This target location is pretty nice. The area to get into the shopping center can be a bit of a hassle. The place is usually clean and fairly up to date. They have a good clearance section most of the times. The stockers are usually nice, while the customer service area leaves you walking away mad most of the time, other than that most of the employees are nice. The store is always so hot though, don’t go to the makeup section if you don’t like heat, the new lights they put in make it feel like the beach in June.

Customer centric team members needed to assist with your drive up options. Then give them the training and tools for success.

I always find what I need when Im shopping at Target.

I love Target, but I hate the days when they stock the shelves. They make it literally impossible to get down some aisles. I dont understand why Target cant restock after the store closes. Or, why cant they pull out stuff as they stock it. I go down so many aisles where there are pallets of stuff, but no one unloading them. Target seriously needs to find a better system.

The Burlington Target store is always clean and the staff are friendly and helpful. They work to get you checked out as quickly as possible.

Horrible / unprofessional customer service.

I love Target but they made a serious error in judgement by taking out six prime parking spots out front to use for pickup for folks that order online. This area should have been put to the side of the building thus reducing the steps and time of those delivering the goods to the cars and prevent them from having to cross parking lot traffic. Those of us that shop inside almost always purchase more than we intended once we get inside so make it more convenient for us to find a parking space. Common sense = good business sense.

I tried to get a shirt for my son and the machine said it couldnt sell these no longer, yet they have been on the shelves for awhile. Not only that the girl at self checkout said I guess youre just gonna have to get something else, while Im already frustrated that I cant have the particular item I am trying to purchase. Now I will say she called to have all of those items pulled from the shelf, which is good.I understand sometimes things slip through the cracks. But isnt that why you have scanners to check the validity of items? Its not the only time it has happened here, which is why Im writing the review unless I always just have bad luck when shopping.

Fairly busy garden home goods section was wiped out very limited selection of patio chairs.

The bathrooms were worse than a truck stop.....I thought target was supposedly up to a higher standard.....but let me tell you Wal-Mart has cleaner bathrooms, and lower prices. I will think twice before entering another target again. It speaks volumes to your coustomers, who pay these higer prices, only to have a feces infested bathroom to use.

Really terrible that the staff in Burlington, NC thinks its okay to talk nasty about the customers behind my back. Too bad my son was standing right next to them as they did it.. how terrible

The staff at this target is awful. You can obviously tell they do not want to be at work and are quick to give you a count down of how long the store is going to remain open. I understand that the store closes at 11:00 p.m. but I do not need to be followed around the store and given a minute by minute count down to when the doors are going to be locked. Not everyone gets the luxury to shop during hours that are convenient to the employees time they would like to leave. I will not be back to this store and maybe some time before I return to a Target at all.

Generally excellent. But a less-than-great experience yesterday.Placed an order online for in-store pickup. Walked in and saw two counters - one for pickup and registry, and the other for returns and exchanges. Gladly bypassed the line at returns and exchanges and went to the pickup and registry counter. Waited, and waited, and waited. Another customer came up behind me, and we started talking about wondering how long it would take before anyone helped us. At that point one of the employees working the returns and exchanges line came over and told us that this counter was for registry only, and that returns and exchanges AND in-store pickup were all handled at the other counter. But she went ahead and served both of us anyway.The store needs to see that the signage accurately reflects how theyre doing things! Either change the signs, or have someone keeing an eye out for people believing the signs.

Great store. Super friendly employees. I go here every now and then for something i cant find at other stores. Clean well organized store and very well stocked. A little more expensive than other places. The pharmacy in here is fantastic and the pharmacists are very nice. Checkout here moves pretty fast. I definitely recommend this place to anybody.

