We went to Flow first when we started looking for a car. We went to several dealerships afterwards looking for the right car, but we came back to Flow because the price was the most fair and Dray was very helpful, kind and quick to respond. We really enjoyed working with Dray and Jessica when we purchased our vehicle!

We bought a car from here and the sales guy was great after that it went all down hill. This place can not do registrations from out of state, which is fine if they told us that, instead we paid everything for our car to be registered and 6 weeks later we still don’t have a tag. We don’t have a refund, I have called and called and getting a call back is ridiculous. I have left messages for managers and talked to managers and they never return calls to help with our situation. We will be buying another Subaru in the next year for my husband but WE WILL NOT PURCHASE FROM HERE AGAIN!

I went through multiple steps of the reservation/buying process for a 2021 Sport and, after having to request the purchase details myself, I had to point out to THEM that they ordered me the wrong car.They took over a week to provide me with a receipt for my $500 reservation. So it took over a week for me to find out I was getting the wrong car. In this current market, this mistake could set me back months or just keep me from getting the car I’ve been looking for. They said sorry and gave me a refund.

My A/C control panel decided to go out on one of the hottest days of summer in my 2014 Impreza. I was thankfully referred and happened to be close by to Flow Subaru in Burlington, NC. Vicky the service provider kinda saved my week and life. I was so overheated that I probably was not the in superlative place for communication. Vicky quickly and efficiently accessed my needs…. And made certain I drank cold water. She offered me a loaner vehicle, an Outback. That was pretty awesome/amazing. This allowed me to have a successful week. I was overly impressed with the detail of care that Flow Subaru offered me. I will definitely make Flow my main service provider regardless that I live I Durham.

Jonathon was amazing, this was first time buying a car and he explained everything to me thoroughly and made sure that I understood what was going on at the time. When me and my mom first walked into the Subaru dealership the other salesmen just looked at us and didn’t say a word but as soon as Jonathan walked out he greeted us and asked us what all he could do to help us that day. If you’re going to that dealership make sure you request Jonathan he made my first car buying experience great.

I had a fantastic car buying experience at Flow Subaru of Burlington. After much research I knew exactly what vehicle I wanted and how much I wanted to pay for it. My sales consultant Lori Kenney was very attentive, friendly, and knowledgeable. She had the vehicle I was interested in ready to go and after showing me many of the key operating points I was off on my test drive. When I returned, Lori answered all of my questions and showed me how to use many of the remaining options and safety features my Subaru Outback Limited came with which were very impressive. After that, Brooks Powell, the finance manager went over the numbers with me and with a little bit of negotiating came up with an out the door total price slightly less than what I had hoped for. I was also given a much better offer for my trade in than anywhere else I had been. All in all it was a very pleasant experience and I highly recommend Flow Subaru of Burlington to anyone looking to purchase a new Subaru or other vehicle. After test driving a Subaru at another dealership, I reached out to Flow because they offered free delivery and I saw great reviews online. I worked with Lee Martin, Miranda White and Jason Stuehrenberg. They were super responsive to my requests. It was the best car buying experience Ive ever had. Jason delivered the vehicle to me in Durham. He was very patient explaining all the features and offered to help with any questions I had in the future. Price negotiation was BS free. Highly recommend flow Subaru of Burlington. My husband and I recently got stranded on the side of the road due to a dead battery cell and had our vehicle towed to flow. They were able to get it in the shop the next morning and finished before lunch time. We are so very thankful that they cared enough to get us going without much wait. We are Subaru lovers and have always purchased our Subaru’s in hickory but will now consider driving the extra time to come to this dealership.

