I couldnt get my phone to do any thing . Brett fixed it for me. he found my problem & walla done. Very nice fella, very pleasant. I would have him help me again. Thanks Brett. 👍👍

Brett was very helpful and knowledgeable. He was not pushy and he did not try to steer us to any specific phone or plan, but let us know all of our options.

I was having issues with my new phone and went into this store. Nobody really knew what the problem was so they couldnt help me. Theresa told me to go to a corporate location. At first I didn’t understand why she told me to go to a corporate store but I found out later that they are only an authorized dealer. This means they are very limited on what they can do for you. I do not recommend this place to anyone. You will end up wasting hrs of your time for zero resolution. Theresa is the manager or owner and she was so rude to me! The employees are nice and helpful but she was not. My advise is to go to a real US Cellular store, not a knockoff store using US Cellulars branding.

Had to switch from Verizon to US Cellular. They made the process amazingly simple. Extremely friendly staff. Fast service even during these crazy times. Highly recommend!

I will always make them my first choice for any phone needs i have. I am so grateful for Theresa. She took the time to show me features on my phone i didnt even know i had. Plus she saved me money! I recommend them highly.

Do not go to this place, they are just an agent store. They will take your money when your getting new devices but if you are an existing customer with issues they will get you worse off then when you started. Had an issue with my phone not working right since I got it then my router slowed way down,so I had enough and went in there. They told me they couldnt fix my router and that I had to purchase a new one, but they would honor my unlimited plan as the old router. The router had to be ordered. Went in 2 days later to get the router, to my surprise they switched the contract that I was about to sign instead of unlimited it now say 55gb, not what I was told 2 days prior. I said I wanted the unlimited plan like I had on the old router like you said you do to honor 2 days ago. They said now they cannot do that, so I said fine Ill just use the old one and deal with it running slow. Turns out they turned the old router off without my consent and they are not able to get it turned back on. I was literally forced into taking the new router as they turned it off before I even got INTO the store. Had to leave with the new router and whatever plan they decided to put me on. This was done by an employee of theres Sam and the MANAGER Teresa. Sam was a nice guy and he did what he could but the manager what a joke. Stay away from here and go to a real us cellular store. Teresa even told me the store just has the us cellular sign on the building and they dont have to honor what us cell says. This happened at the same store with a different problem, dont waste your time here, they are terrible!

The owner has personally gone above and beyond to help me out a plethora of times. She once even drove through a snow storm to make sure I was able to stay connected to my family and friends! Staff always has fun and is in good spirits. One time while waiting one of the girls got me to sing my favorite song from that summer. Its the little things like that - that make this my favorite place to bring my business to when it comes to communications 🤩😘😉

I have been a customer of this store since my very first cellphone . They have always been very helpful with all my questions. Theresa is wonderful with helping me with my new phones. Very friendly have recommended this store to all my friends and family

I have worked with this US Cellular store for the last 7 years. They take care of everything and at the drop of a hat. Moved to a new home a year ago, phone was run over by snowblower and they replaced it within hours. Everyone is friendly and accommodating including Theresa the manager. They will bend over backwards to make sure your needs are met and every discount that you can receive is applicable.

This store has been nothing but helpful over the last several years. Whenever I have need a phone or help with my plan I see Theresa and Melissa. Whenever we have had an issue it is resolved quickly and the staff goes above and beyond to help.

This place is lousy! Bad service, horrible wait time and they push every issue off onto someone else. There is not much they do here. Good luck getting any help from this place. Ive given this place more than 1 chance too, its just overall a horrible representation of US Cellular.

Dont waste your time, find a corporate US Cellular store to go to instead of here. They wanted to charge $10 for a SIM card that the corporate store will give you for free.

I just left there. I signed up and got set up on my new LG. James was so helpful and patient. I had decided to leave Verizon after a brief and very disatisfying customer experience. US Cellular staff in Burlington are very friendly and knowlegeable. Thank you James and Co. 😊Update: phone service not great at my location. I have to sit in one spot on my deck to keep from dropping calls. 😒

Had a gre as t person taking care of me and she stayed past her quitting time to show me my phone and transfer the stuff from my old phone to the new phone what a great experience and employee

One of the most horrible customer service experiences Ive ever had. I have been trying to resolve a billing issue for over a month, with no attempt from management to resolve the issue or even contact me. They used a very shady sales tactet to trade in my perfectly working s7 for an s8 and did not disclose the terms of the agreement to me. Telling me one thing to my face and implaminting something else in the paperwork. Industry standard or not it is still not truthful. The truth in lending act of 1968 was passed to protect customers from the sales tactic used in my situation but I guess they dont care about that here. If I could give 0 stars I would. BUYER BE WARE!!!

They lied to me. I bought a new phone and accessories last night. They hadCustomer appreciation day today. The guy said I could come in today and get discounts for accessories. Today they said no.