I’m pretty sure I’ll never shop at Target ever again. They are always putting out Transformers and then refuse to sell them because they have some unseen street date of a full month later. It’s ridiculous and I’m just going to do Amazon from now on. Target you just lost a loyal shopper

I was wrongfully accused of stealing. If I could give a 0 rating, I would. I visited this target yesterday to buy some groceries/essential items. I spent a little over $140. There were several shoppers checking themselves out but for some reason, as I was checking myself out, a target employee named April stared at me the entire time. I asked another Target employee in the area for help adding an item when April took this opportunity to begin looking into my cart/bags and at my screen without saying a word to me or the other employee. The other associate assisting me asked April what was wrong and April just kept looking back and forth between the cart and the checkout screen. I asked her what the problem was and she eventually responded, just making sure everything in the cart is okay. Once I paid for my approx. $140 worth of groceries/items, April snatched my receipt out of my hands, took my cart and said she needed to recheck my items. I asked her why she is specifically rechecking my cart versus everyone else in the checkout area. She boldly stated, I have been watching you and you did not pay for several items that you have in your cart. I assured her I did not steal anything and she very rudely cut me off multiples times, confidently insisting in front of everyone that I had not paid for several items in my cart. I asked her which items I did not pay for and she would not give me a specific answer beyond several. Since she was going to recheck all of my items, I asked to see the total on my receipt so I can know what she is comparing her recheck to. She responded in a rude tone, you will get it when im done. April then carelessly tossed my items onto the conveyor belt, to the point that I had to ask her twice not to damage the fruits. April proceeded to do her recheck of all of the items I had just purchased and we both saw that every single item in my cart/bags was on the receipt. She returned my receipt and told me I can now leave. I asked her once again what are the several items that she so boldly insisted I did not pay for just a few minutes prior. I again asked her why I was specifically singled out amongst all the other customers in the area. I also asked once more why I was the only person who was being watched and whose items needed to be rechecked. She had no answer. I then asked to speak with a manager. I saw her speaking to the manager, Bryant, for a few minutes before he and April approached me. I began by asking the manager, Bryant, what the protocol was for these rechecks and I began to explain the situation. About 45 seconds in, April cuts me off once again. I calmly asked, Can I please speak uninterrupted?. He then told April to leave the area so that I could explain the situation I have just described above. The manager, Bryant, then told me that if someone looks suspicious, they recheck their items and that April did the correct thing. So, naturally, I asked Bryant what about me is/looked suspicious. He had no explanation. Eventually, he tells me there was nothing specific about me. I then ask again, Then, why was I singled out, being watched, accused of stealing, and having my items rechecked versus everyone else in the checkout area? He curtly responded, Ok. Did you get everything you needed today maam? I responded, Yes but I would now like a refund. He issued my refund. After waiting for access outside, in the cold, in a line, due to COVID-19 store restrictions, walking around and finding all of the items on my list, checking out, and having to defend myself against a wrongful accusation, I still left target empty handed and disgusted. Like many others, I wore a sweatshirt, joggers, sneakers and a medical face mask, as recommended. However, for some reason I was singled out, being watched, spoken to very rudely, seen as suspicious and essentially, accused of stealing; a reason neither of the Target employees, April or Bryant could clearly provide. You can take your guess as to what was suspicious or different about me versus the other shoppers at that time.

I shopped the baby department and Target has a nice selection of baby needs. The parking lot and location are located in a safe location and the store was clean. However, I went at lunch time and the store departments and displays were rather messy. I visited the baby department, the shoe department, and the home goods department.

Don’t bother. I ordered a vacuum their system said was in stock. Didn’t hear back in the 2 hr window. Tried to call the store-no one picked up and call was automatically terminated after 4 minutes. So I drive to the store to find out about my 500.00 vacuum, only to be told that there is only the floor sample in stock. When I requested to speak with the manager about the phones so I could have saved myself a trip-he explained that the floor staff should be picking up the phones (now he explained this with a pen hanging out of his mouth the whole time). Obviously he was devastated that the staff was not doing their job. Should have just went with Amazon in the first place. Don’t waste your time or money with this company!

The cashier asked me did I have the Sales paper, which I did not. She then ask me about the app and I did have the app. This saved me over $30. I was also having trouble with my Red Card and tried to help me with this also. She took time with me

Love Target for the selection, always clean, always innovative.

I placed an online order hoping to do pickup and not understanding that you can only do pickup through the app. I was told that I can only do in-store and would have to stand outside, with a line wrap around the store, in order to get an online order that I wanted to do drive up for. This was not an option and none of the associates that were outside offered to assist me. Horrible. I see why a lot of people stop shopping here. I will never shop here again and I am telling everyone I know not to shop here.