I would highly recommend dropping the distance to go to low companies in Burlington I drove about an hour and 15 minutes to look at a vehicle when I got there it was already sold they went above and beyond to find me the vehicle I was looking for The sales person Jonathan Peña even cleaned my car his self so the dad met my expectations when I got it he should be Bodet employee of the month but everybody there was really helpful they were so appreciative of my time and tried to get me through the process in a timely manner

I’ve had two experiences with Flow. My first was 5/5. That was February of 2020. My second one was about a week ago that I would rate a 2/5.I was in the market for a new Forester and was in no rush. I test drove a used one that was on the lot and was prepared to order a new one right then. I made my intentions very clear but the salesman still made a few pitches to try and purchase the used one on the lot. Used car prices today are incredibly inflated due to the market and there is no way in this world I would be buying a used car right now unless I had no other choice. I did not appreciate that especially considering the current inflation of the market. Secondly, I wanted to trade in a 2018 outback and I wanted a fair value for trade. I have gotten 4 different trade in offers on my vehicle and the offer at Flow was 2.2k less than the next closest one (14.2k, 14.5k & 16.1k). When you combine trying to sell me an overpriced car with undervaluing my trade, it leaves a sour taste in my mouth. This is unfortunate as I live in Mebane and Flow is super convenient. I’m a loyal Subaru customer and this will be my 5th.I ended up going back to Hendrick Subaru in Durham, where I purchased my first 3 subarus, and they offered me 2.5k more for trade in without any negotiating on my part. Additionally, they didn’t try to sell me the used one they had with an inflated price. They never even mentioned it and allowed me to scope their incoming inventory. I ended up with the exact car I wanted plus some perks for being a loyal customer. To top it off, because they treated me so well, I listened to their offer on buying out the lease on my wife’s ascent. They made it worth our while so we are getting a new one of those too (while also saving money on the lease payment).To sum, in this market, I wouldn’t recommend Flow based on my experience. As a loyal Subaru customer, I won’t ever come to Flow first again.

Nightmare experience. They did things they werent supposed to do to my car and I didnt request. They touched things in my car I told them not to touch. They failed to properly change the oil on my car, leaving me low on oil. They tried to charge an additional $100 over what they quoted me with hidden fees they dont tell you about up front. They still didnt fix the original problem or even find the problem. They exaggerated car problems to try and make an extra buck. I complained to the GM and told him I caught on to their scam. The service manager told me while I was there that he was desperate not to have bad reviews. I posted a review on FB and they blocked me on FB. Funny how when someone does you wrong, they act like youre the bad guy when you catch them in the act. The GM called me and told me he didnt want me back. As if Id want to bring my car back to be scammed again🙄 Hes full of himself to think Id let them ever touch my car again. They will smile to your face while they lie to your face. Also, during covid, the service manager was coughing, sniffling, etc at work around others, which in my opinion, is very selfish.

I just purchased a 2017 Subaru Forester at Flow in Burlington. From beginning to end, they made the process really simple and were flexible in letting me come in for a test drive. Lori was wonderful to work with! She went above and beyond to keep me updated with my car and was responsive through email. I was never worried that she had forgotten about me, as has been my experience at other places. I let her know my budget, and she was respectful of that and didnt try to sell me cars out of my budget. Lori also facilitated me getting the interior updated which, originally, was a light colored cloth. I chose to get black leather instead and couldnt be happier. Lori even emailed me pics of the different colors of leather to choose from, and she emailed me pics of the finished interior the day before I picked up my car, just to make sure I loved it. She also explained all of the tech things in the car and helped me get everything set up. I got a great financing rate, and Brooks made the paperwork part easy. Cant recommend them enough!

I came up to their dealership to purchase a very specific subaru model I had identified on the lot the day before. Called ahead that day to confirm. Got there and they pulled the not available but we can get you one. They said it was already tagged to be a loaner. They wasted my time and I feel a good dealership would have called me to explain situation before I got there. Maybe they made a mistake but my gut tells me they were just trying to get me in the door to bait and switch. Waste of my time and I believe unethical.

