Very friendly and knowledgeable experts. They made a complicated task easy and fun. In my two visits, there was minimal waiting and they were very attentive. I worked with Dan, who was great! Caleb and Vicky were super-helpful too. If you need a new phone, I can’t recommend this store highly enough!

Had to transfer an ATT prepaid number to a Verizon plan. Steve, Caleb, and Dan were very patient and helpful with the process! They gave good advice which helped me skip the ATT help line queue. Much better than the South Burlington store on Williston Rd who incorrectly stated my phone was not carrier locked. Definitely the place to go if you need Verizon help.

Unless you enjoy being spoken to in a condescending way, or are looking to spend unnecessary money on a new phone ...(my phone was easily fixable without needing an upgrade- this was not found out until I did my research)SAVE YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY FOR A VERIZON EMPLOYEE/store that DESERVES the COMMISSION.Not all of us are looking to upgrade some of us just need a little help figuring out what the issue with our phone is.Not the first time myself or a friend or family member has had this experience at this particular store. I recommend going to the Verizon store in the Staples plaza. Or Shelburne Road.☮️

I have been to many other Verizon stores, and let me tell you, I NEVER look forward to it...but then I wandered into this store, and what usually is a mundane and frustrating experience delightfully turned into a very pleasant one. Brandon was exceptional answering my questions, dealing with all the complicated returns/exchanges and transactions, and still found ways to save me money. I took a lot of their time and they were so patient and caring and fun to chat with! I will be going here from now on with any future needs from Verizon.

Today I walked into the Burlington Mall & worked with Tyler. He was very patient and understanding for my needs and wants! Couldn’t have asked for better service. Thanks Verizon

You know how you go in for help somewhere and you get someone whos obviously bored, and uninterested in helping you? I was kind of expecting that going in, but we had the total opposite with Laura. She was kind, patient, and so easy to work with. She helped us out with a few issues as we switched accounts, and even stayed late to help us finish out the transaction. Honestly working with her was one of the better customer service interactions Ive had. We so appreciated it, and would not hesitate to go back for any other questions/purchases.

Waited for 30mins. 3 people working but only 1 employee knows what she is doing. The other 2 are not ready to serve customers (lack of training). Ended up leaving without being acknowledged. Be prepared to spend hours in the store! Verizon sucks!

Bill was super great at helping me distinguish the differences between my previous phone to my current phone. He answered every question I asked and went into details with the papers regarding my current phone. I would highly recommend going to the Verizon in the University Mall in South Burlington. I would go there again next time I need assistance!

Ive been going to this outlet for Verizon phones ever since I started my plan 8 years ago, and every single time Ive been there Ive known Ive made the right choice. Theyve always been incredibly helpful, polite, and willing to work with my issues (especially when things go wrong -- which, since Im not the owner of the account and have to go through a lot of hoops to get permission to change anything with the phone or plan, is frequently).In particular, I want to commend the manager, Shane, who I know has been working there at least as long as Ive been going there, if not longer. Hes always friendly, upbeat, and willing to help, even when faced with customers who are less than pleasant.I also want to note that Dave was exceptionally helpful with me getting my new phone, even when something went wrong on the corporate end. He was probably more relieved than I was once it finally got working!Thank you, guys! I make it a point to come here specifically for Verizon needs.

Picked up an iPhone today. They helped set it up and get the info off my old one. I never feel rushed when I go to this store for Verizon pickups!

I’ve had to visit this store four times because they’re so incompetent. I also live AN HOUR AWAY and have wasted so much gas money just for them to sell my a defective phone, attempt to fix my phone which broke again afterwards, then the phone broke again. I finally got a new one from them after their employee David tried to get me to buy a referbished phone instead of a new one — nice try! And after all of this MASSIVE waste of time and money, these people instructed me to drive all the way up to this store to “sign something” that I didn’t have to sign. Are you kidding me. This is the worst place I’ve ever shopped at, one of their employees is rude and incompetent and makes the rest of them look bad which is a shame because the woman that works there and the manager seem great. NEVER COME HERE!!! And Verizon, do yourself a favor and fire that David guy — unless you want to keep someone who deflects HIS mistakes onto the customers and has absolutely no clue what he’s doing. Also, professionalism should be worked on here considering their employee FOUND me on Facebook, I’m assuming by using my private information on my account which lists my first and last name — ew? And that same employee scoffed at me after I got news that they instructed me to drive all the way up to this store for absolutely no reason. Good luck to anyone that comes here! You’ll need it as long as that employee still works here.