Always clean and easy to locate items. I would advise management to have their staff watch what they say about products. I was extremely surprised and happy to see the Harry Potter display. Out of nowhere I hear a staff member say in a judging tone oh no honey I dont do Harry Potter - thats the devils work! You need to read up on it because that stuff is Satanic!.PLEASE teach your staff to keep their opinions to themselves - especially if you want products to sell :)

Today my son and I needed some information and the manager went way above and beyond to get it for us. The guy in the electronics department was awesome, too. Both these guys were so friendly and helpful!!!!

I returned home checked my charge account and saw that I was charged for an additional purchase that I did not make! I called the store and was passed off several times only to be told that I needed to call the 800 number on the receipt, I said ok, hung up. when I looked on the receipt there was no 800 number! I called back and the phone just rang and ranged! Finally a nice young man ,Mark answered and was Finally able to come back with a number.

You have to verify the prices of items or you will be overcharged, has happened several times. This time I was buying something with a tag saying $16.99. At checkout she charged me $32.99. I said woah, woah. She looked at something and saw it should be $22.99. I debated, didnt want to disappoint the child and got it for $22.99. I have been disturbed about it all evening.

The staff member was very helpful and courteous. I have always found the staff to be polite and consistently provide quality service.

I love it, use to go all the time if u have a small child hard to fit clothes they have the adjustable clothing pants, shorts, 1 st store offered it, didnt have to get his clothes took up, groceries were out of sight son need special soap, detergent, cream all there cheaper than anyone, organics foods hr needs cheaper, but on card discount 1 time only and they took Cocoa butter way and Sticks cheaper than others...why bring it back stick was ,99 others $1.69 stick of cocoa,. Cream solid is $ 6& $7 now same Ozs. All this out of pocket expenses, disabled dont file taxes, but he have to have,special cold meds. But its just 3 he can have. Expensive...

Love Target. Always find what I need and more.

Went into the Burlington store to look at an iPad that was on sale. At the electronics department there was no one there. I asked an employee at the tech desk, she said she could call someone, she called twice, we waited for over 15 minutes but no one ever came to help us. Then we picked up a few things and went to the checkouts which were very crowded. I am not sure what is going on there but a disappointing and frustrating experience.

Another good place to shop have a lot of things. Have a nice little coffee shop. As well as a little place to get popcorn little bit of refreshments.

The store is organized, clean, and provides a much higher quality of items than it’s competitors. Also, the cartwheel feature and kid-friendly atmosphere are top notch bonuses!!

Pretty good store to visit. I like to shop there mainly for kids stuff. They have a better collection of kids toys and other kids stuff compared to other stores here.

Product was damaged in several places. This product was supposed to be brand new. I contacted the store and spoke with the Manager Jerry who apologized and said the most they could give me was a $25 gift card to which I had to ask for. It would be more troubling for me to pay someone again than to return it to the store. Plus all of my food would have to spoil because this was the only one in the store. This will probably be my last purchase from Target.

Always great service but the store always looks like a wreck compared to others. I frequent at least once or twice a week for various shopping and sometimes will notice trash or the same mess in the floor thats been there for days. This store would be a lot better if they hired more staff to help zone up everyday.

I love the pharmacy! As Lauren Hall kindly noted they do close at 7, therfore I pick up my medicine well before then. I dont go to the doctor at 5 and expect to be seen ;) Best pharmacy staff in town, I highly recommend!!

A great place to find almost everything

I have been in this store 3 times since it was built. I will NEVER go back into a target store. They have the most rude and no personality cashiers ever. Not even a hello, thank you, kiss my foot, come back, nothing from the cashier. I will NOT support any business that hires such rude cashiers. If I spend my money in your business, I expect at least a thank you, it is my choice where I spend my hard earned money and it wont be target.

I just got done buying groceries here, the shelf was empty for five of the items that we wanted. We have run into this problem multiple times in the last month or so. If I wanted a shopping experience like this, I would go to Walmart. I know it’s the holiday season, but this is ridiculous