By far, the best experience I’ve ever had at any car dealership. Our salesman Dray, was extremely knowledgeable about the product and and never once pressured us to come in and talk numbers before we were ready. He listened to everything we had to say. Just an example of is attentiveness, I briefly mentioned there were just a few small scratches on the hood (keep in mind it was not a brand new car) and when we were done with the paperwork, and they did the car clean up, he got the detail guys to buff out those scratches with no additional discussion from us. It’s going the extra mile when you don’t have to that keeps customers coming back and we we certainly will. Brooks, the Finance Manager, kept us informed probably every ten minutes of how the paperwork was progressing and we spent more time test driving than we did waiting on paperwork!!!! There was a small problem getting Android Auto up and running but they kept right on it until the cause of the trouble was identified and overcome. Overall a very pleasant car-buying experience. Do not do any servicing here if you have any mods whatsoever! The mechanics are not car enthusiasts or friendly whatsoever. I had my wrx inspected, with all legal, parts and received a phone call and was told it failed inspection. I watched my car after drop off and it never left the parking spot(never went into the shop for emissions test or anything). A tech just took one look at it and said nope not doing it. Took it to another shop within an hour and it passed inspection with no problem.

Hands down, best service around. Ive been researching for over a year for the exact car that I wanted. Unfortunately, I was not able to get said car into the price range that I wanted. Instead, the staff was able to show me a different car that I hadnt even thought of that checked my extensive list of needs AND wants which I unexpectedly ended up loving. I had a wonderful experience purchasing a certified pre-owned Subaru for my daughter. I live in a different state, and she lives near the dealership. First, the salesman, Mark Manning, was kind enough to drive the car to her to test drive, due to Covid concerns. He showed her respect. When we decided to purchase the vehicle, the business office was easy to deal with.When Mark realized that the pick-up date for the car was my daughters birthday, he put a big bow, balloons and banner on the car while it was in the showroom waiting for her arrival! He did this on his own to make it special for her. This is way above and beyond what any usual car salesman would do. The finance person treated her with the same respect. I cannot recommend these people highly enough. Mr Manning is an absolutely stellar gentleman.

Ran a hard credit pull without my authorization. Still trying to get in touch with them so we can correct the issue. We simply could not make the numbers work for my budget back in January when I was negotiating with Flow Subaru on a 2020 Forester model. I explicitly remember asking the finance manager during one of our last conversations, Is this a soft check youre running? She went along with it. A couple months go by, Flow shows up as a hard inquiry on my credit report. Contacted the dealership and asked to be transferred to the finance center, they forwarded me to voicemail. Id like some answers. Beware if youre in negotiation. Ask all the questions and double check your credit report if you dont end up going with Flow Subaru when all is said and done. Id like to be able to revise or delete this review if they can rectify the situation.

Like everyone else, I work hard for my money and refuse to spend money with organizations who do not value my business.After a routine vehicle service, I felt my car was a little off. I mentioned it during Flow Subarus customer service follow-up. I was pleasantly surprised when Matt, the service person, called me to schedule another appointment for me to come back in so they could figure it out. They took the time to check out my vehicle and make a diagnosis. Matt, the service manager, and the service technician went above and beyond to make sure everything checked out. I have to say I had the best buying experience I ever had in 50 years at Flow Subaru with Dray Daiber. Id been waiting for 6 months for the 2020 Outbacks to come out, and when Flow finally started taking delivery, I went in to see him. This was my second Outback so I really didnt need to see much. We discussed prices over the phone Thursday. Came in Friday at 9 and talked with Jonathan. Drove it around the block once to make sure everything felt right. Jonathan presented the exact agreed upon price and got everything signed, the car detailed, and left the lot with my new car by noon. Financing person (I cant remember his name but I do have his card in my folder at home) was great. Explained everything thoroughly without being overwhelming. Site manager came by to talk to us for a bit and thanked us for coming in. Everyone was amazingly nice but also refreshingly knowledgeable. LOVE my new Outback! I cannot recommend this place enough.

