes sometimes. Prices are somewhat high depending on what you get. Bargains can also be found in here on some stuff. Very friendly employees. Never had a bad experience here. I definitely recommend this place to anybody.

Amazing staff

I think it is silly that you dont give customers back their cash from a purchase they are returning even though you can look up the purchase through email & phone number. What is the point of implementing the system to save customers transactions if you are not able to return the item and give the customer back THEIR money. I paid with cash. I returned your clothes, so why cant i get my money back? Ridiculous.

Rude and hateful employees at check out. Always some kind of problem about prices. Dont believe posted signs throughout store about price.

Found what needed easily. Check out was slow but had alot of customers trying to check out at same time. Not every customer was prepared to check out but cashiers were helpful and pleasant.

3 cashiers working but all are tied up doing returns. Over a 30 min wait to buy 1 item. Needs a better system for returns or better management.

Cashiers doesnt even go and see if the price is correct. Just bought a disney dress an it was 40% off but the cashier told me it was full price after I also showed it was 40% off in the jc Penney app she didnt care about and just made me pay it full price.

After losing 60 lbs I needed new pants. These guys are straight up awesome. They spent nearly an hour with me trying on different sizes and shapes until I found the perfect pair. Turns out Im a 33/34. I didnt even know you could have odd sizes?! They dont get commission, so opportunities to help customers come from the heart and they are the best!

I had to do an exchange on an item and the associate who helped me was very patient and kind.

I recently visited the appliance section and the lady there Martha is such a sweet, honest and helpful employee I wish everyone would have the same customer service, she was very attentive and answered each and every one of my questions which were like a hundred. Im so happy with my purchase and definitely recommend it the prices are very good not to mention the insurance plans very affordable I will definitely keep buying more appliances from JCPenney.

Outstanding products for a great price during the black Friday sales.

They dont carry the big and tall or the womans plus sizes in store so it was a wasted trip except for my returns from my online purchase.

All cashiers are friendky, but definitely needs more registers open.

The woman at the check out counter at the door didnt act like she cared about how long it took her & I said I was in a hurry I could see she took her time she went slow & she couldnt have gone much slower this was at Alamance Crossing

JCPenney you should go they have great deals everyday

This is a very nice JCPENNEY location. The layout is fine and pleasing to the eye. However, customers should be prepared to wait in line to pay for their purchases. This location has done away with the departmental point of sale registers in favor of one line of about 5-6 in the front of the store. Once you stop looking for a traditional register & find this line, you must wait. One lady actually put her items back & left. At least it was by the door😏. Very nice location overall. I would shop there again if not on a tight schedule.

I love shopping at JC Penney. They have a great selection and plenty in my size. Boughtt some casual trousers on sale, and they were a good deal. The only thing I dont like about the store is the check out at the front rather than in the department. There is frequently a long wait.

Went in with the intention of buying three pair could not find anyone to wait on me to find the kind that I was looking for. Waited 15 minutes looking for someone. went to the register to get them to send someone over but they had about 10 people waiting in one line so I said have a good day . will not be back.