We live in Burlington and bought a Subaru Outback at another dealer. We thought it wouldnt be an issue because at least we could have it serviced locally. At the end of December we took it in for initial service, which was oil change, tire rotation etc. They also told us they took care of a software update. Since then weve been having issues with some of the safety features including rear view camera and significant issues with the driver monitoring systems. We took it to the dealer where we purchased the vehicle and we were told that when Flow updated the software in December they installed the wrong software which is what caused all of our issues. I stopped by when I was back in town just to let them know so that they could look into the issue and make sure they were not messing up other customers cars. The people that are in charge of the service department were not in the office so I was passed along to another individual who was quick to let me know that service was not his area. Not only was I chastized for not bring the issue back to them but was basically told they couldnt believe the system would even allow the wrong update. Its unfortunate that I need to travel to another city because they cant be trusted with our basic service needs.

We were comparison shopping for a new car and found the dealership we were working with less than responsive. Flow Subaru was recommended by a neighbor. We contacted them and found ourselves the proud owners of an Outback just a few hours later! Our experience was a 10 from beginning to end. Lori and Jessica were two amazing people who made the car buying experience painless and enjoyable. Lori worked with my wife and I to find the perfect Forester for us. She was patient with me as I asked about MULTIPLE different models and as we debated which model we liked best. She allowed us to test drive multiple vehicles and made space for us to ask as many questions as we had - and we had many. Jessica worked financial magic for us. She knew that we were payment conscious and did everything she could to get us the monthly payment we needed. She was patient and ran multiple different financial scenarios for us and when it came time to sign all the paperwork she was again patient, explained everything, and did not try and up-sell us the various maintenance packages that are offered. She was honest about the two she thought were most relevant and allowed us to explore and ask questions about all of those additions. I would recommend Lori and Jessica in a heartbeat! I go to Flow Subaru for service all the time and will continue going there with our brand new 2020 Forester Sport!

Dray made everything easy on my 2020 Outback purchase. We arrived at an out-the-door price over phone and text and he even came to Greensboro to pick me up. According to my research, I received a fair deal. Overall, a very smooth process. I cant say the same for my local dealership in GSO, who wouldnt give me their best price without filling out a credit app.

Best place to buy a car. I purchased my Ascent from Drey. He was honest, straightforward, and very easy to deal with. I therefore sent my 80 yo mother to him and she was also impressed with the experience and purchased a Forrester Touring Edition. Typically. I am a little wary of dealership repair shops. However, I have been more than pleased with the service that Len and Jada have provided. They make the process easy, fast and very accommodating. They are available, return calls promptly and deliver on what they tell you. This is my 4th Subaru, 3 were purchased at other dealerships in the area. I can say this has been the best experience for purchase and upkeep/repairs of any dealership i have dealt with. We love our Subaru and we love Flow Subaru of Burlington!

Jeremy, in sales, was terrific. Everyone else stank. The Sales Manager treated me like I was inconveniencing him, to the point that it was very difficult to even get a response. And the Business Manager was simply and only trying to upsell me (I was paying cash), and persisted (in a pretty obnoxious manner) after I said repeatedly that I was not going to spend any more than I had already said. I wont go back.

Jonathan Garcia-Pena was my sales associate and he was both enjoyable, knowledgeable, and professional. He really was the exact sales associate I both wanted and needed. After a few weeks of frustrating non-deals, I visited Flow Subaru of Burlington to check out the new Ascent models. It was the best experience. Lex and his team are so kind, not pushy, and full of product knowledge. We worked with Dan Dickens, who by the end of the day felt more like a friend than our salesperson. Jessica in finance was so thorough and made paperwork as much fun as it could possibly be. Our salesperson Matt Johnson greeted us immediately upon arrival, showing us multiple vehicles that were within the perimeters we expressed to him. We test drove the vehicle we ultimately purchased from him, a certified pre owned. He methodically explained the vehicle features on the drive. We sealed the deal and he walked us through the entire process, introducing us to the service department and spending much time setting up our cell phones to the vehicle systems. He and Flow Subaru of Burlington exceeded our expectations, especially noting the attention to our personal needs having a child with us throughout the process. We purchased a great Subaru (our second) backed by great folks.
